Aufenthalt war ok. Zimmer sind wirklich unglaublich winzig. Viel Gepäck sollte man nicht mit sich führen sonst wird es sehr eng. Schade; dass man nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser gratis auf das Zimmer bekommt. Bei 225€ für zwei Übernachtungen in der schlechtesten zimmerkategorie sei das wohl nicht mit drin. Wir finden allerdings dies sollte definitiv bei diesem Preis dabei sein. Parken war 10€ teurer pro Tag, in der Tiefgarage, als in der Mail vom Hotel angegeben. Sie hatten noch keine Zeit es zu ändern, war die Begründung. Lage ist gut. Hotel an sich sehr stilvoll. Mitarbeiter freundlich.

Great position in the centre of the tourist area. Shops, bars, restaurants and public transport a stones throw away but very quiet in the small but well designed and sound proofed room. Breakfast good. Cool on site cocktail bar. Would recommend.

As stated in other reviews, the rooms (even the “roomy” room) are quite small. And yes, you can’t drive right up to the hotel so be prepared for a very brief 3-5 minute walk! Regardless, the hotel is in an awesome location, the staff are great, and the bar is open late and serves great drinks! Great breakfast in the morning. I definitely recommend Hotel MIO Amano.

This hotel was very cute and right in the center of the old town shopping district. The room and bathroom were both fairly small, but I expected that because of the location. The room didn't have many extras (no coffee, clothing iron, mini fridge, etc.). They did give guests a bottle of water daily, which was nice. I would choose this hotel again!

My room was clean, and everything was in great condition. The breakfast was fantastic, it was fresh with great options. The staff was wonderful, they were very helpful and welcoming. If you're looking to stay at a good hotel in Munich, this is the one. It is cerntrally located to great shops and sites.

Excellent location. Small room, modern amenities. Overall clean, bathroom not, had some long black hair on the ceiling (!). Staff friendly, but not responding to requests. They charged the credit card that was blocked as a deposit instead of the one I handed them to pay for extras.

Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral mit guten Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und schnelle Erreichung des ÖPNV. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war mittelmäßig. Auf der Rückseite des Kopfkissens waren fremde Haare und der Boden war etwas staubig. Ansonsten alles top!

I went during Oktoberfest so at night it was quite noisy so if you’re facing the street you might have issues. Bring ear plugs. Property was in excellent location. Very clean. The buffet breakfast was lovely and I loved the breads and falafel in particular. I’d stay here again I think but maybe ask for a room not facing the street

Das Hotel ist super gelegen. Von dort kann man einiges zu Fuß erreichen. Die Mitarbeiter haben uns tolle Restaurant Empfehlungen gegeben. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und sehr modern. Tolles Frühstück und eine tolle Bar mit guter Musik.

Room ("comfy" sized) was extremely tiny for the price. Adequate for 1 person only, not a couple. Hotel was wonderfully quiet and peaceful.Location was phenomenal. Loved the Rewe grocery store downstairs. Staff was polite & professional. AC worked well.Bathroom did not have a fan and you can hear everything going on in bathroom in the sleeping area. Hair dryer had a broken attachment; room lacked a closet: needs more shelving; wished it had a refrigerator; no vending machines with soft drinks & no stores were open after 9 pm. Shower flooded the entire bathroom floor. No wash cloths provided.

施設としては綺麗でよく清掃もされており、滞在中一度だけ依頼した部屋のクリーニングも丁寧でした。 スタッフはビジネスライク。ネット上で全て済むので、サービスという概念は希薄だと見えました。朝食会場のレストランの女性スタッフもぶっきらぼう。 朝食自体は素晴らしい。 不満だったのは、バーの予約をして行ったら、「前の日に貸切のパーティーがあって片付けていない」「予約は見ていない」とされ、これは駄目だと思ってその場でキャンセル、外の店に出ました。ネット上では、上品高級なイメージのバーでしたが、「その辺の店の兄ちゃん」みたいなスタッフが適当にやっているという感じでした。 価格も相応なので、次回使うかと言われれば他に良いところがなければ使う、という程度。どうしてもまた来たい、とは思いません。

Frühstück regional und sehr sehr lecker. Personal im Frühstücksbereich sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Größe des Zimmers ausreichend. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Aus der Dusche kam nur wenig Wasserdruck was etwas blöd war, aber man mit umgehen kann. Was nicht gut ankam, war die enttäuschende Begrüßung. Drei Mitarbeiter hinter der Rezeption, zwei hielten es nicht mal für nötig zu grüßen und der dritte war auch sichtlich gestresst. Bei Ankunft wollte man, obwohl alles im Voraus bezahlt wurde, eine Kreditkarte/Bargeld zum Hinterlegen als Sicherheit für eventuelle Bestellungen vom Zimmer. Das wollten wir nicht, weil wir wussten, dass wir das nicht in Anspruch nehmen werden. Der Mitarbeiter war daraufhin sichtlich genervt und rollte schnippisch die Augen. Bei allem Respekt, das geht einfach nicht. Davon abgesehen, war es ein Top Hotel in hervorragender zentraler Lage!

