日本出張や帰国するときにいつもお世話になってます。今回ランドリーの機会が新しくなっていて、１台で洗濯とドライヤーが出来るのでさらに便利になったなと思いました。普段はジムを使うのですが、ウェイトトレーニングの器具がないのがちょっと残念だなと思います。狭いスペースですが、ダンベルとベンチ、ケーブルマシンくらいあっても良いかなと思います。ご参考まで。

The location is next to Kawasaki bus station, Kawasaki train station and 4 shopping centres. There are many places to eat nearby, including its own restaurant. All the staff are helpful and friendly, the cleaners, wait staff at the restaurant and receptionists are great. There is live music on Friday evenings in the lobby. The breakfasts are nice. The rooms are a little bit bigger than than usual Japanese hotel rooms.

Fantastic hotel in Kawasaki centre centre. The location is the main positive; just about next to the main bus station, short walking distance under a roof to the Kawasaki train station and Lazona shopping centre, right next to many restaurants, with a convenience store below. The rooms are nice and comfortable, a little bigger than standard Japanese hotel rooms (small). The rooms appear new and well-kept and clean. There is a safe and fridge in the room. Every Friday evening there is live music in the lobby. The laundry room is very big with a games table and places to sit and sort your laundry, though only 6 machines. The gym is so small and only has cardio machines. A big downside is that the hotel is so popular that it quickly gets fully booked.

Amazing staff.. Very nice hotel for the price point. Great amenities with a very nice laundry facility. Unfortunately, half the room‘s face the railroad tracks, but the positive side is that you are a very short walk from the train station. The thermostat is very confusing and I never could get it set quite right. The exercise room is lacking in equipment. But overall, a great place.

Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki matches its status as a four stars hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Staff are nice and friendly. There is a gym and a facility room. The latter offers game, printer, microwave and washing machine which is good for long stay room guests. It is a bit far from Central Tokyo, but Kawasaki by itself is a self contained town.

I would like to let you know that there is an unpleasant smell coming from the carpet in my room. Apart from that, I would like to express my appreciation to the housekeeping staff — the room is always cleaned very neatly every day. The front desk staff are also very polite and helpful, which makes the stay even more pleasant. I also appreciate the hotel’s convenient location. The parking facilities are excellent, and there are many shops and malls nearby, which is very convenient for guests.

The hotel is extremely convenient for young families because of the amenities for babies (cribs, bottle sterilizer, baby bathtubs, etc.) and young children. It is also close to the station and lots of shopping areas so you can easily buy some supplies if you need them. We also liked that we were able to send some of things to the hotel before our trip so we didn’t have to bring them ourselves. Checkin was fast and the room was ready even though we arrived an hour before the checkin time. We also appreciate that the front desk and restaurant staff are very attentive to the needs of their guests.

The Urban Queen hotel room I stayed in is very modern, it has a 55inch 4k TV with Netflix, YouTube, in-built Chromecast and other Aps. The room has many amenities such as, stylish Pyjama sets, Slippers, Toiletries, a Steamer, Safe, Fridge, Kettle and many more. It has an intelligent toilet and a well thought out bathroom layout with rainfall shower on one side and a bathtub with power shower on the other side. The room has a great big wall window view and plenty of lighting options within the room. There's a comfy L shaped couch to compliment your bed. I found the staff very friendly and professional too. I would also recommend including the breakfast buffet in your stay to get your day started, Great breakfast!

This property is ideally located, and a bargain by Tokyo standards. The rooms are spacious (again, by Tokyo standards), clean and with good amenities. The breakfast buffet is well above grade for this type of hotel. The location is very convenient, attached by walkway to JR Kawasaki Station, connected by rail to Haneda, and if taxi is preferred, a reasonable taxi ride (not too far, not too expensive). I have found my new go-to hotel for business travel to Tokyo/Yokohama.

Amazing stay with my family of 4. Staff was excellent, helped us with shipping our luggage to our next hotel in Kyoto. The location is near family Mart and 7-11 and nearby several malls. I would stay here again! High recommend!

First stayed in Hotel Metropolitan Kawasaki in 2024, only knowing it was near the train station. Stayed again in 2025 knowing what I know now — and will certainly stay here again in the future. The property was surprisingly spacious, clean, and modern. The hotel amenities (ex. laundry room, fitness, etc.) were the icing on top. But the service is the true slice of cake here. The staff are friendly and accommodating - very approachable and polite. They didn't care that we didn't speak Japanese; they looked after us like any other guest. They helped us promptly when we left a medicine in our room, they secured our luggages until we came back to Tokyo from a domestic trip, and they assisted us when we had our luggages sent to the airport. I'm reminded of Omotenashi - the Japanese value of looking after guests with much care and hospitality. The hotel staff truly embodies this value. Highly recommend this property for anyone staying in Tokyo.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very conveniently located, within JR Kawasaki Station's shopping complex. It is also convenient in the sense that Kawasaki is just a 20 min train ride away from Tokyo Station, and a 10 min ride from Yokohama. In all, a comfortable stay in a nice quality hotel. Highly recommend to whoever is struggling with hotel prices in Tokyo or Yokohama, and if you don't mind the train ride.

If you are looking for a quiet, clean, kids friendly and centrally located right next to restaurants, shopping, within 15 kms radius of Haneda airport, next to a main train station! Then yes it’s the hotel you should book. Definitely a 4 star hotel with amazing staff ready to help whenever you need anything. Buffet breakfast is a must with lots of options to eat. Just to be considerate about children breakfast buffet its not included when you book with rooms you have to pay 1300 yen per child extra. We stayed for 8 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the hotel. I will not hesitate to book it again when I return for my holidays to Japan again. Its connected to a shopping centre and 5 minutes walk to Kawasaki train station. Rooms are clean and good sized, just the beds are not big enough if you are considering of sleeping 2 adults in one bed. There is a sofa that can be used as bed. A bed can hold two small kids or one adult easily. They have facilities like washing machines, gym, drawing room, cafe, restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner, they have entertainment facilities in lobby every Friday evening. We had a fabulous stay.
