Property is in need of repair. My USB port in my room didn’t work thank goodness I had enough charge on my phone. The rooms are about a three out of 10 in my opinion the bed was OK. $192 for a one king bedroom and you got no breakfast because you have to pay for it and there was no happy hour because the bar was closed because they couldn’t find an employee to work at so you’re paying $192 for a two star hotel it was just the most disappointing hotel that I’ve been in in St. Louis

Staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived before noon but was still able to get into my room to get some work done. Outdoor area was great and the location was convenient to several stores and restaurants. The only two negatives were that rooms on the freeway side of the building did get a lot of noise and there were not any mats in the gym for things like stretching and body weight exercises. Otherwise it was a fantastic place to be for a week long business trip.

The Courtyard by Marriott St. Louis Brentwood was built around 2020 so is a new hotel. The rooms are large and decorated in a clean, modern style which I like. The walk in shower is well designed with the controls far enough away from the shower head that I could select the water temperature I wanted before stepping under the shower head. The woman who checked me in was very friendly and gave me the quiet room that I requested. There was plenty of free parking which I appreciated. Also there are restaurants nearby.

Although the hotel itself was clean and the rooms were nice, we were in were in a conjoined room and could hear absolutely everything on the other side of the door. Our neighbors were very loud and when we were woken up again at 3am, they continued to yell after the hotel staff told them to be quiet. The hotel staff told me she could not move my room because I booked it through a 3rd party. With the continued shouting, I packed our bags and went downstairs with my daughter explaining I was willing to go to any sized room. The front desk staff continued to say she couldn't do anything but maybe they could move us tomorrow despite the fact that there were available rooms that night. After some time, they were able to book us in another room. I'm not sure what changed after the first several times I asked but we then settled in our room at nearly 4am. This was a very unfortunate situation and I wish the hotel staff would have handled it differently.

Booked a king bed with a pull out couch on Expedia. Paid in full to reserve it. Upon check in they gave us a king room without the pullout couch. When we explained that’s not what we reserved we were told too bad so sad they were booked and that’s all they had. Got a manager who said same thing, husband had to argue and threaten to cancel upon which they said we had already paid and would not get a refund even if we didn’t stay there because they couldn’t give us the room we booked. Manager magically found us a room. I will say on Expedia it shows the couch is on the other side of the room, that is a King suite, not a normal room. That was disappointing but we made due. Breakfast was great, housekeeping was great, parking was awesome. The hotel itself is great very nice in a great part of town. I will say it’s right next to the on ramp to the highway so you will hear cars speeding up to get onto the highway which was annoying, and customer service seriously lacking. Had plenty of charging spots and room was nice and pretty cool. Asked for a box fan one night and was rudely told no. I’m not one to write reviews, however there wasn’t any warnings in any reviews I read which is why I booked this hotel. Will not stay here again.

Very rude front desk white lady , kept typing though i said hello. 0 customer service , behaved like we were inconvenience to her to check in . Literally had to say can you check me in !!! Abs horrible customer service . 0 : hospitality . 5/10 property . Definitely not coming back .

The property and the rooms were very nice. Would def stay here again. Karen the front desk attendant was welcoming at check in, and was also quick to help when we had issues without room in the very early morning. She was swift to get us located into a different room. Mild inconvenience was offset but amazing and compassionate customer service.

One of the most friendly staffs I have stayed at Courtyard. Parking is convenient and Starbucks across the hotel. Definitely this is the place to stay in St. Louis.

Everything was fantastic! I wish they had a free breakfast, but there are fantastic breakfast options all within 10 minutes of the hotel. There's even a Starbucks within walking distance. I will be staying here again!

For a Marriott, I would expect a complimentary breakfast or sit down restaurant. It had a Starbucks inside, when there’s a Starbucks literally within 500 feet across the parking lot. The one inside doesn’t open until 7am. I’m an early riser and went to the one in the parking lot around 5am. Room was nice. No safe for valuables. 2nd floor above the first floor entry. Heard every opening/closing of the doors. Otherwise quiet. Enjoyable. It’s a Marriott. We’ll stay again.
