Everything about this stay was amazing. Parking arrangement perfect, boat with all the equipment you need and perfect central location. You can use the complementary bikes to get around. The tarrace on the roof is such a nice idea, to enjoy breakfast or sit overlooking the harbor all night long.

Lugnt och praktiskt läge för att kunna gå över till Gibraltar. Praktiskt med gratis parkering, finns en liten bar som serverar lätt frukost och har drycker. Nice med takterrass på båtarna.

Fantastisk boende på gångavstånd till Gibraltar. Mycket mysigt och charmigt boende i husbåt med alla bekvämligheter. Underbart soldäck på taket. Mycket trevlig personal och lånecyklar ifall man vill cykla in i Gibraltar (10 minuter med cykel) Trevlig pub med frukost och mat på en äldre ombyggd fiskebåt. Mycket sköna sängar Vi kommer tillbaka.....och rekommenderar varmt detta stället

A great experience. Easy self check in. Great location. Restaurants within 300m walk. Free bikes and helmets. We didn’t use the bikes. 5 min walk to Gibraltar border crossing. Again, a great experience.

Hervorragende Hinweise (YouTube) für die Ankunft (Wegbeschreibung, Self Check-In). Trotz des begrenzten Platzes sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr clever eingerichtet. Super: großes Sonnendach mit Liegen, Stühlen, Couch und Tisch; tolles Frühstück, welches morgens zum Boot gebracht wurde. Viele liebenswürdige Details. Gibraltar-Grenze fußläufig. Einziges Manko waren einige Mücken im Boot und Baustelle vor den Liegeplätzen - wir waren am Wochenende da :-)

Communication was great from begging to end. The host send us all proper information via email and what’s app. Lovely place. Clean and all amenities included. Cold ac and it’s fabulous that it’s pet friendly. Rooftop deck is very nice for a cold drink. We were able to cross easily by car to Gibraltar. We ordered their delicious breakfast which it was delivered to our boat by the time we asked. So yummy and we will be back for sure.

Wir hatten eines der "Modern Boats", das toll eingerichtet und echt gemütlich war. Alle der Boote haben Blick auf den Felsen von Gibraltar und eine Dachterrasse. Zu den Bootshäuser gehört ein Kiosk-Boot, wo auch Speisen zubereitet werden, die man per Website bestellen kann. Frühstück bekommt man zur Wunschzeit aufs Boots gebracht.

It was a fun and unique place to stay. Very well equipped, and clean. We stayed in one of the smaller boats. Would definitely recommend the larger modern, which our friends had. One unfortunate thing is that there is now a huge building blocking the view of the Rock of Gibraltar (except for the very top) from all of the roof decks. That wasn't the main draw for us staying there, but it was still disappointing.

Amazing little gem with close proximity to Gibraltar. The boats were so cute. Can’t help but take pictures of the boat and views when walking up to your boat. The staff was incredible had breakfast every morning that was enough for an army. The boats were clean and comfortable. The terraces on top were the perfect place to start and end your day while staring at the rock. Absolutely loved our stay.

Without question an exceptional experience. 10 min. Walk to boarder, great experience staying in a houseboat. Modern, well appointed, very clean and nothing like waking up to a view of the water/marina. Treat yourself to this stay you will not be disappointed.

Greit, men ikke fantastisk renhold. Fant sand og krøllete korte hår i sengen. Litt slitt inventar og annet. En pumpe i toalettet startet på tilfeldige tidspunkt- bråket mye og forstyrret søvn. Hyggelig mann prøvde fikse dette etter første natt, uten å lykkes. Hyggelig betjening, med litt begrensede engelsk-kunnskaper.

Decided to try this unusual option. Positives: good comms from the owner - email with instructions and codes to get through the gate then enter the “boat/room”. The keypad on the door of the boat is not great as the buttons stick. It took 4 tries to get in. The boat is small and compact but well maintained. Alas for me I stayed on a windy night - the outside hammocks on all of the boats are a nice idea but they clattered against the boats all night making such a noise it was hard to sleep. The bed scores 4/10 comfort. Overall, sadly, for me, not worth the price. Would I stay again? Truth is had it been a lovely day, nice weather/then probably yes - being on the water and feeling the boat rock was very pleasant. The views of the Rock are great. But comfort level is pretty low. I’d be tempted to stay in summer but not in winter - that noise from outside banging of the hammocks was terrible.

Boa localização com relação a fronteira de Gibraltar. Estacionamento na frente do Alojamento. Boat 1, merece alguma manutenção. Todas as pias e ralos entupidas. Quando se usa a torneira da cozinha vaza no ralo do banheiro, deixando sempre alagado. Cama boa e confortável, porém inutiliza a porta dos fundos, pois se ficar montada a pota nao abre. Local silencioso e com bela vista.

