이 호텔을 두번째 이용중인데 처음 이용할때 너무 좋아서 이번 여행에도 이용했는데 인종차별을 당한 느낌을 받음. 체크인에서 할때 온적이 없는 메일로만 체크인이 가능하고 이름으로 안된다고 함. 왜 이름으로 안되는지 설명 또한 없었음.10분동안 안된다고 하니 일단 자리를 옮길려고 움직이니 그제서야 이름으로 체크인을 해줌. 이럴거면 왜 처음부터 이름으로 체크인을 안해주는지, 다른사람들은 이름으로 체크인하던데 왜 우리만 이러는지 마치 인종차별 느끼는 감정을 느끼게 해주었음. This is my second stay at your hotel, and my previous visit was excellent. However, the check-in experience during this stay was very unsettling. I was told that check-in was only possible through an email address and not under my name, with no explanation provided. For about ten minutes, I kept hearing the same response, while other guests were checking in by name without any issues. Only when I stepped aside to leave did the staff suddenly proceed with a name-based check-in. Such inconsistency made me feel as though I had received racially discriminatory treatment, which left me deeply uncomfortable. I request a clear explanation as to why this occurred.
