This property is gorgeous, but It’s just in a really weird area. I think there is a huge industry complex in-front the hotel, so make sure you get a room with a pool view. I love the shuttle service to the property, & I love that they had shuttle service into the city part of Singapore, but I just wished they had a drop off in the city at 8:30, 9, or 9:30 on a Fri ir Saturday night, considering there isn’t much to do at the property at night. I loved the pool, the golf course, the tennis court! The golf store they had was really cool. It would be cool if they had a movie night outside on a big screen or something fun to do after sundown. The morning buffet was the highlight though! When I checked in there was a plate left outside of someone’s room which was fine, but when I checked out the next day… that same plate was still in the hallway. So I couldn’t give this hotel a 5 star rating on cleanliness.

The room was spotless when we checked in, and it remained that way every evening we returned. The amenities were the best, including the pool, which was to die for, the spa, and the in-house room servers need to add more to the menu, but the wagyu hamburgers were off the chain. We liked that it was 24 hours, as my son would order at 2 am after coming back in. At all the places I have traveled, the staff could not touch the Singapore staff. The Best!!!

Nice hotel near the airport! The shuttle times are a bit limited, but it's close enough to the airport that calling a taxi was no big deal if we needed to. I wasn't able to play a round of golf this trip but the greens were beautiful in my walk around the property. Pools were great as well. Rooms were comfortable.

Although the location is slightly inconvenient, requiring a shuttle bus ride to the MRT station and advance reservation for the number of passengers, staying at the hotel is very comfortable. The lobby staff are very willing to help, the rooms are extremely clean, the outdoor swimming pool is large, and the gym is exceptionally well-equipped! Recommended for relaxation on the last day before leaving Singapore.

Five star prices but four star infrastructure. Not pristine cleanliness. Spotted opened instant noodle seasoning packets in lift, food crumbs on many of the restaurant tables and seats, used tissues and chopsticks packaging floating in pool etc etc. Main restaurant exhaust system poorly designed/maintained. Whole space smelled of cooking fumes throughout day. Menu pages falling off. Staff in general are friendly but not polished for a supposedly five star property, especially front office. Very understaffed at F&B outlets at all times of day. One of them - said thank you to her but got a nonchalant look and no verbal acknowledgement. Room was not well maintained despite young age of property. Bathroom shower fixture flew off wall everytime someone showered due to water pressure and loosening of fitting; got hit a few times by a flying fixture. No bathtub in room and towels are of a cheaper quality. Coffee machine was not working correctly and dispensed about 10pct of coffee it should have. Room smelled stale. Asked if they have an air filter or can top up diffuser in room and no follow up. Laundry benefit for club room unusable given rigid timing and no dedicated concierge. Club benefit F&B offering very limited and of lower quality (though generous in quantity). No dedicated club lounge. Overall an ok stay, but definitely not five star experience and missing all the smaller, finer touches. It’s a shame because this is a truly unique property and has immense potential.

The carpet in the room doesn’t look clean enough while some stains on wall can be easily seen. Disappointed with the kids breakfasts are not included while I do add breakfast for my room. Cannot understand why 2 kids can stay free in the room but after breakfasts added in Expedia, I still need to pay for extra costs of kids breakfast as they are not included. 😑😑😑 only 2 adults are included while we were thinking it was not fair, the staff asked a silly question that kids breakfast need to be added or not??? Nothing nearby but just construction site, it is a must to add just feel very disappointed that kids breakfasts are not included. With taxes, it’s SD41 somethings for 2 kids breakfast, not expensive but it’s very tricky for the app or the hotel to do like this. Kids eat free or should be included while I paid in the app. Staffs who help taking care of the luggages are very nice and professional. They are the staffs should be praised.

This is our second stay in less than a month. We like the spaciousness, the expense of space, nice pool, quiteness, extraordinary ammenities. The bathroom fixtures need to be checked. First visit, backroom handle came off. I have reported that to the hotel staff. Second stay, water seeping from Shower stall to the washroom. This can be fixed by installing a plastic seal at the bottom of the glass door. Water on the floor can cause guest to slip and fall. I forgot to report that to the hotel staff.

