The bathroom was modern and functional with nice soap and skin lotion products available, but there were no glasses to drink from - only coffee mugs from the complimentary Nespresso capsule coffee maker. EV charging available at 15 euros (flat rate no matter how much charged) in the underground parking garage. Breakfast buffet is versatile and tasty.

Leider hatten Teppich und Gardinen ein paar Flecken, aber daran sind ja immer die Gäste Schuld. Man kann ja nicht immer komplettsarnieren wenn mal ein Gast wieder über die Stränge schlug. Also war es verzeihlich. Das Hotel selbst war sehr sauber, alle sehr freundlich, Essen gut, Sauna richtig super. Lage fand ich auch sehr gut. Würde ich wieder buchen!

Zummer und Hotel selber alles ok. Die Sauna wird jedoch vernachlässigt, keine abschliessbaren Fächer. Der Wasserspender im Wellness/Sauna Bereich war leer. Personal jedoch sehr nett. Alles im allen zu empfehlen.

Jeg bodde nylig på Holiday Inn/Berlin Tor, og hadde et svært hyggelig opphold. Hotellet ligger sentralt og har en veldig praktisk beliggenhet, med kort vei til både kollektivtransport, severdigheter og restauranter. Rommet jeg fikk var stort, moderne og fremfor alt rent og innbydende. Det var godt utstyrt og svært komfortabelt – perfekt etter lange dager ute i byen. Frokosten var også et stort pluss, med et godt utvalg og hyggelig atmosfære i frokostsalen. Hotellet har også treningsstudio, noe som alltid er et stort pluss for meg når jeg er på reise. Personalet var imøtekommende og profesjonelle, og alt fungerte knirkefritt fra innsjekk til utsjekk.

Im Zimmer roch es sehr unangenehm nach einer Mischung aus Kot und Erbrochenem. Der Gestank blieb trotz mehrstündigem Lüften im Zimmer. Flecken auf dem Teppich und Gardinen. Hier und da kleinere Schäden. Für den Preis hätte man definitiv etwas besseres bekommen.

Dusche im Zimmer hatte schwarzen Schimmel an den unteren Ecken (sonst aber sehr schönes Bad!). Personal könnte bei Frühstücksbuffet aufmerksamer sein was aufgefüllt werden muss. Ich musste drum bitten die Hafermilch, Schnittlauch (beim Rührei) und die Ananas aufzufüllen. Auch hätte ich mir gewünscht kostenfreies Wasser auf dem Zimmer zu haben.

There was no upkeep, no fresh towels or tea and coffee replaced. On thr 3rd night i asked them to replace our coffee... they left new coffee sachets but also left the dirty mugs! Didnt leave us anything clean.

Die Situation beim Frühstück lieferte alles andere als einen entspannten Start in den Tag. Ein bei Abreise vergessenes Glätteisen war auf telefonische Nachfrage hin öminöserweise nicht mehr im Zimmer auffindbar. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

There was no air conditioning in the room. There was lots of street noise and we were on the 6th floor. There were no washcloths. Street parking was always available. Smokers always were outside at the entrance so I always smelled like cigarettes. The bed was two twins with a flimsy mattress topper that slid off the bed each night. I was promised a queen sized bed. The kitchen was undergoing renovations so all you could eat was pizza.

There was no air conditioning in the room. There was lots of street noise and we were on the 6th floor. There were no washcloths. Street parking was always available. Sehr schönes Hotel. Die Großbaustellen in der Umgebung schmälern den guten Gesamteindruck. Wir hatten ein DZ gebucht, das zu wenig Platz bot. Dort gab es außer dem Bett nur eine Sitzgelegenheit. Der Fernsehempfang lief nicht stabil. Genervt hat der fehlende Stauraum . Der einzige schmale Schrank wurde auch noch durch ein Bügelbrett bevölkert. Im Ergebnis haben wir 4 Tage aus dem Koffer gelebt.

Fint hotel. Nemt at finde og relativ tæt på byen. Vi parkerede ved den srore vej, men tror der var p kælder. Værelset var fint, dog stod der i beskrivelsen, på hotels.com, at der var kaffe maskine, hvilket der ikke var, den ene sengelampe virkede heller ikke, og aircon, havde problemer med at køle værelset ned til natten.

Booked this hotel being close to Berliner Tor and the S-Bahn. About 7-8 minute walk from the S-Bahn, I really enjoyed staying here. Modern and fresh, they did a great breakfast and the hotel was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Es war sehr viel los aber sie haben sich immer Zeit genommen und sich um unsere Anliegen gekümmert. TOP Service, weiter so! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Dejligt Hotel tæt på Togstation, som desværre havde mange trapper og ingen elevator, eller rulletrappe. Pæne værelser med alt hvad der skulle være, meget rent og gode senge. Mine børnebørn (teenager) som sov sammen på samme værelse, havde fået en dobbeltdyne. Jeg spurgte efter 2 enkeltdyner, som blev klaret på få minutter ( om aftenen). Meget service minded og venligt personale i receptionen. Kan anbefales og fint til prisen.

