Very convenient location for me. A pleasant room with comfy bed and all amenities as described, clean and in good condition. I appreciated the dishwasher being part of the kitchen, also a coffee pod coffee maker with sufficient pods. There was some road noise in the day as my room was at the front, but it was quiet at night. There was a small cafe downstairs serving breakfast if wanted (pay separately). The roof balcony was appreciated too- a good space for when the weather is a bit warmer.

Very friendly staff at checkin, very clean and comfortable room. No views on the lower floors so if you want a view try to get the upper floors, level 6 or 7. Great location for the MCG and the CBD is very close, 5-7 minutes by tram.

Personal preference, but the mattress was too soft. In the street side level 2 room the street traffic was audible throughout the night making sleep difficult for light sleepers. If young children are in the room above, you will hear them running up and down from an early hour, through the floor. Room finishes were smart. Very good bathroom amenities. Friendly cafe owner. Close to the CBD with good transport connections.

I can’t fault the Lanbruk. We were welcomed by cheerful and attentive staff. Room was clean, stylish and very comfortable, well equipped for a few days’ stay. Plenty on offer within walking distance. Extra points for the lobby cafe! Recommend and would return.

There was a weird wind tunnel happening in my room (403) where I had to place a towel at the door to stop excessive wind noise due to the seals not working on the front door. Chocolates were a nice touch. There was a stain on the mattress protector and no cover on the quilt it was just sandwiched between two sheets. Great coffee and clean everywhere else. But overall I didn’t love the place.

We have stayed at the Lanbruk on four occasions now both in the two bedroom apartment and the studio. The location is perfect for access to the City and MCG/tennis centre you can walk to either or tram into city in a few minutes. The rooms are always immaculate and the staff are very helpful and friendly. All rooms are equipment with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Very convenient to Epworth Hospital and very friendly staff…just what I needed when my husband was having major surgery! This made his hospital stay seem so much more manageable for me. I think he liked having me close by too. The room was lovely and very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!

We had a great stay. Lanbruk is a very easy walk to the MCG and Rod Laver. The rooms are very modern, clean and well equipped. They were also kind enough to give us an early check in. You do get some noise from Bridge Rd but it wasn’t an issue.

Friendly staff, seamless check-in and great location. The property is beautifully maintained. One of my pet observations after a 40+ year career in hospitality was the cleanliness of the crockery, cutlery and polished wine glasses. Doesn't always happen in serviced apartments.. Well done team Lanbruk. Dining on the balcony and looking over the city skyline was magic!

A compact but comfortable and clean room with good basic cooking facilities and a well designed bathroom. The kitchen equipment was all as described and the bed was excellent. A pleasant stay.

Personal preference, but the mattress was too soft. In the street side level 2 room the street traffic was audible throughout the night making sleep difficult for light sleepers. If young children are in the room above, you will hear them running up and down from an early hour, through the floor. Room finishes were smart. Very good bathroom amenities. Friendly cafe owner. Close to the CBD with good transport connections.

Lanbruk is a small, quiet and well equipped apartment hotel. Brilliant for Epworth Hospital. Trams out the front. Sadly, Bridge Rd has seen better days, but plenty of cafes, some really good shopping, supermarket handy for the apartment kitchen. Train just around the corner. A really handy location for a stay in Melbourne.

I can’t fault the Lanbruk. We were welcomed by cheerful and attentive staff. Room was clean, stylish and very comfortable, well equipped for a few days’ stay. Plenty on offer within walking distance. Extra points for the lobby cafe! Recommend and would return.

Good location, room nice enough. Difficult check in and have been double charged by the property after paying via Expedia. Still waiting this to be resolved 3 days later.

As I checked in late no receptionist, but when I checked out no body at reception. The guy from the cafe told me just to leave everything on the reception desk, so I did and someone else did the same thing.