Tge gotel has major building works on the toad outside. A new rail station is being built. No mention of it when booking. Our first room overlooked the 24hr building site with diggers and noise. Not a nice view for the money. The hotel moved is after we complained. If you book, I would suggest you ask for a pool view. This hotel is not soundproofed and you can hear the building work and the planes 24 hours of the day. If you like golf it may be worth it as the grounds at the back were beautiful.

Lovely hotel, close to the airport. Currently surrounded by major project works, but the rooms were comfortable and sound proof. The property allows access to the club showers once you check out, which was extremely helpful for people with late night flights.

Very futuristic. Too much wasted space and empty areas. No storage in the bedrooms..The designer should try sleeping in a bedroom, Dining room is a complete jungle, cannot find items on the buffet, breakfast quality very very poor. Eggs precooked and kept warm rather than being made to order

We had a room facing the golf course and pool. It had a wonderful view. The only down side is that the festive music playing at the lobby could be heard faintly in the room. We also had noisy neighbours slamming doors and speaking loudly during the stay.

Few problems here, which is a shame as the physical hotel is quite nice. The problems started with poor directions to the airport shuttle, and nobody answering messages and emails at the hotel to provide more information. After getting a cab and complaining at check-in, I was told that other passengers found the shuttle. Not a single apology…Room service arrived stone cold, and again, no apology. The replacement was delivered without utensils, which took another 10 minutes to arrive… A staff cart ran over my headphones and didn’t stop when I complained, plus the staff in general were not attentive and a bit rude in the restaurant. Was a shame, as the pool and gym and room were great.

The room was in good condition, very clean ample room and the staff was very pleasant but not knowledgeable with the type of booking. I reserved. I believed I reserved a room with a Laguna view. They gave me a room looking at on a parking lot when I asked to be changed because that’s not what I booked. They said oh we don’t have any rooms like that when I pressed they gave me a room with the pool and Laguna view that obviously had one but did not offer it with VIP. We were to get 20% of food, they only gave that for half the bill when I asked they said no it’s only à la carte menu that you get half off not the buffet. I also book this because of its proximity to the airport with free shuttle service. But the fine line was that only if you have one bag which is very unreasonable for international travel, we had to take a taxi. It cost us $25 one way for a 8 minute drive. When I asked about this type of advertising, they said it’s right there but maybe next time we’ll make the print larger. The beautiful pool closes at 8 PM therefore, by the time we got out taxi and then the room switch, which should not have happened, the pool was closed and we could not use it.They apparently did not care. It is a nice hotel but I don’t believe they welcome Expedia travel with VIP.

Beautiful property if you are looking to stay close to the airport. Pool is beautiful and Greenhouse restaurant was amazing food. The rooms are modern with all the necessary amenities. Not much within walking distance, but they offer a shuttle to the main shopping spots.

Nice hotel in between downtown and the airport. Well located as a relaxed stop after a long haul flight. Be aware, downtown Singapore is a taxi ride away and you are in the landing path of Changi airport. So great for plane spotters!

Overall, the services were excellent, including room service, food, stay, and leisure facilities. However, the only downside was the limited transport services due to major construction around the area. Additionally, there was an incident with the shuttle service drop off was at Jewel side where to reach T2 departure need me 20± mins with luggage(some areas are restricted with trolley )and —one of our small bags was left behind during drop-off and couldn’t be delivered to the airport in time as we waited 1.5hr and happy to pay for fare..

Transport from Airport to Hotel is not easy as Nobody wants to offer such a small Ride and Shuttle is only limited available. On site is a nice golf course and the other site only construction work. Next time we decide City Hotel again.

Room was great. Large, clean and very comfortable. The hotel was great, but service for a la cart dinner at the restaurant left a lot to be desired. I recommend heading straight to the buffet; otherwise, you’ll waste a lot of time waiting for the basics (i.e. water, plates). Lol.
