我住的是標準客房，雖然房間確是小了一點，但基本的都有齊，房間亦很整潔。地下大堂有微波爐可用，又有洗衣房。而酒店旁更有一間具規模的7-Eleven，貨品頗齊全，又有枱椅可直接用餐。綾瀨站周邊有很多食肆，選擇非常多，價位相宜，又有超市、藥妝店，可作為補給物資之用。此外，酒店所包的早餐是由附近的Doutor Coffee供應，早餐組合包括三文治、湯品及餐飲，具質素，堂食、外帶都可以，具彈性。

Bit far from other hotels within Tokyo, and it takes a transfer at Nishi-Nippori to access a lot of the JR lines, but it's an excellent hotel stay if you need a bit more quiet compared to other places. Lobby has a 24-hour self-check out convenience store, but there is also a 7/11 Next door if you need a better selection. Would definitely recommend staying while in Japan.

My room was good and clean, and the area was really quiet even though there was an active construction site right outside my window. Getting checked in was quick and easy and their is a 7-11 right outside along with some good food options a short walk away. However, the building is 13 stories with only a single, small, elevator and no stair access. You WILL be waiting on the elevator. Also, the train line nearby is ALWAYS busy. From first thing in the morning to late at jight, expect to get crammed into the car. Finally, i got a non-smoking room, but my room reeked of cigarette smoke AND it was obvious that they hadnt cleaned the AC in awhile as turning it on added a musty, dirty, smell to the room.

A lot of bang for your buck. First everything was clean. Right when you walk into the building you get the feel of a luxury hotel without the cost. Check in was really easy and quick. When you get to your room it is small but the way the room is laid out you don’t notice it. You put your baggage under the tall bed and you have plenty of room. Every three days the come and service your room but they do drop off amenities daily. You do get a meal voucher for breakfast at a restaurant a short walk away and the food is delicious. There are also many dining options around the hotel to choose from. Need to get around, that’s easy. It is a quick walk from the Ayase station. If you are planning to stay a longer period of time they do have a washer and dryer available to use. Want snacks? The got a little area to buy snacks. I highly recommend this location.

For the price, this place was great. The room was small, the bathroom was a bit cramped, the TV was huge, the staff was lovely -- but what I remember most of all was convenience store with self-checkout in the lobby -- that made this place pretty great. I hopped on the train to either Kita-senju or Kita-ayase a time or two to get food, but that's just me being unadventurous.

Usual APA hotel, small rooms (as expected) but clean and comfortable with everything l needed. The daily fresh towels, robe and things like tea, coffee and disposable cups left in a bag next your door is a good idea and works very well. Staff were very helpful. Hotel is next door to a 7-11, and is a very short walk to Ayase station. There is a construction site across the road (although it looks like the building is nearly completed), work starts at 8am weekdays - well it serves as an alarm clock! no issue at the weekend, or if you don't have a room at the front of the building.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Staffs are mostly proficient in English which makes things extremely easy. The room is very clean albeit a little too small for couples- we barely had walking space after putting our luggage on the floor. Single travelers are still ok. The toilet is extremely small as well, but packed with amazing amenities. The water pressure was great! If I were to travel to Japan alone, I would definitely stay here again.

The staff were very nice and accommodating, the rooms are small but have everything you need. There is a 7/11 right next to the hotel for food, as well as a small convince store in the hotel, that doesn’t charge outrageous prices. It’s also very close to Ayase station, which can get you just about anywhere, and isn’t very confusing or crowded. I loved the hotel and I love Ayase
