This place is awesome.. Especially that the pool is open 24 hrs.. Every time we go visit the brother in law I'll book this place. Its always clean, the area is safe, walking distances to Walmart, Heb, the movies and other places. The staff is nice..

It was close to the freeway and shopping. The pool was not heated, it was cold. No hot tub, it apparently used to have one because the hook ups for a whirlpool. The coffee pot in the room was out of date and also the coffee maker in the breakfast room.

The workout gym had three pieces of equipment and two were broken. The indoor pool had scattered 2x4 lumber and out of order signs. The water was unheated. The pool room was unheated. The whirlpool was not there at all, only the timer. Continental breakfast had no protein sources at all. Room GFI outlet in bathroom was nonfunctional (coffee pot had to be moved, blow dryer nonfunctional). Bathtub had rust rash. Sink was cracked around bowl from rim to rim. Hole in sink drain. Last but not least - a bedbug. Do not stay here.

The room only had 2 towels for 3 guest, when asked for another one I was questioned why. Breakfast isnt breakfast, you only have choice of waffles or cereal thats it. Never anyone at front desk. Could see through the pool water. I am a CPO and can say without testing the water was not sanitary for use, yet it remained open

The Patel family is very hospitable, friendly, and welcoming. Mr Patel takes a lot of pride in his property, and works diligently to make sure any issues are corrected. There were a couple of issues, one major was the two maintenance staff— they walked into my room, not once but twice, and my daughter was not dressed, just coming out of the shower the second time, and he left door open for a few seconds to be sure and get a good look before deciding to close it and knock. Patel said he would address it. The whole reason the guy was coming in there was to fix a leak issue they had. Had to move rooms, and the room we were moved to was extremely dirty. Dusty, hair, trash, just nasty. This did not match the rest of the hotel, and was highly perplexing. The breakfast was fantastic, they do a really good job of giving different hot breakfast choices every morning. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and quality. There were unfortunately some guests who broke the elevator, and pool, blasted their music, among other things— unfortunately these people are “common behavior culture” it was frustrating to see them disrespecting everyone and everything around them.

My husband and I stayed in Room 303 for 8 nights while visiting military family. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was great - excellent water pressure & hot water. Housekeeping provided us with towels on request. Breakfast options were ok, enough to get you going for the day; there was a great coffee machine! Owners were very friendly. Hotel location is very convenient to many stores and restaurants, and Fort Cavazos.

The whole place smelled like marijuana. There was never anyone at the front desk, the free breakfast was the worst I have ever seen. And the room had a horrible chemical smell from cheap fabuloso cleaner.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. Fresh, clean linens, clean bathroom, nice and bright, and the room is clean!! Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. And the best part is the have real Hot Breakfast, big selection of eggs, sausages, delicatessen, yogurt, Breakfast waffles hot Coffee, milk and much more! Very friendly atmosphere !!

Property is updated and the rooms are good, no carpet which I prefer. Beds are comfy everything was clean and working well. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a very good stay and I recommend this hotel and I would stay again.

Bed headboard, table, and bureau appeared to be new. Bathroom was also updated along with the flooring throughout. However the 2 ottomans and one chair were heavily stained. 4 small pillows on the king size bed. Breakfast consisted of 2 cereals, waffles, bananas, coffee, and juice. Waffle mix was thin resulting in soggy wafles.

I booked the Days Inn in C. Cove TX. The tub had rust around the fuacet going down to the drain. (RM 202.) There is no view to speak of. The hotel is central located to entertainment (A movie theater), shopping (Wal-Mart), and some fast food restaurants. The staff was friendly enough. Although they discouraged asking for extra towels (via a posted sign in the room.) All in all I feel like I got what I paid for.

I liked the comfy bed, spacious clean room,quiet environment and nice employees but if you want a good hot breakfast, skip this one. There was no bacon or ham the 4 days we stayed. They had sausage 2 days but tasted like turkey saugae or tofu. No bueno. The place was well kept and secure with free parking. Not bad for the price.

What a wonderful place, front desk bald gentleman was such a great guy, he was joking with the children at the time of my check in and it was a hoot... Beds are comfortable (my biggest pet peve ) I slept well !!!They feel like memory foam , just the right amount of soft. I actually had the Holiday inn recommended because they were all booked up.. enjoy

When I checked in, I notified front desk that I needed a wake up call at 2am to catch a flight. When I got to my room, there was no phone service. They replaced phone, still no service. I was assured they would knock on my door in the morning. That didn;t happen, and I only made my flight by 5 minutes.

I booked this place for my Auntie traveling. She stayed about a week and was doubled charged. My reservation that I set for her and the guy charged her again, upon her check in. 😠 She is a sweet lady and just started enjoying her retirement. Instead of getting her money back, she decided to stay another week. For her, it’s to much to process. She’s elderly along with my mother whose not to far from her age. First of all, the manager or owner was rude to them.(Male individual, usually at front desk) His customer service needs a lot of help. I was told his wife was understanding and nice. I flew in over the weekend to check up on them both. Tell me why they managed to purchase a boom to clean up the room, along with other cleaning supplies. I will not ever recommend this place, until that guy is removed from there. Because of him and his customer service this place doesn’t deserve a star.

Id like to send a compliment to their staff which was very polite and helpful.. the night attendant a gentlemen by the name of Rene` was extremely polite and helpful with my booking and worked with me on my exit. Kudos that was superior customer service sir!!

The Street to the hotel is under construction and the hotel is hard to get to. The check in was quick with the desk clerk very pleasant. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, but the bathtub had rust around the faucet. The sink was cracked. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet. The breakfast had cereal choices, but most were kids cereal. It a waffle maker with waffle mix, milk, orange juice and coffee. There was also packaged muffins, cinnamon rolls and yogurt.

All staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was very spacious, clean, and well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the curtains kept the morning light completely out of the room. Warm breakfast options were better than the last few hotels we have stayed at. The juice and coffee are 24 hrs for guests. A BIG plus is FREE laundry for guests, you just need your room key and your own detergent.

Shower was rusted, shower curtain torn, floor was sticky. There was no coffeemaker in the room, but coffee. When I called to ask for one, she said there were no more. Breakfast was "make yourself a waffle" or cold muffins.
