Not our best experience. First problem was the pool was filthy. The water was so cloudy you could not see your feet in the water. Being a pool owner I know this is not safe, we didn't let our kids swim in that water. Next, our A/C went out at around 4-5 AM. We decided to wait till the morning because we didn't want to wake everyone up with maintenance and we were getting up in a few hours but the rest of the night was very stuffy with no air circulation. I told the manager in the morning and they said that we're not getting any compensation because we should have called in the middle of the night and let maintenance into our room to wake everyone up to fix it. Should I have???

The breakfast had a nice variety of food. However there was not enough room in the breakfast area. There were long lines for the waffles and lines for the other food in which people were cutting. Then when you got your food there was no where to sit. I understand that this was a busy day (Sunday morning) and it was much nicer on Monday morning. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen in the room while there and there was no hot water to wash dishes with. The pool was decent, the filter wasn't running, it was a windy day and lots stuff blown in so i skimmed the pool since the filter wasn't on to pick it up. The sitting location at the pool and grills need lots of maintenance. The furniture needs fixed or replaced, if someone sits in the webbed chairs that have massive rips they might fall through. The grills need desperately to be cleaned. One of them didn't work and we used the other both days we were there. Overall I would still recommend the hotel and location and stay there again.

Everything was great accept for the swimming pool. It had a smell of urine and the water was so green and cloudy we didn't feel comfortable swimming in it. This was the worst swimming pool we have ever encountered. Usually you are supposed to be able to see the bottom of the pool and that was not the case in this situation. We had to take our children to a nearby pool where our friends were staying to have a good time. This was so disappointing

We really enjoyed our stay here. As we were traveling with our dog, the staff placed us in a room near the dog run so we could get in and out easily without having to go through the lobby or use an elevator or stairs. The room was large and clean and had all of the necessary amenities (and then some). I loved the bath products, so much so that I found them online and bought a few! I wasn't expecting the kitchenette to be so nice, but it was and I was pleased. The complimentary breakfast was really good. Each morning we had sausage, eggs and potatoes and it was all really good. The make-your-own waffles were also yummy. The hotel is in a great location. It's not too far from the city or the island, and there are stores and restaurants around. We had food delivered via Door Dash and it was very easy. We highly recommend staying here.

Carpet in hallways in terrible condition. Pool water is green. Halls smell musty. This place used to be clean and well kept and we stayed here all the time. This last stay was our last. Very disappointing!

Really nice, safe, well lit property. Safety mechanisms on the door at night. Front desk receptionists were super nice and helpful. Food was good. The room was really nice and had everything I needed. Absolutely will stay here again.

The room itself was great for the price. It does have a small kitchen with everything that you may need to cook. It does have a microwave full size refrigerator. The restroom is nice . The bed are OK. Although the reason I did book this location was for the pool, the pool green . Breakfast is okay scrambled eggs , French Fries and sausage patties.

Pros-good location for heading to the beach. Room is very nice with a kitchen. Bathroom is good size. Plenty of parking well lit parking lot. Cons-second floor has water damage and you can smell it. Carpet is coming apart. First floor is missing baseboards, probably from water damage. Swimming pool was very cloudy, I would not swim in it. Dirty diaper in the parking lot.

We booked this room because we were visiting Corpus Christi. When we arrived at our room we settled in. We have 3 year old twins. One of our babies found a dead cockroach. At this point we checked around to see if there was more. As we moved the window drapes we found another one. We moved the sofa and there was another one. We went downstairs to the lobby to voice our concerns and they offered us another room. At this point it was 2:00am. When we arrived to our new room on a different floor we found more cockroaches and some type of centipedes. These were not your typical dime size cockroaches these were as big if not bigger than a quarter. Very disappointed this place has potential but maybe with better management.

The whole second floor smelled like mildew and our room was even more intense. I am allergic to mold and requested a new room. The carpet in the room was wet near the unit. The carpet is coming up in the hallway as well. The front desk staff did change our room but did have hesitation. The thrid floor did not have any mildew smell. Breakfast was fair and took awhile to restock.

Pleasantly surprise that the place was so nice, clean and fairly new by the looks of it. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room we got was an average size room, but came with a kitchenette and a semi-full size frig which came in very handy, especially Walmart and HEB is just down the street. Would definitely stay there again!

Absolutely LOVED my 2-night stay at Executive Residency by Best Western Corpus Christi!. The #1 highlight? The kitchenette. I’m talking stove, microwave, silverware, glasses, plates, full-size fridge, and even a pitcher inside! It felt like a mini apartment. I was genuinely thrilled. The room itself? Top-notch. Glass shower doors, sleek wash basin, super comfy beds, everything screamed quality. Cleanliness? Spotless. Staff? Friendly and helpful. My only tiny knock was the lack of a recycle bin in the room, but there was one by the hall. Overall, for the price and quality, this place is a hidden gem. HIGHLY recommend!

Walls were paper thin and they seemed to put all the families with kids next to each other. Beds were super hard. Staff wanted to tally up how many extra towels we asked for, which I thought was odd, and they didn't want to provide a receipt after the stay. You get what you pay for, but next time I'll stay somewhere else.

I have been back and forth with the Beat western manager or owner because I did not stay by second day and jewelry was left on table. I immediately contacted manger and associate and they said the best way to get my belongings were for them to mail them. I was given a charge to have my belongings mailed and I paid. I wasn’t given a tracking number until a week later and the hotel manager said it was mailed but never sent off. I have not received my belongings and most of which are Irreplaceable. I have called and have had no response and at a loss of 2678.00 the hotel has not resolved this and is still charging for my second day stay. This has been a night mare and I’m very upset on how my jewelry was stolen and faked the sending of an empty package that I never received.. this I was told by the UPS; sinc I had no response from manager.

First off I never leave reviews, but the treatment at this facility has been terrible. Tia in the office charge my card twice for the $50 deposit. When I ask about it I get rude comments back and am told that I would get my money back that day or within 24 hours. Here we are 3 days later and I still don't have my money back and every time I call they say they're going to call me back and nothing. They're still holding over $100 worth of deposits from me and I am getting no customer service. When I call to speak to Best Western they put me on hold for over 48 minutes before I hung up yesterday.

We booked our room in advanced paid for the room. When we go there our room that we had already paid for was not available. they had no double beds available at all. He proceeded to tell us he had no rooms available and it was super late. After standing at the check in for what seemed like 30’min with him stomping his foot and looking at the computer for ever he then said they had a double bed room handicap we said we will take it then 10 min later he said it’s sold out so he then stated he had a king room with a couch so we took it as we had no other options since he said he could not give us money back since it was paid. We got to room put daughter had to sleep on pull out which was not comfortable at all. Our restroom door that slides open n close did not close all the way. Our tv remote did not work so we couldn’t even watch tv. I would not recommend this place at all. We couldn’t even get a response from the hotel to try n get a refund.

The staff are great. They were able to change my reservation last minute and accommodate me. The place looked brand new and everything is nice. I enjoyed arriving to fresh towels and fresh made bed.This trip was stress free and enjoyable.

Great location to North Padre Island. Just get on the feeder road and you are on the causeway to North Padre Island. Hotel is contemporary and clean. Price was right in offseason.

It was accessible however, there were no dining options close by. The first floor of the establishment was in disrepair - wallpaper coming off the walls, missing trim. The area was sketchy. Our room looked out on a project or low income housing, activity throughout the night. The staff was very friendly the area was less than desirable.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel had all the creature-comforts, and the inside of the property was clean. The parking lot could use a little attention. Staff was super friendly. Only thing we didn't like is that breakfast stopped serving very early. It was over by 9.
