ONOMO Airport Casablanca

The airport shuttle is a joke. It s a mini bus that runs on the top of every hour. No space for luggage and the driver is not happy at his job insulting people who have 2 bags. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere

This is a convenient hotel close to the airport. The staff is attentive and kind to international travelers. The property itself is lovely - the rooms are clean and new, there is apparently a ftness center (I can't comment on that as I did not use it), breakfast ia a simple buffet, and they have a fantastic lawn/patio with tables and chairs. The hitel also has a bar with a simple but sufficient selection of options. The shuttle to the airport leaves on the hour and is at most a 5 minute ride. There is not much to do around the hotel, but you can take the shuttle back to the airport and take the metro back to Casablanca (about a 40 minute ride that drops you off within walking distance of the Old City, Hassan II Mosque, and Marina Mall.

They indicate a 24 hour shuttle. We were waiting along with others for over 30 min and no shuttle came. When we called the hotel they said we had to wait for the next hour shuttle. It was frustrating and we had to take an expensive taxi that we weren’t expecting. Room was clean and dinner was available.

Modern hotel right at the airport of Casablanca. Actually all was perfect except the restaurant staff in the evening, which was more concerned about their chatter than about the clients. They offer hourly shuttles to the airport.

Clean hotel. Close to airport. Hotel shuttle was convenient. Goes to/from at the top of the hour. Restaurant on site is nice. I found the breakfast buffet options to be plentiful and worth the cost. Staff are pleasant. Rooms are basic for an overnight stay. Good shower pressure. Only downside was I found the bed too hard for my liking.

this is a great place for staying before catching an early flight. the hotel is very well maintained (think standard business travel in north america). the breakfast buffet was excellent and the hotel airport shuttle very handy. there was also a small gym which was great for a quick workout. would highly recommend for travellers looking for an airport location.

We arrived at the airport when Casablanca had its first rain of the season. We were waiting for the airport shuttle that never came over an hour in the rain. Finally, we took a cab to the hotel. At the reception counter we were told the shuttle runs once an hour which is not true.

check in easy and staff was friendly dining was good Night clerk unlocked dining so I could get coffee at 0230 while waiting on the shuttle. room floor was dirty. We had to wash our feet several times Bathroom floor was not clean. dried poop on the floor near the toilet. Only one towel for two of us.

The room was disappointing. Towels were old and ragged, and both towels and sheets reeked of cheap perfume from their detergent. A toxic air freshener made the room smell worse. The Sunday night female receptionist was disorganized and lied about sending a hair dryer, two hours later it never arrived to our room, so I called reception and she admitted they did not have one. The male Monday morning receptionist was rude. The entire Onomo Casablanca Airport staff needs hospitality training. The only positives and why I'm giving two stars is: The hotel room had a rain shower head with good water pressure and hot water, as well as a firm, comfortable bed. We won't return.

Our bedsheets had blood stains on them.

As airport hotels go, this one had both strong and weak points. The room was spartan with no toiletries or hair dryer, but the patio for dinner looked out on a green lawn, which was refreshing.

Air conditioning didn’t work. We had maintenance fix it multiple times and they did not fix. We asked for a new room they did not accommodate. We did not sleep at all due to the heat.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport, with a shuttle service available every hour throughout the day, which makes transfers very easy. The room was small but exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The restaurant offers decent food, though nothing particularly special. One downside is the lack of seating in the reception area, and there’s no coffee or kettle available in the room, which would have been a nice touch. Overall, it’s a practical and comfortable option for short stays or overnight layovers near Casablanca Airport.

I spent the day and night here before a flight. Had two great meals at the restaurant- shrimp for lunch and pasta for dinner. Both were amazing. Ibrahim did a great job in the restaurant. Room was comfy, water for shower was hot, WiFi was strong. Will stay here again

AC didn’t work well but otherwise good spot for a one night layover. Bed was good, shower was perfect.

Beds are way too small and uncomfortable for an adult!!

The beds were comfortable, but the climate controls were not operating correctly. The rooms were definitely clean, including the bathroom.

