ウェルカムドリンク、朝と夜のお風呂上がりのアイスと乳酸菌飲料のサービス、夜鳴きそば(醤油ラーメン)と子供もよろこぶ環境でした。お風呂上がりに展望デッキで夜景もみれました。洗濯機も無料(乾燥機は有料)マンガもあるしマッサージチェアもありました。お風呂も広いし清潔感のある環境。一階にはコンビニもあるからめっちゃ楽でした。部屋も隣上下の音はほとんど聞こえないのでストレスなかったです。また利用したいです。

This place used to be immaculately clean, hopefully they can trained their staff or hire a new team of cleaners the dust on the dashboard and the bathroom commode have dried pee all over and you you tell there not as Terrell as it used to be, this was our to go hotel for years and years however we are disappointed how the property was dirty.

We stayed at this hotel both the beginning and the end of our Japan trip. For the first part, we got a room on a higher with a nice view and was able to catch a sunrise. There were street noises though, but especially bad during the second part of our stay when we were on a lower floor. The latter room did not smell fresh and the wifi was so bad at this facility. However, we did enjoy the onsen and sauna facilities. The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was great!

It was good. Onsen and views were great. Only issues were the slightly bad smell in the room and also the people outside of the hotels property (the area around the property) was just a bit sketchy as they were trying to sell me things.

We enjoyed the hotel, super convenient from the train station, the breakfast is really good. I gave it a 4 because the beds and the pillows are really hard so my back was sore after 4 nights. They also don't tell you on the website that you can't use the onsen if you have tattoos so beware of that. Its comparable to everywhere else that we have stayed in that area.

About 1/3 of a mile from the Kawasaki JR station and is close to many restaurants and stores. The Onsen was very nice the breakfast superb. We are staying there again the next time we go to Tokyo

Hot springs or onsen is amazing. Breakfast buffet is definitely recommended, the food was delicious and some food or dishes is prepared right in front of you. I really enjoyed my stay here and in all honesty probably will rebook with them. Trust me this place definitely is worth your money!!!
