We stayed here for one night when our AC went out at home. Brand new hotel with clean rooms and common areas. The pool was nice, and the lady at the front desk was nice, but seemed new and unsure of certain check in procedures. I also never got my Bonvoy points for staying here

It was wonderful. Probably the nicest motel I have ever stayed in and I have stayed in many. Friendly staff and all were very helpful, clean and comfortable rooms. Sitting area outside with a new grill and a firepit. I will definitely recommend this to others

The breakfast was great. Lots of places to eat if desired. Nearby places are Logan's, Cava, Tazikis, Ichi Ramen, Buffet King, Chipotle. I did not like that the indoor pool's heating system wasn't working so the water was colder than it should be. The bathroom in the Suite looked nice but the absence of the shower door meant that water occasionally splashes out. Good thing the flooring seems to withstand the water but if it isn't sealed well, it could leak. I didn't see any signs of leaks though.

The pool is indoors, but unheated. The beds were extremely comfortable. The staff was amazing. Limited breakfast options if you can't have eggs, but otherwise, this is a very nice property. Would definitely stay again.

Overall great stay the most disappointing thing was that some guests decided to take their dogs in the pool so we were unable to swim during our stay.

We had a small moving truck and were worried about parking in Chattanooga. It could not have been easier! We were even able to back into a space. The hotel is beautiful and spotless! Our two queen-bed room was huge, and I loved having a full-sized refrigerator for all our water bottles. We walked to one of the nearby restaurants for dinner and had waffles in the lobby (with some of the deluxe toppings on offer). I would definitely stay here again!

This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in and we travel a lot! It was so nice to have a kitchen and access to a grill! Everybody was so nice! Very comfortable!

Everything was clean except for the bathroom. There was hair all over the place, including up towards the ceiling. The one other thing that was disappointing is the water pressure, very poor. It also took a minimum of 15 minutes for the water to get hot in the shower.

The front desk staff was extremely courteous and kind. When we first checked in, the room given to us was not clean and she quickly changed us to another room without any complications. The hotel was super clean and quiet and convenient to the places that we needed to go. The breakfast looked good, although we didn't eat it, as we had other plans. I would definitely stay here again.

We always stay at this hotel when in Hixson. Nice staff and clean facility. Convenient location with large efficiency type rooms. Breakfast is adequate but could be hotter. (Please bring back flavored coffee creamer). Hotel is located between Highway and railroad tracks, so be prepared to hear the train whistle/horn a few times during the night.

The room layout is clunky. The fact that the kitchenette area is separated from the room is necessary, but what we really want is a separated area where one can get up early and work on a PC without waking the other. Give us that versus a hot plate, extra sink and dishes.

Left the room, it was much more than I expected. The evening, clerk, however, was a dour and unfriendly person who I even had to ask if she was having a bad day. She never once cracked a smile, and she didn’t answer me. In fact, she never said a word to me. She was the worst part of this entire state.

Excellent hotel…clean, nice amenities, good breakfast. Turning left out of the hotel was difficult a lot of the time b/c of traffic. Only other complaint was that we booked a one bedroom suite and were out in a room with 2 queens and we were never notified of this change.

Upon arrival, I was charged 170.00 in unauthorized charges due to the front desk attendant being new and not knowing what they were doing in the system as well as not knowing how to resolve the issue. I am two weeks out from this taking place; with first being promised that the charge would be reversed and never even go through my bank. It went through. After multiple calls and emails with several managers, they still have not resolved the issue and continue to give me the run around- although they admitted fault from the beginning. The manager also stated “no one is trying to take your money”. They indeed took my money and have yet to make it right. After hours of stress on the phone/emails and allowing management to right their wrong- it’s incredibly disheartening, especially since the staff seemed kind and professional at the beginning. I would not recommend this location to anyone for this reason. There was also a massive crack up the entire wall of my hotel room- I made the front desk attendant aware and they stated it’s hard to find time to fix things like this between guests. While it wasn’t a bother to me- it was an additional concern.

When we got there to check in the guy had stepped away from the desk so we had to wait a few minutes. Breakfast was super crowded and had to wait on hot food a good bit as well. Room was spacious and clean and modern. Could hear noise from the road.

Nice place. Employees was nice. Only complains is that the breakfast stops at 9am and the road noise can be heard from the 3rd floor. The road was very busy both Friday and Saturday night and disrupted our sleep. Other then that everything was great.
