Es ist wirklich ein schönes Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten wirklich bequem. Die Lage war auch ok, wir gehen generell gerne und da sind die paar Meter bis in die Innenstadt kein Problem. Es gibt wenig Parkplätze, aber mit etwas Glück ergattert man einen gratis Parkplatz vorm Hotel.

Es ist wirklich ein schönes Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Betten wirklich bequem. Die Lage war auch ok, wir gehen generell gerne und da sind die paar Meter bis in die Innenstadt kein Problem. Es gibt wenig Parkplätze, aber mit etwas Glück ergattert man einen gratis Parkplatz vorm Hotel.

The only downside is the proximity to the S-Bahn. It’s a 10-minute walk to the S-Bahn. The check-in was really quick and they use card keys to access the hotel entrance. Next to reception is a bar, where you can purchase hot food and snacks. The rooms are clean and the area is quiet. There’s ample parking at the hotel.

Wie schon 2022 haben wir uns wohlgefühlt das Frühstück ist sehr gut , das Hotel sauber ruhig . Einzig das Schranken Problem ist nervig , schon 2022 als man ausfahrt Ticket bekommt funktionierte dies nicht . Nun gab es keine Verbindung der Klingen und die Dame von der Rezeption musste es direkt an der Schranke lösen

Staff were excellent and very friendly, we arrived well before the check in time but they were still able to accommodate us. Hotel was very clean and modern with a great bar area and relaxing seating areas. The bar is open 24hrs. Room was very clean, comfortable and modern. Very good secure parking plus street parking if required. Location is a short easy walk to the centre.

Hatten das 26qm Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. Die Betten standen jedoch zusammen und aufgrund der fest installierten Nachttisch-Ablagen auf beiden Seiten konnte man sie auch nicht auseinander ziehen. Wir bekamen daraufhin ein barrierefreies Zimmer - dort war es jedoch genauso mit den Betten. Da das Zimmer recht groß war, konnten wir ein Bett woanders hin schieben. Allerdings war es zwischen den Betten dreckig auf dem Boden. Ablageflächen im Bad und Handtuchhalter direkt am Waschbecken wären hilfreich. Ein zweiter Stuhl evtl. auch. Für einen Neubau sind die Fenster nicht die Besten, man hört den Straßenlärm. Personal war aber sehr nett und bemüht.

Leider gibt es auf den Zimmern nicht die Möglichkeit zum Lüften ein Fenster aufzukippen. Alle Fenster sind zu und angeschlossen. Es gibt auch keinen Abzug/Lüftung im Bad. Sonst alles Tip Top.

The Niu-chain seems to specialize in good, modern hotels a bit outside the city centers. This would have easily been twice the price if it was central, now we got a short morning & evening walk instead. Very comfortable beds & general high standard. Only thing was slow wifi.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large quiet rooms. Good choice of TV channels including BBC News !! Nice bathroom. Easy access city centre and railway station but in a quiet residential area.

We didn’t have the best stay at this Niu, especially compared to other Niu hotels we have stayed at before. Several things were poor, the biggest being that the AC in the room was non existent. We had friends staying in the hotel too and they also said their AC didn’t work. Other things that were poor was the pillows- they felt as if they had no cushion at all. Only one elevator (out of the two for customers) was operating the whole stay we were there. We saw other elevators labeled staff, yet multiple times the housekeeping cart was on the one customer elevator and you couldn’t fit. The drinks and snacks are super overpriced in the lobby, which is ok, just something to note. The thing that was annoying though was everywhere was listed (as with other Niu hotels) that if you skip the daily housekeeping you get a drink voucher per person per day. When I asked about it after day 3, they said they stopped doing this on July 1 and they’d make a donation instead. I don’t usually review, but just was annoyed about this stay unfortunately. I do plan on trying Niu hotels again in the future, maybe just not this one.

Tolles Hotel mit tollem Zimmer. Die Betten waren wirklich äußerst gemütlich und haben beide fantastisch darin geschlafen. Auch das Badezimmer war absolut toll und hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Das einzige was wir blöd fanden war, dass wir eine Küchenzeile hatten, diese aber so gut wie unnütz war, da weder Geschirr noch Besteck vorhanden war.

La camera era pulita e l'hotel è carino, ma se si mette ad OFF e si spegne il ventilatore del riscaldamento nella stanza la ventola non si ferma mai e il rumore di fondo per il ricircolo dell'aria è cosi elevato e fastidioso che non si riesce a dormire! Difetto per me imperdonabile!

Zimmer wurde bereits Anfang Mai für Juli gebucht, dennoch war bei Anreise am späten Abend kein Zimmer vorhanden. Eine sinnvolle Alternative wurde nicht angeboten. So mussten wir mitten in der Nacht wieder abreisen. Personal an der Rezeption hatte keine Entscheidungsbefugnisse, ein Manager war nicht anwesend. Hotel würde ich auf gar keinen Fall wieder buchen. Gäste, die nach uns anreisten, erhielten ebenfalls keine Zimmer.

45 Minuten für einen Check in weil kein Personal da ist. Das ist eine Zumutung für die Gäste und für die arme Mitarbeiterin die versucht hat dem Ansturm herr zu werden Hier sollte dringend Abhilfe geschaffen werden. War leider nicht das erste Mal

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das Hotel ist sehr modern, alles ist sehr sauber und es ist ruhig. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Die Lage ist nicht zentral, aber nur etwa 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof und 20 Minuten ins Zentrum.

Location was a little annoying as you need to pass the tunnel to get to the city center and old town but stuff was super nice, room very clean, even the view was nice from our room. I would say that it's a good place to stay longer on the budget, but for one night maybe i would choose something on the city center side of railways tracks.

The hotel was very good in some ways- clean and quiet (especially rooms facing inner courtyard). Breakfast was poor (especially the hot breakfast) and poor value, but coffee good. Kettle in rooms would be useful. The hotel was literally on the wrong sides of the (rail) tracks. Although close to station, route via underpass, and quite some distance from old town and River (but half hourly 60 bus route). Staff tried to be helpful but some requests were not responded to (including emails before stay). In short, fine if you want clean hotel near station, but less appropriate for best parts of Mainz.
