Very bad experience. The hostel is very small, there is no kitchen, the lobby is also the common dining room and there is very little room for people. You can barely walk in the rooms, there is only a very small hallway, the beds are crammed together and it is very hot in the basement.

Allen’s da war wunderbar sauber und ordentlich und schick Einzige Sachen die mir nicht gefallen haben sind am Nacht is laut im Aufenthaltsraum 00:00 und habe ich immer Geräusch gehört und konnte ich nicht schlafen zweites Ding ist wifi mal gut mal gar nichts und sehr langsam Am sonst Personal Sauberkeit Ordentlichkeit war alles hervorragend und alles sah modern und schick glänzend aus Würde ich 3,5-4.0 von 5.0 Hatte ich trotzdem gute Zeit da hat mich gefreut

Creo que casi no sale en las reseñas pero este hostal es inteligente, llegas y el check in lo haces en una máquina, te da una tarjeta y sin ella no puedes hacer nada, ni al hostal, ni recámaras y menos tu equipaje así que hizo el lugar SUMAMENTE seguro, nadie que tenga otra tarjeta puede abrir cosas que no, me encantó! ✨💕

Le casier s’ouvre et se ferme facilement avec un badge, ce qui est très pratique. 4. Chaque lit dispose de plusieurs prises électriques et d’une petite étagère pour poser le téléphone ou d’autres effets personnels. 5. El hostel es bueno y bien ubicado, pero no tiene cocina lo cual es escencial para un hostel. En la planta subsuelo no hay buena señal de internet. Le falta espacios para comer pues solo hay una mesa y la usan para trabajar. Otro adunto es que no hay casi nadie trabajando en el lugar, todo es por mensajes y una maquina.

O quarto e super pequeno. Qdo cheguei tinha 4 pessoas no dia seguinte ja tinha oito, num espaço minusculo, sem janela, sem ventilação. O chão sempre sujo. Peguei covid neste hostel. Porque chegou uma pessoa com muita tosse e gripe. Passou a noite toda tossindo. Imagina dentro de um cubículo sem janela e sem ar. Todos respirando o mesmo ar. Um absurdo.

Localização muito boa. O hostel em si ele é muito bom, atendimento nota 10. Limpeza 10. Wi-Fi gratuito também funcionou perfeitamente durante os dias da hospedagem. Sem reclamações. E recomendo e voltarei mais vezes

Place was clean, and near the city center. 6 people shared one room, with one shower. Bunk beds didn't have curtains, so there wasn't much privacy. Lights we're automated, so they turned on everytime someone walked by a sensor. Can be annoying at times, I recommend getting something to shield your eyes from the lights if you're sensitive to light when trying to sleep. Really clean though, cleaners clean rooms everyday!

The hotel was clean and the beds were clean. The shower room and toilet were also clean. However, I couldn't sleep because of my roommate's voice and noise at 3am. I was careful to be quiet because it was noisy, but the noise was loud even after that. It's a pity that I didn't have a roommate even though the hotel was good.

Otel konum olarak gayet iyi bir yerde, ancak otele giriş yaparken herhangi bir personel olmadığı için sıkıntı yaşadık. Çünkü önceden gönderilecek olan giriş kodları mailimize gönderilmedi ve rezervasyon koduylada giriş yapamadık. Konuşma tuşu ile yardımcı olunmaya çalışıldı ama giriş makinası sürekli takılma yaşandığından dolayı uzun süre kapı dışında bekledik. Genel olarak otel konforlu ve temizdi.

Las instalaciones perfectas! Todo muy limpio. Te dejan una sábana para taparte y una toalla en el locker. El ambiente es juvenil y divertido. Viajé sola y me sentí muy segura.

Hostel is in great shape in a nice part of Madrid. Close to the presidential palace, and other attractions. We only spent one night there in a quad room with a private bath but it did the job nicely. Only downside was the room was directly off the shared public space and was pretty loud when we tried to sleep. Had a great meal next door at El Raton, yes that's right "The Rat", Would stay again.

