The hotel is located at least 15 mins away from the strip. The area is in a quiet and safe area. There are dining options surrounding the area. The hotel room itself is very nice, in good condition, and clean. Our room includes a microwave and refrigerator. Our stay was very comfortable and the hotel also provided hot breakfast. Amenities include fitness center and pool. The hotel does not charge resort fee or parking fee. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended!!!

Service was great. Breakfast was lovely. Fitness centre has everything you need. Pool was clean, comfortable and had both shaded and unshaded areas. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional! Our room (corner view) was clean, excellent view of Vegas, bed was comfy. The lobby was nice. Staff was very friendly. The pool area was nice, The spa was hot ( the only thing is that there were kids in the spa with inner tubes, which was a liitle annoying when I was trying to relax). Other then that, eveything was good and will stay here again.

We stayed here as a family of five and had a great experience. I felt safe the entire time, which was really important with the kids. The hotel was quiet and peaceful — perfect for relaxing. The pool and jacuzzi were clean, modern, and very inviting. We also loved how close it was to shops and restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Overall everything was good. The quality of the hotel for that price was great but checking in we had to wait for half an hour after posted check in time since the room wasn’t ready. The proximity to a casino and the interstate made for a rather noisy night making it difficult to sleep. The hot tub was broken or out of commission for some reason as well. The breakfast in the morning was really good though, despite the aforementioned issues those were only minor annoyances, overall a very good stay.

Excellent stay at the Hyatt Place in Las Vegas. Clean and comfortable rooms, staff were incredible, breakfast every morning was excellent. Plenty of free parking and free wifi....but the best benefit is the hotel is 100% smoke free AND ZERO resort fee.

I loved my stay. The hotel was in a pretty quiet area, yet there was a casino just a short 3-4 minute walk away with different dining options. The hotel bar was open 24 hours, I believe, which was nice (though I didn't get to make use of it). The breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. I wish I had stayed longer!

Our room smelled liked cigarette. Contacted the front desk and they weren’t able to compensate our inconvenience. They switched our room but it was a downgrade from what we paid for. We were inconvenienced by having to change rooms. It would have been nice if management would have comped us a room for future stay. Apologies are nice but it doesn’t fix the problem after traveling and wanting to check in to a nice room to relax but to be disappointed with a cigarette smelly room.

If you want something away from the strip but not too far, this is a great choice. I, however, was greatly disappointed at how dirty our room was and lack of toiletries and towels. It was evident the room was cleaned half assed from the previous guest.

As a big stickler for cleanliness, I have to give this hotel 5 stars. The room was spacious, clean, modern and up to date, bathroom was spotless and up to date. Staff were cleaning daily and very easy to access. Customer service was excellent, complimentary breakfast was very good and nice variety. I will definitely return to this hotel when I visit Las Vegas in the future. I highly recommend.

This was our first time saying at this Hotel. We were impressed with almost all the aspects. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Everything is clean and looks great. There were only two downsides: first is that the rooms don’t have a microwave. Second is there the hot water in shower did not get hot.

Hotel room size, amenities, cleanliness was great. Hotel staff were also friendly and professional. The room air/heat unit was very noisy, also the outside highway and freeway noise was very bothersome. It sounded as if a window was open. I wasn’t sure if the noise came into the room through the windows or A/C vent.

Front desk manager allowed an unauthorized person to walk into the hotel, access the elevators and my room without permission. I told them the person was unauthorized and stole a key but the front desk manager walked the person through the hotel and to my room for the unauthorized access. I really enjoy staying at Hyatt; it's always my first choice when I travel. However, this time I booked my reservation through hotel.com, and the experience left me feeling quite inconvenienced. To begin with, I was informed that I couldn't make any updates to my room because I had booked through a third party. I was also unable to apply my Hyatt member benefits to my reservation, which was surprising and disappointing. The most frustrating part of my stay was when an Asian receptionist told me I had to vacate my room by 12:00 pm and wait for my next day's room to become available. This was particularly inconvenient as I had a lot of luggage. Fortunately, another receptionist kindly reminded me that I could check for an available room by breakfast time, allowing me to avoid waiting until noon and saving me a significant amount of time. Another issue I encountered was having to call twice and wait for more than 30 minutes to receive my towels. Additionally, there was no extra blanket in the closet, which I believe should be a standard amenity. Despite these challenges, overall, my stay was good. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the staff service.

The person who checked me in was great!! Super helpful. I cannot praise him enough. The room was clean and quiet. I love the walk-in shower. Tubs are disgusting so thankful there wasnt one. Breakfast was great as well and easy check out.

I received a phone call last night from my parents and they were shaking because someone who were assigned same room number had entered their room while they were sleeping around 22:00. This is an unacceptable breach of security and privacy. They felt unsafe staying at this property. They couldn’t sleep at all until they checked out. No apologies to my parents.

It’s in a quiet and safe area. Perfect location for us, everything was 10 minutes away, to Henderson, Enterprise, the strip etc… Many great options for food and everything is close by. Most importantly it’s very clean, we were really happy with the cleanliness.

I kept having to change my key card. Service was good rooms were smaller than they seemed in the picture.Janet the supervisor of Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast was good, but not organized well. You don't put plates, forks and spoons right next to the hot food. They should be at the start of the line the toaster should be where the bread and bagels are.
