Very nicely located to everything in Wixom. Property did not have enough parking, but in fairness there was a HUGE ice storm. A lot of locals had to take a hotel room from loss of power in their homes. In any case, the hotel never felt overcrowded. Room was comfortable and spread out. Breakfast was underwhelming, but there is a Culver’s right next to the property.

Staff was very friendly during check-in, and room is large. Breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options and tasted good. I booked this hotel as it had an electric car charger on site, however, they only have one and it was already being used when we arrived so we were unable to use it during our stay. The couch in the room was not very comfortable and had stains on it, it’s close to the highway so you do hear the cars, the bathroom door is a barn door type with a full length frosted window and positioned in the middle of the room, so the light shines throughout the whole room at night/early morning. Overall, it was decent for the price.

This was an excellent place to stay for an event in the area. Accessible to many things. The ONLY thing that was a downfall was the small pool and no hot tub-but we still had fun!

We’ve stayed in several Springhill and loved our experience. Checkin was smooth, The overall stay was great and our kids loved the pool and breakfast. Disappointed that our room hadn’t been fully cleaned (garbage still in the trash receptacle) and hair in the sink and shower).

All good except the translucent bathroom door..staying with kids in the same room, everytime someone went into the bathroom it lit up the entire room..early showers, late night bathroom runs...wakes everyone. If you stay here, bring a night light so you don't need to turn on the bathroom light at night!

Frustrated with the check in and morning breakfast. Upon check in they asked for a card for incidentals but ended up charging the full amount of the room which had already been paid not only once but twice then a random charge of 20.00 as well. I’ve been trying to get an answer for the past cpl days and still have yet to hear from management and will be calling corporate next. They then told us that for breakfast they would be sure there was ready to go items ready by 6:30 as we had to depart early and again disappointed as there was barely anything available, one choice of granola bars, some boiled eggs, and a yogurt. Super disappointed as last time our stay was so much better we booked here based on our first experience.

The property and hotel were all amazing! The problem is the staff... I had booked a room that fit 4 people that needed 3 different beds. We arrived at the hotel and our room was gone and they FORCED us to buy for 2 king rooms! Worst check in experience I've ever had.

This hotel was very clean. The lady at the desk at night was so kind. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. All that being said, the breakfast was TERRIBLE!! Breakfast was served from 7a-10a and if you didn’t get there before 8a, you didn’t get anything. There wasn’t much to choose from and even the stuff they were offering was empty. The cooler with yogurt, empty… Oatmeal, empty. Bagels, empty!!! With there being a large event in town, you would think they would prepare better…

We got in our room body wash was empty, the lotion container was there, but empty as well. Tried to go to breakfast an hour and a half before it closed and was out of food. Looked for a place that had breakfast included and still had to go buy breakfast 2 days. Not so happy about the stay at a marriott
