I would have rated this hotel excellent except when i showed up i was informed that there waa a $20 overnight parking fee. There were no events nearby. I stayed in town two more nights but moved to the Comfort Suites right next door - same price for rooms but no $20 parking fee.

Very close, convenient to event center. You can park and walk. There is however a fee for parking. Only downside was noise. We attended during a dance competition weekend. You could easily hear through the walls and kids running talking in the hallways.

Very nice rooms and area. Everything good except hidden parking cost charged with no warning. Part problem with Travelocity, prepaid but the do not itemize the receipt. However the staff charged parking again with no warning or info prior. For a higher rate then offered through Travelocity. Called to question and was dismissed and told it would be looked into.

Loved the location and the room. Wasn’t told or aware that parking wasn’t included, only one car per room so had to pay $20. If we didn’t do that is was meter parking $$$$or park at a parking garage 5mins away!! So that was disappointing

While the location was convenient. The rm was dirty. No liners in the trash cans. Shower doors were not clean. There was hair in the bathroom. Toilet paper wasnt filled and the couch hidabed underneath was disgusting with food and empty food wrappers. I was unaware until check in that ea night we would be charged to park. IN THE HOTEL PARKING LOT!!! $15 a night. That, I do not understand...there was no pool. In addition the continental breakfast was not the best. Coffee was made late. I will consider staying elsewhere my next visit. And your 3rd question on the next page is irrelevant

Great stay in a safe, quiet part of the city. Parking is on-site and easy. My room was spacious, clean, and modern. Good breakfast in the morning. The woman who checked me in was particularly helpful and welcoming. Would definitely recommend!

The beds and pillows were so comfortable. The curtains were great for blocking out the morning light. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. I would have liked if there was more than one chair in the room as there were two of us in a two queen room. Luckily, we were not in the room for too long so it wasnt an issue.

Room was huge and very nice. Bed was okay, pillows were blah, I need to start bringing my own, room was very clean, we asked for a room on the top floor away from the elevator and was put on the 2nd floor by the elevator, walls were very thin and you could hear doors shutting all night, people laughing and talking outside the room because we were by the elevator, kids running above us, but all and all it was a good stay. I would stay here again, but bring my own pillow and make sure I call in and make my request known about the location of the room I prefer.

The staff at the check in desk were so very helpful with arranging rooms closer together for my friend and I. They did it all with great humor. They answered all our questions about Uber, restaurants near the Civic Center, and helped me get signed into WiFi. The room was so spacious and clean and the bathroom was huge. One suggestion I have is to put grab bars in the shower, especially for those of us who aren’t as agile as we used to be.

This was honestly not the experience I was expecting for the price I paid. I was rushed through check in didn’t even get told when check out was if there was breakfast. Just got told where to part and handed my keys. Thankfully I didn’t get charged again cause I apparently checked out late. Just not the experience I expected for spending so much on a place

My daughter and I drove 6 hours to see Hamilton and when we checked in, exhausted and ready to put our feet up. Jodi took excellent care of us. She was kind, patient and even upgraded our room. Just because. Everyone we encountered was fantastic and friendly, breakfast was delicious and would definitely come back!

The woman working at the desk was very friendly, professional, and helpful. We asked for some suggestions of good places to eat nearby, and she gave us information of places she knew well. I was very impressed with everything about the room and my stay. The breakfast was very well done. I was not able to stay the second night because of problems hat home. The lady at the desk was very helpful in getting the cancelation done. I am disappointed that I am not able to get a receipt so I can get reimbursement.

Nice Hotel, very clean. Friendly staff. However at check in we were told we would be charged $15 for parking. The lady at the desk says 3rd parties “just won’t put it on their site” for people to know. She said she would wave it but then we were charged. We stayed on a Saturday night and we’re told the bar closed at 10. Our event was over and we were back a little after 10pm and it would have been nice to hang out at the bar. Behind us was a group of at least 8 that tried to go in too. There were people staying at the hotel for a Hockey game and a comedian.