Lovely modern apartment 10-15 min walk to major attractions such as the Residenz (king's palace), and English garden, marienplatz (old town), 15-20 mins to main train station (Munich HBF). Stayed in deluxe room which is slightly bigger than other rooms but only contains a stool type seat. Comfortable beds, speedy check in/out (go to 1st floor). Next door is a rewe supermarket. Lovely modern apartment 10-15 min walk to major attractions such as the Residenz (king's palace), and English garden, marienplatz (old town), 15-20 mins to main train station (Munich HBF). Stayed in deluxe room which is slightly bigger than other rooms but only contains a stool type seat. Comfortable beds, speedy check in/out (go to 1st floor). Next door is a rewe supermarket. We visited Hotel MIO over the Christmas holiday. Upon check-in, the desk clerk asked if we would need two beds for my partner and me. This is one of my biggest pet peeves as an LGBTQ traveler. If I wanted two beds, I would have reserved a room with two beds. Once in the room, even for a european hotel, the room proved to be so small it was difficult to get in and around the bed and offered almost no storage. At breakfast the next day, we overheard homophopic slurs directed at us from one of the female waitstaff. This is unacceptable. If you're an LGBTQ traveler, I would avoid this hotel.

Excellent location. Option to check in online before we srrived was convenient as we arrived late at night. Room had everything we needed, lovely shower, storage, tv, aircon worked brilliantly, it was low 30s while we visited. Very quiet despite being on a popular street. Walkable to all the major attractions. Would definitely recommend.

Location, location, location. Very convenient to shopping, tourist attractions, coffee shops and restaurants. We took two rooms as part of a family trip. We upgraded one room to a larger size with coffee machine and refrigerator. The other room was significantly smaller. Both were spotless. We managed to fit a luggage rack in the smaller room that made things more convenient but there was not much extra space. The staff were all very nice and the women at the front desk that assisted us, Yana, was most helpful and spoke perfect English, which made things very easy. Finally, breakfast was excellent with a very nice selection and eggs to order. The pancakes, served with real maple syrup, were outstanding. In short, highly recommended with siggestion to take larger tooms-if space is important to you.

As stated in other reviews, the rooms (even the “roomy” room) are quite small. And yes, you can’t drive right up to the hotel so be prepared for a very brief 3-5 minute walk! Regardless, the hotel is in an awesome location, the staff are great, and the bar is open late and serves great drinks! Great breakfast in the morning. I definitely recommend Hotel MIO Amano.

The staff and manager on duty were not friendly and not accommodating or understanding of the circumstances we found ourselves in. Please be aware that if there is any event in the city centre when the roads are blocked you won’t be access this hotel by car, There was an event the day we booked the hotel for one night stay and the roads were blocked by Police all around the hotel. You CANNOT access this location if any such event takes place. If there is another way to this hotel the staff most certainly did not take the time to inform us. We ended up not staying at this hotel and I definitely will never again after such frosty welcome during my phone conversation with front desk.

My room was clean, and everything was in great condition. The breakfast was fantastic, it was fresh with great options. The staff was wonderful, they were very helpful and welcoming. The property was very nice. Conveniently located with a quick walk to Marienplatz. The hotel is on a pedestrian street with tons of shopping, and restaurants near by. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The continental breakfast was one if the best especially for Europe. Many options and made to order eggs! We had a wonderful experience! Would definitely recommend tje hotel and would visit again!

Great position in the centre of the tourist area. Shops, bars, restaurants and public transport a stones throw away but very quiet in the small but well designed and sound proofed room. Breakfast good. Cool on site cocktail bar. Would recommend.

Loved Hotel Mio. Second trip to Munich and stayed at Mio both times. Excellent location within walking distance to Marienplatz and local eateries and tours. Clean quiet and the breakfast is better than anywhere you will find. I will stay again.