Hébergement original et plutôt mignon. Parfait pour 2 adultes, mais peut accueillir 4 personnes. On y a passé 2 nuits et c'était bien. Mini douche, mais pour moi ça allait. La terrasse sur le toit est très chouette. Bon emplacement pour marcher jusqu'à Gibraltar. Le stationnement inclus est pratique.

This was a nice, fun and different type of accommodation. We did an upgraded room which was much more space than others that chose something simpler. Very accommodating since we arrived before we could check in. Kept us informed of everything. Not fancy but fun for a change!

Trying to think about negatives. That's not so easy! I guess I have been in more comfortable beds. But due to the shape & size of the boat, there isn't much that can be done about that. Plus side. Great communication before arrival. And always on hand when needed. Well equipped throughout the kitchen area. Chilled drinking water a big bonus. Free shampoo & shower gel. Two tv's if you need them. Rooftop area great with sunbeds. But the greatest thing we appreciated at the time of arrival. Barbara came to meet us at the dock and allowed us to check in about 3 hours early. Much welcome after a long journey. Must mention Demian at the bar 1972 at the end of the jetty. Lovely guy who will provide you with quality food and drinks for most of the day. All done with a smile :-)

We had the help from the lady in the restaurant as it was a last minute booking following a diverted flight resulting in no taxis on arrival. She managed to get my check in code for me as I had been sent no information. This was quite stressful at the time as it was late & we thought we were going to land up on a park bench

Communication was great from begging to end. The host send us all proper information via email and what’s app. Lovely place. Clean and all amenities included. Cold ac and it’s fabulous that it’s pet friendly. Rooftop deck is very nice for a cold drink. We were able to cross easily by car to Gibraltar. We ordered their delicious breakfast which it was delivered to our boat by the time we asked. So yummy and we will be back for sure.

Despite being just 2 people, we stayed in one of the large boats--two bedrooms, two bathrooms--and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The boat itself was impeccably clean and furnished with new, modern appliances and furnishings. There's an excellent kitchen for those who want to cook, and the boat's rooftop 'terrace' is a great place to relax. The provided water and welcome drinks in the fridge were a great touch. Communication before and during the stay was excellent, and written directions provided on everything (from parking to entry to departure and everything in between...) were clear and helpful. The Hausboat people also arranged a morning tour of Gibraltar for us, which was, again, extremely well organized and a lot of fun.

Everything about this stay was amazing. Parking arrangement perfect, boat with all the equipment you need and perfect central location. You can use the complementary bikes to get around. The tarrace on the roof is such a nice idea, to enjoy breakfast or sit overlooking the harbor all night long.

Right beside the boat docks there is a big construction withlots of heavy machinery. They start around 8am until 7pm or so. The pounding noise is very unsettling. Basically we dreamt of s peaceful couple days on a boat in a marina. But ended up in a noisey situation. As a former mariner I otherwise liked the setup. Everything well organized, labelled etc. All you need to have a nice down time

Had boat nb 7 with spacious interiour and roof top views to the rock of gibraltar. 15min walk to supermarket and other shops and restaurants in la linea. The boat hoise was a fun stay and althou it was very windy i had a great night sleep. I found it to be very quiet and i didnt hear any border traffic.

J'ai adoré cette habitation inhabituelle. Très propre, climatisée, on s'y sent bien. La vue sur le rocher est magnifique peu importe la cabine que vous louez. L'accès à Gibraltar à pied est rapide et facile. Il a été très facile de communiquer avec la réception pour des précisions. Le stationnement à côté permet de récupérer vos valises facilement. Il y a des supermarchés pour se ravitailler à proximité et beaucoup de restaurants. C'est une expérience inoubliable!

This was such a lovely place to stay during our vacation. We went in late June with our teenage son. The AC worked great, the kitchenette was enough to meet our needs. The breakfast was lovely, though I wish I could have customized it a bit because I don't like salmon for breakfast, there were plenty of other options to make me happy. The bathroom was typical for a boat, and not difficult to manage at all. The bikes available were super helpful for getting around La Línea and Gibraltar. Really well put together place, and my favorite thing was sitting on the roof watching the sunset. 10/10 would go back to this lovely place.

Wir hatten eines der "Modern Boats", das toll eingerichtet und echt gemütlich war. Alle der Boote haben Blick auf den Felsen von Gibraltar und eine Dachterrasse. Zu den Bootshäuser gehört ein Kiosk-Boot, wo auch Speisen zubereitet werden, die man per Website bestellen kann. Frühstück bekommt man zur Wunschzeit aufs Boots gebracht.

We had a wonderful stay at Boat Haus! Stayed in the yellow boat house number 3 and beds were ok but quite thin. Roof terrace was best both for breakfast and late night World Cup games! Nice beach 10 min away with clear water, showers and bathroom. Walking from Boat Haus to Gibraltar was 15 min.