When I came to the hotel. There were already so many people sit in lobby because the room hadn't finished to be cleaned. Firstly, it is actually a little bit unacceptable that people can't check in on time, moreover the check in time had been set at 3 p.m. which is already late. Secondly, if someone can't check in on time due to hotel's fault, he/she should be somehow compensated. But, all the hotel offered were just a piece of kitkat. For the price and the standard, this case is hard to swallow. For the breakfast, the vegetarian option should be separated, e.g. a special section only for vegetarian food, so that the mix of utensils between vegetarian and non-vegetarian is easier to be prevented.

The only issue I have is the lack of friendliness with a couple of staff members, well one in particular. In all other aspects we were very happy with the Hotel and our stay.

Der var ikke noget galt med hverken service eller værelset, men da vi låste os ind, boede der allerede en person på værelset – som nok blev noget overrasket over at se os. Vi blev fik et upgradet værelse i stedet, så alt godt.

Im großen und ganzen war ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt. Auf jegliche Fragen wirde mir eine Auskunft gegeben. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig. Ich habe sehr gut schlafen können. Technische Geräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Fernseher, Wasserkocher, Beleuchtung. Das Personal war stets freundlich ich wurde bei An und Abreise gut empfangen und füglte mich direkt wohl. Vielen Dank.

The hotel itself is fairly standard, decent rooms and clean, however, the bathroom constantly had an odor of raw sewage coming through the drains, the staff were not so friendly nor helpful. We came in at checkin time and were told we had to wait to check in until all the people arriving on a tour us were checked in, yet none of the people had disembarked the bus that had just pulled up to the front. The location is very drab. There is a lot of roadworks in the area, making it difficult to get to from the train stop, and there is nothing in the area in terms of restaurants or shops. Not even a supermarket or kiosk. We will not stay here again, better to pay more and be more central

Bin schon das zweite Mal hier gewesen, wegen des tollen Fitnessraumes und des Wellness-Bereiches. Auch die Zimmer sind super komfortabel, allerdings fehlen mehr Schränke aus Stauraum. Leider war der Service dieses Mal schlecht und die gewünschten Dinge, die man an der Rezeption angesprochen hat wurden nicht erledigt. Ich denke mal, dass sie gerade Personalmangel hatten ;-)

Good clean standard hotel In the business district so not a lot around the hotel. 5 min walk to Berliner Tor station which has direct metro trains to most tourist areas If you do stay, the short cut through the park to the station is much more convenient than the route shown on google maps

De accommodatie ligt dichtbij station Berliner Tor. Van daaruit kan je met de S-Bahn en U-Bahn makkelijk overal heen. In de omgeving van het hotel waren nu veel werkzaamheden. Maar wij hebben hier nauwelijks overlast van gehad.

Had a pleasant stay in Hamburg! A convenient 25 minute walk from the HBF and city central. The construction surrounding the hotel made it a bit difficult to walk to initially but we figured it out after one trip.

Ganske fint hotel. Fine værelser, go seng og venligt personale. Havde dog forstået ved bestilling at der var under 1 km til rådhuset, og vi var der for at komme på julemarked, men der var 4 km derhen.

Das Hotel war sauber, Preis Leistung war gut, Frühstück hatte angemessenes Auswahl. Hotel ist aber etwas vom Schuss, man muss bei der Busverbindung am ZOB, nähe Bahnhof umsteigen(viel Abdachlose, Betrunkene, usw.)

The hotel provides easy access to the s-bahn that can take you to the centre of the city and elsewhere. it was clean and comfortable but the carpet was quite badly stained in the room we were in and the furniture scuffed in places. The staff at reception were welcoming and lovely. What we were shocked by was the cost of parking and of breakfast - the former would have been 35 euros per night and breakfast was 25 Euro each!! We were fortunate to find parking on the street but had breakfast the first morning, without first checking the cost; we really did not expect it to be so expensive - whilst the food was 'ok' it was not up to 25 euro standard!! We found a lovely cafe 20 mins away for the following two mornings.

When I came to the hotel. There were already so many people sit in lobby because the room hadn't finished to be cleaned. Firstly, it is actually a little bit unacceptable that people can't check in on time, moreover the check in time had been set at 3 p.m. which is already late. Secondly, if someone can't check in on time due to hotel's fault, he/she should be somehow compensated. But, all the hotel offered were just a piece of kitkat. For the price and the standard, this case is hard to swallow. For the breakfast, the vegetarian option should be separated, e.g. a special section only for vegetarian food, so that the mix of utensils between vegetarian and non-vegetarian is easier to be prevented.
