Very basic service (no daily room cleaning, have to set out your own towels for replacement), not much in the kitchen for cooking. Bedding wasn’t very comfortable, towels were tiny and rough, room was very clean overall, bathrooms were perfect size. Washer and dryer were a good bonus.

Its a great property , really clean and great amenities. Only thing is that the parking spaces are small and on a first come first served basis. Thankfully they provided me with a space which was easy but I could see some spaces being challenging.

Parking cost is 500Y a day or 1000Y for your entire stay (whether it’s 2 days or 2 months). There’s also free parking across the street.

The worst bed-making practices in the industry. Whenever housekeeping changed my sheets I had to remake the bed or risk getting tangled up and sheets bunched up underneath me. Also, the coffee table never got wiped off. I had to do it myself every time.

객실이 깨끗하고 사용한 수건을 객실에 배치되어있는 가방에 넣어 복도에 두면 새로운 수건으로 바꾸어주는 것도 좋았으나 셀프체크인을 하고 갔는데도 불구하고 체크인 부분에서 시간이 너무 오래걸렸음. 그래도 객실은 깔끔하고 주차장도 있어 좋았음!

3泊4日、大人3人で滞在させて頂きました。綺麗で広々で、色々揃えてありとても快適でした。 2日目の夜、下の階からの騒音で(椅子を引く音、走り回るなどの)音が酷く、寝られなかったのが残念でしたが、それ以外はとても良かったです。

地點鬧中取靜，停車很方便，房間明亮、非常乾淨、房門外各樓層都有吸煙區，到美國村步行約15分鐘即可到達，真的不用開車，住宿附近有多家燒肉店、多家壽司店、吉野家、全家、超市，都在走路5分鐘路程內，晚上宵夜可以體驗一下當地居酒屋，走路大概5分鐘，都是日本人居多，店名有點忘了，叫足什麼的，店名看起來很像腳底按摩的店名，給他推們走進去就對了，開到晚上12點，四天住宿三晚下來整體都很棒！

すごく良かったです、リッチも良くて大好きなアメリカンビレッジまで近いので宿泊中何度も行けました。大通りもすぐなので出かけやすいです。部屋も綺麗、冷蔵庫の大きさも良い、洗濯物できて本当に快適に過ごせました。電波が少し悪いくらいで、Wi-Fiを繋げば問題なかったです。また利用したいと思います！

there's no receptionist at the premise. Everything is via a tablet that connects you to the receptionist via video call. Check in is ok, except that as we need a parking lot, the staff make a mistake by giving us a parking lot that was already taken up by another car. Had trouble communicating as staff doesn't really understand English. need to use translator app to make them understand, Finally, after 10-15 mins, they finally understand what we are trying to say & allocate us another parking lot. there's no receptionist at the premise. Everything is via a tablet that connects you to the receptionist via video call. Check in is ok, except that as we need a parking lot, the staff make a mistake by giving us a parking lot that was already taken up by another car. Had trouble communicating as staff doesn't really understand English. need to use translator app to make them understand, Finally, after 10-15 mins, they finally understand what we are trying to say & allocate us another parking lot. Room is clean and big, with a separate living room and laundry room. Bed is comfortable as well.

One of the best locations for a visit to Okinawa. Great walking distance to American Village and the beach. The surrounding area is idealic to walk around the parks. Great parking layout! It can be very hard to move your vehicle through some areas in the island but I no issues at this hotel. The rooms are very well kept. Thank you to the Staff at M's Stay Okinawa!!!

Check-in was stressful as I had not received the necessary email to provide a code to access the building and there are no staff onsite. Once I gained access, the room accommodations were nice. I enjoyed having a washer/drying so I could refresh my towels as needed. The futon/couch is worn and uncomfortable and needs to be replaced.
