El sitio estupendo, aunque muy mal para encontrar aparcamiento. Lo peor se estropeó el ascensor y tardaron más de un día en arreglarlo.

Estudio bien equipado en un edificio renovado recientemente. Esta muy bien situado para ver Aveiro a pie. Al lado hay un centro comercial y un mercado municipal. Ambos tienen parking que es la mejor opcion para dejar el coche (el del mercado son 6€ al dua y merece la pena). Lo que eche en falta en el cuarto de baño es algo para colgar las toallas de mano. El check in es por email y los accesos son con codigos. Ningun problema para nosotros. Todo ok

A comfortable spacious apartment in a great location in the centre of Aveiro. Close to all amenities and a short walk ((10 minutes) from the train station. The accommodation doesn't offer any parking however there's pay and display parking on the street if you can find a space.

La ubicación inmejorable, en el centro de Aveiro al lado de uno de los canales. Apartamento bonito y limpio. El sofá cama muy incómodo, es lo peor del apartamento. Le falta iluminación al dormitorio y al baño, son oscuros. Aparcamiento de zona azul delante de la entrada. Y para mi gusto le faltan utensilios de limpieza como escoba o fregona, que para un fin de semana no hace falta pero para 1 semana como estuve yo, sí y no teníamos. Tampoco hay lavadora.

The location was perfect for me, it’s very central in Aveiro. I could see the boats on the canal right on my balcony, along with the bridges.. It was easy to get in even with no front desk. I liked that the room was blackout dark, it made for a good nights’ sleep. There was no parking in the building but the Mercado was close enough and it was about 6euro per day. The only thing I wish they would do is to get better and more comfortable pillows and bed.

Perfect appartment, so clean and great location. The communication from the owner, was in top, always an answer within short time. Missing a dustbroom and spade, for cleaning the floor your self, for crums and sand. But the quality of the apartment is on the high end, and luxery in top. Highly recommended

The property was beautifully located with restaurants and shopping walking distance. Everything was organized and toiletries were a nice touch. The view from the balcony toward the river was beautiful and unmatched with any other property. Communication with the property was quick with effort to help as we needed a crib and help with the AC. However, problems with AC weren’t easily fixed, although staff did come try and fix it once, the issue persisted and wasn’t resolved, leaving us sleeping uncomfortably in humid and hot apartment (something that wouldn’t be a big deal, however our baby had a fever the day before and needed to be kept in a cool/fresh environment, leading him to wake up crying constantly for the two nights we stayed here). If I hadn’t travelled with a baby that was sick and crawling on the floors I wouldn’t care that the floors hadn’t been mopped and left my feet dirty after an hour. Would still recommend to stay here, with a few tweaks.

Wir konnten unsere Unterkunft erst 1,5h später beziehen, da es nicht gereinigt war. Dann saßen wir mit Kind und Kegel im Flur solange. Alles sehr eng und ungemütlich. Wände sehr hellhörig. Sauberkeit so lala. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter kompliziert. Würden es nicht empfehlen und es auch nicht mehr buchen.

What i loved about the property was the location, perfect if you want to visit the canals and be close to shopping center! I thought everything was very modern and was sent my check in codes and everything easily through online. Only cons i have is that the pull out couch mattress was terrible , caved towards the middle , very thin. Had to use the blanket and pillows on the mattress to sleep comfortably. Luckily i stayed just one day. Floor was q bit dirty i walked barefoot and my foot was covered in sand , but thats about it. Overall i would totally stay again and recommend.

El apartamento es hermoso, luce como nuevo y muy limpio, la ubicacion es excelente, sin embargo El sofa cama es muy incomodo para dormir. se recomienda reforzar la base del colchón o cambiarlo por otro. Se comunico al personal encargado de mantenimiento quien muy amablemente trato de ayudarnos pero igual era muy incomodo.

Apartment is in a great location just 5 min walk from old town center, 2 mins to canals and shopping Centre. Good modern apartment but was let down by a few things. Toilet continually ran water, shower enclosure wouldn’t close, some lights not working , kitchen lacking a few utensils. Otherwise great choice for accommodation.

Emplacement exceptionnel. Dans le centre de Aveiro, proche de tout. Une vue incroyable sur le canal avec le passage des Moliceiros. Appart hôtel parfaitement équipé, seul bémol le matelas du clic clac trop fin et pas vraiment confortable. Communication parfaite avec la gestion de la location, merci à eux ! Nous avons passé un superbe séjour !

Contacted the host via Whatsapp to get AC to work. The AC dies not work. I believe it is out if coolant. It was colder outside than inside the apartment. We could not sleep It also was very noisy.

Alt var ganske bra bortsett fra alt for hard seng som også manglet overmadrass. I tillegg var kjøkkenet dårlig utstyrt. Utover det så var det meget sentralt og rent.

Wir konnten unsere Unterkunft erst 1,5h später beziehen, da es nicht gereinigt war. Dann saßen wir mit Kind und Kegel im Flur solange. Alles sehr eng und ungemütlich. Wände sehr hellhörig. Sauberkeit so lala. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter kompliziert. Würden es nicht empfehlen und es auch nicht mehr buchen.

El check in no fue el adecuado. Tuve que ponerme yo en contacto con la gerencia de los apartamentos para que me dieran los codigos de acceso. Me dijeron que esto ocurrió por haber hecho la reserva a través de Expedia y no directamente a ellos. Esto no debería suceder en el futuro. No es lógico que pase esto. Debe ser lo mismo por donde reserves para que tengas el check in correcto y no te lleve ningún inconveniente; y más estando de vacaciones.

Property was beautiful, clean and modern. Not having an onsite person for check-in was problematic. I was having trouble opening emails.. I tried calling the number listed and it was a recording. I then texted but I believe it was AI generated, as it didn’t truly answer my questions. After messing around for a couple of hours on the phone, I was able to get to a place I could open my emails and was able to get the code to enter the buil

Contacted the host via Whatsapp to get AC to work. The AC dies not work. I believe it is out if coolant. It was colder outside than inside the apartment. We could not sleep It also was very noisy.

L appartement est idéalement situé. La vue sur le canal est très agréable. L appartement est bien isolé, propre et bien agencé. Nous y avons séjourné en famille : 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Je recommande !

A comfortable spacious apartment in a great location in the centre of Aveiro. Close to all amenities and a short walk ((10 minutes) from the train station. The accommodation doesn't offer any parking however there's pay and display parking on the street if you can find a space.

Emplacement exceptionnel. Dans le centre de Aveiro, proche de tout. Une vue incroyable sur le canal avec le passage des Moliceiros. Appart hôtel parfaitement équipé, seul bémol le matelas du clic clac trop fin et pas vraiment confortable. Communication parfaite avec la gestion de la location, merci à eux ! Nous avons passé un superbe séjour !

The 1-bedroom apartment was excellent, spacious enough for our family of 4 (kids slept on the pull out couch and said it was very comfortable!!) Perfect location, beautiful view of the canal!!!