Window could not be closed properly, this made outside noise very loud and sleeping was very difficult

Great staff and very nice hotel.

This was an overpriced hotel with minimalist decor, whose only advantage is its proximity to Casablanca's airport. The food wasn't bad, but this was the only accommodation we stayed at over a two week Moroccan trip that didn't cover breakfast. I liked the shuttle driver, but other staff seemed officious and unfriendly.

I messaged the hotel 3 times asking about the shuttle. They never responded. I called the hotel multiple times before I was able to talk to domeone about the shuttle. There is a restaurant. We were told several times that they could not grant our order. They were missing items

Convenient and close to the Casablanca airport for early departures. Staff reasonably friendly, food mediocre. Real issue is trying to contact them - NO ohone numbers seem available online or in the Hotels.com reservation that let you reach a human onsite - that should be a MUST for ANY reservation. Why does this matter? I took the train from Casablanca to the airport and had no way to figure out how to get a pickup to the hotel since my flight was the next morning - just plain stupid. So I had to take a taxi since it was not walkable on the highway even though a short trip

Upon arrival at the hotel around 9:00 p.m., I went to the restaurant to have dinner. I sat for over an hour without being served either food or drinks. During this time, several other guests left the restaurant visibly upset due to the same lack of service. When I approached the reception desk to ask for an explanation, the receptionist told me that there was “a problem with the chef” and added that I could go eat somewhere else if I wanted, saying I had no reason to complain. When I requested a complaint form, she said that she didn’t have any. A few minutes later, the restaurant manager came out and, instead of apologizing, started shouting at me in front of other people. I then had to leave the hotel, pay for a taxi, and buy food outside. When I returned at around 10:11 p.m., both the receptionist and the restaurant manager were standing at the front desk. As I walked past carrying my food bag, they both laughed at me mockingly. I turned around and said, “Very professional,” to which they replied “thank you,” still laughing. I have stayed in hotels of many different chains around the world, and I have never experienced such humiliating and unprofessional behavior. This kind of treatment is completely unacceptable for an establishment that represents an international hotel chain. To be clear, the restaurant waiters were doing their best, and my complaint is directed only at the restaurant manager and the receptionist on duty between 9:00 p.m. and 10:15 p.m. on October 16

Very clean property. Rooms are small but clean and updated. Convenient location very close to the airport.

It’s in a nice hotel, but there is no coffee at the room and the area is nowhere. You have to take the shuttle bus to the airport and then from the airport you have to take the train. There is nothing around the hotel.

Das Hotel befindet sich außerhalb des Flughafens in einem Industriegebiet, in dem es ansonsten nicht viel gibt. Der große Vorteil liegt jedoch in der Nähe zum Flughafen – ein kostenloser Shuttlebus fährt stündlich und braucht nur wenige Minuten bis zum Terminal.

The room was clean and comfortable. Exactly what was expected at an airport hotel stay for 1 night. Very disappointed with the bar/restaurant menu - many items on the menu not available. For a small menu this really limited the selection.

Room very clean. Restaurant food really good.

Friendly staff willing to help. Breakfast had a good menu but the food was often lukewarm when it should have been hot and the provision of crockery and cutlery was inadequate - it turned a first class experience into a lower rating.

Perfect hotel if you're on a layover, or even if you want to stay close to the airport(about 900m). Rooms are clean, and spatious enough. Restaurant food is very good. Try the beef tajine! Breakfast is decent. You wont miss with this hotel.

It seems to be the only game in town close to the Casablanca airport with a free shuttle and 5 minute drive. We ate in the restaurant and the service was terrible. The upholstered chairs were very dirty. The room was bare bones with a poorly designed bathroom. The heavy door did not stay closed unless locked and the toilet was very hard to get to. It is convenient for an early morning flight. The price was high for the quality. But I understand that they have a captive audience.

Nice , clean room and bathroom. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast not included but has a restaurant. No other restaurants or dining options outside of hotel. Very pricey dinner menu.