El espacio entre literas es híper pequeño, quedaron de cambiarme las sábanas a las 6 noches me quedé 9 y nunca lo hicieron… si eran 9 noches me pusieron en la parte alta en lugar de dejarme abajo si entre más noches mejor lugar

Good- Staff friendly and professional, self check-in pretty straightforward, location ok, not far from city center. Free coffee and toast in the morning, free Towel service and wifi. Bad- The downside are the rooms, you pretty much sleep in catacombs without AC or major air ventilation. Imagine 12 bodies breathing in small room and little to nothing air circulation! You have Steam room guaranteed. Owners should at least provide some small vents for each tenant or install more celling vents to have air flow. I wouldn't recommend staying.

Hostel şehir merkezine yürüyerek 20 dk uzaklıkta. 12 kişilik karışık oda da kaldım. Odalar küçük. Yataklarda perde olduğu için kendi özel alanınızı sağlayabiliyorsunuz. It is well located. Reserved a bed in a room with 6 beds and they located me in one with 8 beds. Tiny tiny space and not so private beds. Bathroom was usually clean. They took my towel from the rack two times, couldn’t take a shower before I left because of that. Check in and check out process are, as they say, automated. The machine asks for a selfie when you check in, so if you’re into biometrics privacy, take that in mind.

A very nice and clean hostel. Automated check in was a disappointment. Would not work, kept saying room not yet cleaned, return after 1pm for check in yet it was already after 3pm. Waited over 30 minutes for staff to show up to check me in. She stated they don’t accept guests over 50 years old and that it is on their website. I checked, it doesn’t say that on their website but she says it does. That was the reason for my poor review.

Really enjoyed my stay here! It’s in a great location, VERY clean, and not a far walk from the metro. My only complaint is staff isn’t responsive on WhatsApp and they’re not always readily available to assist.

Otel konum olarak gayet iyi bir yerde, ancak otele giriş yaparken herhangi bir personel olmadığı için sıkıntı yaşadık. Çünkü önceden gönderilecek olan giriş kodları mailimize gönderilmedi ve rezervasyon koduylada giriş yapamadık. Konuşma tuşu ile yardımcı olunmaya çalışıldı ama giriş makinası sürekli takılma yaşandığından dolayı uzun süre kapı dışında bekledik. Genel olarak otel konforlu ve temizdi.

Hostel is in great shape in a nice part of Madrid. Close to the presidential palace, and other attractions. We only spent one night there in a quad room with a private bath but it did the job nicely. Only downside was the room was directly off the shared public space and was pretty loud when we tried to sleep. Had a great meal next door at El Raton, yes that's right "The Rat", Would stay again.

Mi estancia en el albergue fue encantadora, el responsable del turno de mañana que me hizo el check-in fue muy servicial y amable, el albergue está en un hermoso y tranquilo distrito de Madrid, la habitación estaba limpia y lo mejor para mí fue el Colchón cómodo que dormí en paz. Desde mi punto de vista y mi experiencia en diferentes hostels en Madrid, recomiendo ampliamente este hostel por su ubicación, precio y hospitalidad.

Very bad experience. The hostel is very small, there is no kitchen, the lobby is also the common dining room and there is very little room for people. You can barely walk in the rooms, there is only a very small hallway, the beds are crammed together and it is very hot in the basement.

Excelente lugar para pasar unos dias, dejar tus cosas, turistear y solo dormir, ambiente ameno, limpio, clima frio por el aire acondicionado la cual es la unica ventilacion, habitaciones con ventanas cerradas, refrigador minusculo para la cantidad de huespedes, insuficiente cantidad de conectores electricos en zona comun, algo caotica la maquina de ingresos y en lo personal, me tue que tender mi propia cama y me robaron comida del frigo

Good- Staff friendly and professional, self check-in pretty straightforward, location ok, not far from city center. Free coffee and toast in the morning, free Towel service and wifi. Bad- The downside are the rooms, you pretty much sleep in catacombs without AC or major air ventilation. Imagine 12 bodies breathing in small room and little to nothing air circulation! You have Steam room guaranteed. Owners should at least provide some small vents for each tenant or install more celling vents to have air flow. I wouldn't recommend staying.

El hostel es bueno y bien ubicado, pero no tiene cocina lo cual es escencial para un hostel. En la planta subsuelo no hay buena señal de internet. Le falta espacios para comer pues solo hay una mesa y la usan para trabajar. Otro adunto es que no hay casi nadie trabajando en el lugar, todo es por mensajes y una maquina.
