The elevator always stopped on the 2nd floor (which is the reception floor). It didn't matter if anyone pushed that floor button or not. It just stopped there either if you are going up or down. It is very close to the JR station and easy to find after you exit the gate (electric town gate)

Great choice for the Akihabara area....literally at the entrance to the Electric City exit of the Akihabara Starion. Laundry facilities, convenience store l, and restaurant all in the building. This place was perfect!

Super close to the station, nice rooms, great rates. Staff was very nice. The beds were hard for western standards and the pillows small, but I know that's Japanese style. The elevator always stops on floor 2 going up or down which can get a little annoying.

Room is small but well equipped. Bed is a queen size bed instead of a super single bed. The hotel provides 2 bottles of 500ml water everyday after the cleaning. Its very convenient as its directly just beside JR Akihabara station and there's a few convenience store around so there is no worries of not able to get anything even in the middle of the night. The lobby even provides free coffee which is definitely a plus and the hotel uses automated check in and check out which is very seamless and easy. Definitely will stay again the next time I go tokyo.

I hoghly reccomend this hotel, especially if this is your first time visiting Japan. The proximity to Akihabara station allowed us to travel anywhere without worry. The laundry facilities were easy to operate and the breakfast was just what we needed after long days of walking the days prior to eating.

Convenient - steps from the train station, shops and restaurants. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff - touch screen check in - but in multiple languages and a video chat attendant to assist if needed, super easy. Good breakfast with enough variety to satisfy most diners. Quiet rooms despite being in a busy shopping area and the train station. Free coffee, teas and amenities in lobby. Washing machines on third floor but not enough to go around for all that want to use one. Hotel information screen shows usage of washing machines so you can watch to see if one becomes available. Room size adequate for Japan standards. We reserved two separate rooms. One room with a full mattress the second two twins. The twin room was a little larger and more spacious. I couldn’t figure out how to get English language on the tv but that was ok - we did not travel to Japan to watch tv. Attached to the hotel is a Newday convenience store that has all the neat snacks and drinks that you can find in Japan. I used the baggage transport system to send our bags to our next hotel - you do that at the convenience store - very convenient and easy. Overall a great stay with all the services I would need. I wish I can remember the staff’s names but I acknowledge all of them for helping make our stay very pleasant.

Perfect location right outside JR Line with many shops and restaurants nearby walking distance. Very clean, up-to-date/modern, comfy, good space, & no noise heard from all the outside hustle and bustle. Free room amenities located in lobby as well as smoking room. Dyson fan + hair dryer was a plus! Good size shower room with bath tub.

This hotel has thought of everything. Convenient self-machine check-in and out. Free bath salt, lotion and coffee. Vending machine, ice, microwave, massage pillows, two different types of pillows for side and back sleepers. Dyson hair dryer and air purifier. AC. Fabric refresher. I especially enjoyed the Dyson air purifier in my room, I use hair spray and perfume, and have eaten in the room a couple of times, the air purifier started operating automatically and kept the room fresh and free of allergens. I also loved the black out curtains, which I've realized not all lodging options have. The hotel is located right in the middle of Akihabara which is excellent for multi-days anime shopping.

I recently went to Japan with my husband and this was our 2nd stay at this hotel. I want to note the things I enjoyed and the things I did not. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay but I do hope to see improvement if I do visit again. Enjoyed: 1) Next to the train 2) Laundry in hotel (although the machines need work since we kept adding time for the dryer just for our clothes to still be wet at the end) 3) Next to a family restaurant and convenience store 4) Amenities at the front desk was convenient (e.g. tooth brush, qtips, etc) Some Issues: 1) The cleanliness could have a bit of work. I usually check for bed bugs and when I checked this time around there were a lot of crumbs on the mattress and the bed sheet itself was a bit dirty. 2) Comfort - The bed was a bit stiff and the choice of pillows was bad. For some reason we were given one firm pillow and one floppy cheap one. So one of us had to choose who got the firm one and who got the cheap one.

The room was clean and the location was perfect! I didn’t hear anyone from the room next door or outside so sound proofing seems to be excellent as well. The check-in and checkout process was very easy. Someone was there to help with both. I highly recommend staying here!

