However the bad - a really dirty outdoor pool, virtually unusable despite it being late July, shower at pool not working and changing room locked. Ordered a Chicken Caesar salad at 22 euros which arrived with no Caesar dressing, no Parmesan, no anchovies, and no lettuce. Plain rocket, a cut up tomato, a cut up apricot, one strawberry, and what appeared to be cold pieces of precooked supermarket chicken on top. Really poor and left me feeling completely ripped off.

Terrible check in. EV chargers were not working and told to call company direct. Only to find a day later free trickle charge in disabled bay by our room. My mum is disabled so super angry they didn’t tell me. Restaurant over priced and service very poor. As a regular visitor to France I will not stop here again

Personeel, bijzonder prettig, behulpzaam, vriendelijk, etc. Mindervalide kamer, was dik in orde, zelfs prima op 3 kleine puntjes na. Beetje spinrag bij de verlichting en in de badkamer boven de wastafel. Verlichting erboven ontbrak echt onhandig. Het bed was doorgezakt. Niet erg allemaal maar puntjes waar ze op moeten letten. Het restaurant was uitstekend, héérlijk gegeten. Ontbijt op z'n Frans, maar zeer ruim voldoende. Bereikbaarheid vanaf de D950 lastig, moesten stukje via industrieterrein omrijden. Moet je echt weten. Parkeren pal voorzien de deur, super. Verder heel ruim en schoon parkeerterrein. 3 dagen héérlijk gelogeerd, uitstapjes in de ruime omgeving gemaakt. Het Louvre in Lens was echt 'formidable'.

This was a lovely hotel - clean and well maintained, beautifully decorated with helpful and friendly staff. It's not far from Arras or Lens (both worth visiting) and is in a quiet location. The room was good, large bed and fantastic shower. I would have given it 5 stars but for the fact I had 3 very uncomfortable nights sleep. For some reason, the hotel have put a plastic-coated sheet on top of the mattress topper and directly underneath the bedsheet. I'm a warm sleeper and this just made me sweat so that the sheet ended up damp - and cold in the morning. The last time I slept on a plastic-coated sheet was in hospital so I've no idea why they'd put on on the bed. It was horrible - and sadly spoil my trip. Such as shame for what was, otherwise, a nice long weekend escape to see the Christmas Markets.

I was on a work-related trip and chose this hotel because of location and more importantly, advertised availability of WI-FI. WI-FI did not work in any of the hotel's rooms (we tried several); it only worked in the main building. While I was able to do some work at a table in the restaurant, I would have much preferred being able to do work at the desk in my room. Wireless did not work in my room even the next morning before I checked out. Management left staff on duty without any instructions or resources to contact to deal with IT issues. I felt sorry for the young man who had to deal with my displeasure.

This hotel is perfect if you are traveling across the Channel. Far enough away from Calais to feel safe but still convenient for the ferry or tunnel. Rooms basic, but clean and you can park your car right outside the room if there is space. The village itself does not have much in the way of dining options but nevertheless, we have stayed here three times.

After a long day travelling, it was a great to be greeted by an efficient and friendly receptionist. Later enjoyed a three course meal in the restaurant. Enjoyed an excellent breakfast before continuing our journey.

Nice place, great restaurant and food/drink. A bit out on its own, didn't seem to be much around at least within walking distance, although we were only using it as stopover, which was perfect for us, so didn't have time to really research. One slightly strange thing was the entrance ( I presume the main one) is straight off a busy sliproad, and we missed it, but saw the hotel, and couldn't work out how to get back into it as dual carriageway. Satnav not much use here, so in the end guessed and drove around in a loop through a village and found a 2nd entrance around the back which was fine in the end!

Once you find it in the sark with no obvious signs from busy main roads, this is a comfortable hotel for a stop-over. The room was clean but not heated when we arrived which would have helped as warm air heating takes some time to warm a large room. Also the barhroom heating needed some explanation as too complex for a simple job. Breakfast was sufficient but had to be taken in our room for some reason and too little table and seating space for two people. I realise the hotel had few guests on a Sunday night but even so they could have let us eat it in the very spacious breakfast room.
