Extremely clean and new or newly updated property. Property very modern feeling. Ample and easy free parking. The hotel is a short and convenient drive to the Cleveland clinic. The area felt safe. Lobby offers 24 hour coffee and tea. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend it.

Hotel lobby and lounge areas around it has a great set up for families to hang out, work station as well as dining areas. Device charging plugs are available at everywhere. Perfect for kids and adults as well as working environment.

Nice relatively modern styled hotel. Open concept clothing area, so although there is room for clothes there aren't closets and a bunch of drawers. This was no issue for me and my mom though at first the idea bothered her. (She's of an older generation 83) I didn't like that there was no microwave in the rooms, but there was a community one in the lobby on the other side of the front desk. (Front desk is in a circular shape) in the middle of the lobby.

Clean building, clean room, good breakfast. Staff was friendly! They even have a gas fire pit to hang around. Safe parking lot.

Comfortable beds and loved our room! The breakfast was always delicious and staff was great at keeping the area clean. We loved that there was an ice machine and filtered water dispenser right off the lobby so we could refill our water bottles. Highly recommend this hotel!

Easy to reach from the highway. Conveniently located. Pet friendly. (Although be aware that yhere is a non-refundable pet fee. $50 for my 32 lb dog.)

There is a frig in the room and microwave near the front desk.

Air conditioner was out in the lobby and dining room so breakfast was toasty!

This place was filthy

The 1st room was filthy. Blood stains in the sheets and the matress was full of stains. The second room was even worse. The stains covered all the matress. I've never seen anything like that before. Never again. We left the hotel and checked out that same night.

The room was dirty the furnishings were dated and damaged there were damaged light fixtures. There were stains and spots and spatter on the curtains and on the walls Our mattress had several severe stains on them. I have no idea if it was blood coffee or some other type of bodily fluid and when we asked for a different room, we were told there was none and when we asked if we could have a different mattress, they sent different bedding. My husband ended up rotating the mattress and so it wasn’t in my face up by my pillow and putting towels on that portion of the mattress

Very clean and comfortable

Room was not clean at all, half the lamps didn’t work, couldn’t use AC because it was SO loud, the site said rooms are noise proofed we heard everything through the walls. We were going to shower but it felt too dirty with mold and others’ hair. Normally I walk around the room in my bare feet, not here your feet will be covered in dirt and stick to the floor. Not impressed at all by this visit.

The sheets smelled, really bad, I had to sleep on my own shirt. The shower floor had dark stains. The staff was great, I got in late and was leaving early. I think they would have changed them if i asked but it was a quick trip, and clean sheets should be the norm, not something you need to ask for.

Room definitely was not ideal. No soap in shower. Showered with shampoo. Very little at sink. Bed sloppy made. Room dusty.

Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was perfect.

Television had no guide or ability to stream

It wasn’t a great stay. They only have one little garbage can in the bathroom. They have no microwave. It’s very noisy room for the price. It was ridiculous.

Everything was fine except for the sound of buses at night, which was very noisy.

Our family of 5 (three kids aged 9, 7, and 5) stayed here one night while traveling. Everything was clean and fresh feeling, and the kids loved the board games and fooseball table in the lounge/lobby. It was our first stay at a Tru, and while it worked for us, it's worth noting that the rooms are very tight (there's no couch or "living room" space).

It was a lovely hotel, and all the staff members were courteous. The only problem and it was a big one, is that the air conditioning unit sounded like they had a bunch of teeny tiny people in it with baseball bats making noise when it came on or turned off. I can't even tell you how many times it woke me up.

Mostly nice. Only complaint was the matresses are completely worn out lumpy in need of replacement.

The bed is/was extremely disappointing Really thin mattress. With a considerable dip in the middle of it. Not a "bates motel" but it served its purpose. Within walking distance from hospital. Would not stay again, sleep is important, laying in a dip after 40 is not something you wish on anyone.

At first glance we were pleased with the room. It wasn’t until we started getting ready for bed that we discovered there was no way to completely cover the window. The top curtain is actually more of a valance & only covered less than half the window.

The room was large with very little amenities, no coffee maker, no closet, ironing board, ect. No carpet on the floor. It felt like a dorm room. It was dark and not much lighting in the room.