This hotel is exceptional. If you’re planning to stay in the Akihabara district, I highly recommend this hotel. The location is ideal as it is literally above Akihabara station. Despite being so close to the tracks, it was extremely quiet. Everything you need is merely a few meters away - convenience stores, ATM, rail, subway, Starbucks, etc. And if you’re into anime/manga, well this is the Mecca !! The room was spacious (for Japan standards), incredibly clean, beds comfortable, shower incredible, and the free coffee at reception is an added bonus. Would definitely stay there again. Great value !

I have stayed in Tokyo well over 10 times. This has hands down been the best hotel. The rooms are spacious (for Japan), the bathroom layout and design is perfection, the bed is comfortable, and the location is as good as it gets. The entrance to the JR trains and literally on the ground level, in fact some rooms give you a view of the passing trains (don't worry, you cannot hear them!). Check-in was modern with a high tech kiosk (I was geeking out how cool it was). This is a pri.e location as a major hub, but also the dining and nightlife were spectacular. This hotel is very new and still feels it. Honestly, I would pay more to atay here and will only be staying here from now on! Also- breakfast buffet and Jonathan's was super tasty and good quality food; a mix of western and Japanese. Enjoy your stay!! I know I did ❤️

Hotel is located right outside the train station, making it super accessible if you're carrying luggage. Check in and out is easy. The room's decently sized with plenty of pillows, comfy blanket and a deep bath tub. The only thing that would have made the stay better for me would be if the mattress was softer. I'm a side sleeper so it was slightly uncomfortable.

Spacious room and bathroom for Tokyo. Easy access to Electric Town, the train station, bakeries, and convenience stores. Hotel was at the train station but was surprisingly quit in the room.

hotel is great. clean and comfortable. only complaint is it walls were a bit thin I could hear the person in the room next door. it’s also on the first 7 floors of the building and right above a busy street so you’ll need to keep your blinds closed if you want privacy

When we went to book a taxi the night before for the airport. We were told there was no openings. I am older and started to have a panic attack. They did notvtell me other taxi companies. They said they only deal with one. Thank God my son got an uber. They did not even know if they had uber. Not a way to help your guest's get home.

The location of the hotel is wonderful, right next to JR station. The room is averagely larger than normal hotels in Tokyo I stayed before. It’s good! If you not keen to wake up early for breakfast, you have the option to utilise the breakfast coupon (certain amount worth) at Starbucks instead. Supply dyson hair dryer and dyson purifier. Good range of amenity and self pick up facial mask/skin care/bathsalt etc at the lobby. Definitely worth the money to stay here.

i was pretty disappointed the additional charges they present on the day of check in, which is something we didn't expect. i wouldn't suggest any of my friends and family to go to this hotel.

The room was clean and spacious enough for 2 pax. The staffs was extremely helpful and responded promptly while assisting my needs. Hotel is located at a very good location and is surrounded with convenient store. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Akihabara.

Convenient - steps from the train station, shops and restaurants. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff - touch screen check in - but in multiple languages and a video chat attendant to assist if needed, super easy. Good breakfast with enough variety to satisfy most diners. Quiet rooms despite being in a busy shopping area and the train station. Free coffee, teas and amenities in lobby. Washing machines on third floor but not enough to go around for all that want to use one. Hotel information screen shows usage of washing machines so you can watch to see if one becomes available. Room size adequate for Japan standards. We reserved two separate rooms. One room with a full mattress the second two twins. The twin room was a little larger and more spacious. I couldn’t figure out how to get English language on the tv but that was ok - we did not travel to Japan to watch tv. Attached to the hotel is a Newday convenience store that has all the neat snacks and drinks that you can find in Japan. I used the baggage transport system to send our bags to our next hotel - you do that at the convenience store - very convenient and easy. Overall a great stay with all the services I would need. I wish I can remember the staff’s names but I acknowledge all of them for helping make our stay very pleasant.

This hotel is right outside Akihabara station which was so convenient when we took the subway everywhere! Even if you wanted to take a taxi, pick up and drop off was right by the hotel. I love that if you get the breakfast you get a voucher to use at the restaurant Jonathan’s that’s connected to them OR you can use it (1400 yen) at the Starbucks. Check-in and check-out took maybe five minutes max and was extremely easy. The rooms for Japan are actually decently sized and we had three large suitcases with us. There is laundry on site and if you turn on your room’s tv, it will show you the available units and how long is left on the machine. I’ve been to Japan quite a few times but this has been the best hotel I’ve stayed at for them. My next trip I’m definitely rebooking here!

Literally connected to the train station. Ultra convenient to all of Akihabara shopping. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly and accommodating. It's a great hotel!
