Friendly, responsive English speaking staff. The lounge sofa needs an upgrade as it quite ordinary and not comfortable

We ranted 3 apartments Place not clean well, also the staff was Unprofessional!!! Any things requested from reception can not provide. - I contacted them 2 days before check in date to have all three apartments close from each other, they confirmed this request in last day than suddenly once we reached to hotel they change them !!! There was Egyptian guy in reception with zero customer service experience, I asked him to provide more keys for the apartment since we are 6 person, his reply was we only have one extra key in hotel !!! I thought he is joking !!! But unfortunately he is not, also he did not try to inform us if this true I will provide you more keys in the morning if some retune. I did not believe the hotel has Keys exactly with same number of rooms. The evaluations mention in website not correct if there is one start I will give them. Sure I will never visit them again.

Courteous team (very), spacious apartments, good condition and well equipped. Very quiet area, which makes the slightest noise in the street louder; but overall very good

Very economical choice, same two bed but here you get two separate rooms, recommend👍👍
