All the staff at the front desk were lovely. Super kind at check in, and we arrived early hours of the morning but felt looked after. The gentleman behind the bar was very nice too and so polite and sweet. Room was clean and comfortable and there’s a cute sheltered little pool on the roof. We got a late check out which was very kind and again the staff on the desk when we were departing were very kind!

All staff members of this hotell are super friendly, always helpful, always assisting if you have any questions. Breakfast includes a lot of variations too choose from with some daily variations on some of the options. The location of this hotel is super with Mall of the Emirates in walking distance, easy access fo freeway if using car/taxi.
