While this hotel was clean and in great condition, we were very unhappy with our stay due to our vehicle being broken into. The interior of the building was wonderful and the exterior appeared to be in great condition, however, we were disappointed to find that there were no security cameras on the exterior of the building. We parked in a well-lit area of the parking lot and found the backseat window of our vehicle shattered when returning to it in the morning. There were several other vehicles broken into as well. While I understand crime happens everywhere, having security cameras might serve as a deterrent for these types of crimes and allow guest to feel secure while staying.

Pet friendly… so this was great. Hotel seemed nice on the exterior, but rooms (we had two) seemed old and not in great shape. Window shades with holes and/or did not work. Carpet did not appear clean at all. The beds were super soft and extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast was horrible. The quality of food is terrible. Not prepared properly (cold sausage for example). Would not stay again. We prepared for our stays (going to our destination and then returning home) while traveling. If I had not prepaid on the return I would have stayed elsewhere. Hampton provided quality lodging years ago and has steadily gone downhill. Time to look for other options because this has become quite the norm for Hampton Inn no matter the location.

The hotel experience was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint was the morning of checkout there were about 20 cars broken into. I’m sure some alarms went off and nobody heard. My passenger window was broken out and the700 miles back to Colorado was very noisy.

Bathroom had long black hairs in shower and floor. Bathroom handle kept falling off. Shower curtain was to short so water got everywhere. Long black hairs were on floor counter in bedroom. It looked like repairs had been done to walls but patches were left and not painted over. A guy was grooming to very large and furry dogs by lobby entrance. When we walked to our car there was dog hair flying everywhere. The next day the car and ground was covered in dog hair. It was noisy You could hear everything going on in the hall. Not worth the price. I was disappointed to say the least.

Was quoted the wrong price for a pet, now 50.00. Room paint was dirty, just did not feel the room was cleaned well. Beds made so much Noise, it was almost hard to sleep.

Fairly new hotel that opened in the area and we thought would be a good choice to stay. Apparently not… New hotels are getting cheaper and cheaper. This one felt like the walls and floors were made of plywood. Stomping could be heard next door and above us, from all directions. Anytime someone left or entered their room in the hallway, you could hear it loud and clear as day. It’s no better than cheap apartments you’d stay in for college living. The bed itself was also cheap and uncomfortable. It felt like we were sleeping on cardboard. In addition to the cheap construction, the room was unattractive. The layout downstairs in the dining and snack areas were nice and quiet, and the layout was attractive. But the rooms are very much lacking charisma. Boring white walls and boring little squares of color tacked on the wall. The bathroom was quite nice though, and the shower felt amazing. We enjoyed the pressure of the water in the shower and the nice big walk in shower was elegant and felt very relaxing. The food was alright, nothing special. Considering how expensive one night stay here was we were very disappointed.

Overall it was a usual good quality Hampton Inn. However, our bed frame must have been broken because every time we rolled over or moved the bed squeaked. I'm a light sleeper so every time my husband rolled over i woke. Made for a long night.

Stayed here many times. Convenient, clean, & friendly staff. Only complaint this time is that it sounded like bed frames/box springs were broken & very loud every time you moved & bathroom barn door would not stay shut - not great for privacy if you need/want it. Minor issues - would recommend.

I like it was easy to get to and had free breakfast and parking. For the price of the hotel the beds were very squeaky. AC in room was very noisy, bathroom barn door looked nice but was impossible to open. Overall it was clean and the staff was nice.

Loved the hotel. Room was quite and big. Love the walk-in shower. We had an awesome view. Our room was on the east side. There was a small airport outside the window so our view was great and there will never be anything built to obstruct the view. We could see OU in the distance. Kevin at the front desk was so kind. We will definitely stay here again.

Bad hotel. Couch in the room had a large rip in it and the stuffing was coming out. The TV didn’t work and the front desk wouldn’t do anything about it. I asked for a discount and the front desk said they weren’t authorized to do that so I asked to speak to a manager - but they said there was no manager on site. The front desk called me back and said she had spoken to the manager and they couldn’t give me a discount because I booked the room through Expedia. Very disappointing experience. Will never stay at a Hampton Inn again and I’m questioning whether I use Expedia again given they are a convenient excuse to not treat customers appropriately.

I travel weekly for business, this is a new hotel with a lot of other new hotels around it several good restaurants within a half a mile nice shopping area. The hotel was extremely clean extremely quiet praise God and the staff was just amazing.

This is a fairly new hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. The room and the bed were very comfortable. For new hotel, it was hard to believe how many painting patches and wallpaper peeling and a few issues like that. The biggest issue I had was the breakfast was empty every time I looked so we ended up going out for breakfast. To their defense, the hotel was completely full and the breakfast area was full.

The Hampton Inn is a really nice facility. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The front lobby is inviting. Our room was clean. The shower was spacious and nice. Our bed was comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was very good. We could see the airport from our window and we enjoyed being able to see the planes. The airport noise was not noticeable in our room.