Check in was quick and friendly. Very clean and updated, unfortunately it was updated rather cheaply. The rooms were poorly designed and looks like a college dorm room. Other than that it was a good stay with a very good breakfast

I made a reservation and paid for the hotel stay in advance. Upon arrival, I was told they oversold the hotel for the night, and I would have to stay at another hotel. They provided a voucher that allowed me to stay at Embassy Suites for no additional money. The staff people were friendly and apologetic, however I will never book this hotel again. This is the only time such a situation has ever happened to me, and I've done this 1000s of times. The hotel itself seemed nice, but I never got past the front desk.

The hotel was clean and brightly lit. Felicia quickly checked us in and was very helpful with all of our questions. Our room was very comfortable and well tended. The breakfast had lots of selections. I had a bagel, sausage, and scrambled eggs and it was all fresh and yummy.

My husband arrived there around 23:30, and he need to wait until 00:15 to check in, the front desk said some one checked in by using his reservation…..so ridiculous! And he need to wake up very early for next day…..still waiting for a room!

This hotel was great. Convenient to downtown without the hassle. An uber is about 15 minutes to the HB stadium. Bed was super comfortable. Breakfast typical with oatmeal, cereal, eggs, sausage, bagel, toast, and yogurt. Front desk staff was super nice and gave me suggestions and advice.

The staff is always friendly and helpful and it was the same this time as well.

Booked the room 1 month in advance- went to check in and the hotel was overbooked.

We arrived for check in and the computers were down. The staff did a decent job working through that with everyone waiting to be checked in. We had multiple bags with us and were unable to get key cards to the room. We offered to come back after lunch but was let in our room to put our bags down. The room was surface level clean, but when you looked closer, dirty. Floors under nightstands were covered with dirt and we had a broken light next to the bed with exposed wires. After checking the sheets and bed they were found to be extremely dirty. The mattress did not have a protector on it and the sheets had clumps of hair throughout. The bottom of the mattress was covered in crumbs and filth. When we were headed out to lunch I stopped at the desk and apologized for complaining but requested a new set of sheets. I told staff if they could be brought to the room while we were gone I would even make the bed. Staff apologized and said “no problem”. We left for 3 hours and when we returned (lobby was empty) the room was exactly how we left it. I called down to the desk and spoke to staff and explained we had wanted new sheets and did not receive them. The woman I spoke to who was rude, not apologetic or helpful. We waited 30 more minutes and had to leave for our event. My husband went down to the desk to ask for the sheets and he said the woman at the desk just walked away from him without saying anything. Several minutes later a staff member came up and my husband and her made the

Our stay was made amazing by the front desk attendant. Miss Pauline was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. In a day and age when hospitality is waning, and his was refreshing.

Great place with convenient location to downtown, only a few minutes drive.

The hotel was very convenient to the Agora Theater which is why I selected it. The room was clean and comfortable. The one negative is that it wasn’t really within walking distance of anything else and the staff wasn’t helpful in suggesting a decent restaurant or much of anything else nearby for that matter. All said, it was generally a nice hotel although maybe a bit overpriced.

My stay was wonderful! I do have concerns over parking lot security as there was a car break in. Granted, we were in midtown Cleveland but I have no way of knowing how often this occurs. Hopefully it’s a rarity.

Convenient to Cleveland Clinic for early appointments. This is the place!

My vehicle and multiple other vehicles got broken into over the course of our stay. Front desk was not helpful. Police officer said He personally has been there multiple times this year for this.

We frequently stay here when we're in town to visit our son at Case Western. It's just a mile from campus and has free parking, free breakfast. Never had a problem.

Very nice hotel close to Cleveland Clinic. Very quiet rooms. Very good stay. Only drawback was that 8 or 10 cars in the back half of the parking lot had their side windows broke out. If you stay here park as close to building as possible!

Not a lot around in immediate vicinity. Have to drive for dining and other amenities. Situated in an older area of city. Is only 10 minutes from downtown, convenient in that way.

My car window was shattered and my car was broken into while in the parking lot.

The breakfast lady was at best rude, mean and obnoxious. I asked her about the ingredients she put in the scrambled egg. She directed me to the cold hard boiled eggs saying if you don't like it, get the hard boiled egg!

Staff was very helpful and kind. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was fresh and hot.

There was a good variety at breakfast, with plenty of seating and friendly staff. Overall, we were impressed with the cleanliness of the place, and we were pleased that it was a short drive to the places we wanted to visit.

The hallways and main entrance areas had almost no AC on during some very hot days. We also noticed that the bed had no bed cover. Just a sheet and duvet. And finally, the breakfast was just horrible.
