Large room, warm and roomy shower and tub room. Great bathroom. It was really nice to spread out. Heater above window was fine once it warmed up the room, which took a while in early March. Microwave and toaster-oven on all stair landings. Fancy coffee machines on the top floor and lobby. Nice indoor and outdoor community space on roof. Neighborhood is old, maybe ‘50s, with mid-rises. Lots of little restaurants and shops. It has a neighborhoody feel versus downtown flash. Quiet, with some streets offering a lot of nightlife. We spent a lot of time riding a stop or two to Shinjuku or Shibuya. We stayed here because our friends wanted a king bed, which was hard to find in our price range. They were pleased with the hotel and so were we.

Great boutique hotel, very clean and room was a good size, free coffee and snack and some soft drinks . Very near train but far enough it was not congested. Only thing is no staff from 5 am to about 9 am. You can reach them by phone but if you come that time message hotel so they have staff waiting for you .

The workers were some of the nicest people you'll meet. We were worried about catching a cab and one of the workers made aure we got one that could accommodate all of our luggage. The rooftop area is wonderful and well maintained. We brought breakfast and late dinner there many days. The location is conceniently between Hatagaya station and Sasazuka station, so once you learn how the train system works you're good to go.

This was a really nice experience. The check in process was good. The beds were comfy. There is a nice balcony up the top of the stairs with complimentary snacks and drinks. It’s in good walking distance to the train station.

Clean, close to transportation, quiet street, nice espresso and snack on the roof. Well stocked room and perfect for us two. A bit tight for three, just had to move the table out of the way

Room was spacious, staff difficult to find but when found very helpful. Property is nice and the provided coffee, snacks and drinks are a plus. The rooftop space is very nice and convient.

飲み物、お菓子が充実。屋上が喫煙できます！ リラックスできてよかったです。 消臭スプレーを余裕していただければいうことなしかと。

It is not crowded, easy access to the station with lots of restaurants and stores. The rooms are big and clean. There are snacks on the roof top. We left our suitcases with them after check out to still go around until 3pm. You can hear the sirens because it is beside the highway.

Staff was wonderful checking in. Amenities wonderful. Location walking distance to many places to eat and convenience stores. Very close to the subway stations. Very clean

Staff and housekeepers are friendly and helpful. Bedsheets are clean and white. Room has a good size. Very happy with our stay. Will definitely come back if we visit Tokyo again. Arigato!!

숙소가 너무 깔끔하고 숙소주변에도 볼거리 먹거리가 있어서 좋았습니다 숙소애는 음료수와 과자도 간단히 먹을것이 있엌ㅅ고 동내 목욕탕 체험까지 아주 즐거운 여행 이었습니다 정말 일주일동안 벌레 한마리 보지못햇어요 제일 맘에 드는한가지였네요 청결!

Himalaya Cloud resort was our perfect first stay for visiting Tokyo. The staff were so kind and helpful and it’s a short walk to Hatagaya station and a 5 minute train ride to either Shinjuku or Shibuya. The rooms where very clean and comfortable and everyone was so nice.

This was adequate for our stay in Tokyo. It is a bit of a trek, to the train, but it was clean, and given that it was high season, it was more reasonably priced. The room was a good size for a Tokyo hotel, had a king bed (though quite a hard mattress), and fridge. Though right opposite a very busy roadway, the room was remarkably quiet. There was limited staff, but there were no problems, so that was okay.

They were very nice, rooms were big for tokyo standards, and the 8 min walk from sasazuka station was convenient, the the free espresso on the roof was great. I saw a couple of reviews about slightly stiff beds but didn't think much of it & thought they might have even fixed the issue since. The beds are pretty hard and did have a negative impact on our trip. Not getting a good nights sleep makes it more difficult to get over jet lag, and makes active days walking around a bunch a bit rough. I know it was the beds because we did end up waking up through the night and when we stayed overnight at another hotel with normal beds we felt great.

We appreciate that rooms in Tokyo are small but this was tiny. Too much unnecessary furniture that just blocked everything. Very hard and uncomfortable beds. Hotel is outdated. Would not stay here again.

1박 25만원에 예약했고 방 컨디션은 하루만 머물기 아쉬울정도로 좋었지만 가격면에서 오래 머물정도까진 아니었음. 저렴하게 예약할수 있다면 또 이용하고 싶음. 체크인할때 사람이없어서 한시간 넘게 기다려야 했고 우리말고 다른 일행이 있었는데 몇시간째 묵묵부답인 직원을 초조하게 기다리고 있었음. 친절하시긴 했지만 체크인 이후에도 직원과의 소통이 필요할때 적절하게 이루어지지 않았음.

Poor to nonexistent staff service. Room was very disarranged with useless devices and junk taking up valuable space.

My experience with this hotel was mixed. I had a very negative first impression but ultimately ended up having a comfortable and pleasant stay. The biggest problem is that the photos provided do not accurately portray the overall feeling of the hotel. It feels like a bait and switch or scam upon first entry as it's far more like a hostel than a hotel. The front desk is unmanned most of the time, and does not feel like a hotel entrance at all, which was unsettling and unexpected. My room had an enormous water stain around the bed, which was pretty unpleasant to see right off the bat. The stain combined with the eclectic selection of the furniture made the room look grimy on first look. Ultimately the room ended up being very comfortable. It's quite large with an enormous bed for Japan standards. Despite the first impression of uncleanliness due to the water stain, the room was up to par. The bathrooms especially are very clean, though the water temperature does not get very hot even when turned all the way up, which is unusual for a Japanese hotel. The neighborhood is excellent and accessible which tipped the scales towards the positive. There are great shops, restaurants and coffee a short walking distance, and the hotel is between two train stations. I would say to temper your expectations with this hotel - it has virtually zero services due to the lack of front desk, and does not feel like a proper hotel, but my room was comfortable and the location is great.

The walk to the train was a little far but buses were close. Not too many restaurants nearby but the Lawson’s was pretty close and convenient for food. Would stay here again.

A nice family run hotel that has an unbeatable location and is central to pretty much all of Tokyo. Super easy to hop on the 66 bus straight to Shibuya Station and also has several restaurants and a Lawson right downstairs.

アメニティに難ありでした。バスタオルやドライヤーの場所がわからずチェックアウト前に気が付きました。バスタオルは使用していません。クシなども無くビジネス利用だとおすすめしません。 屋上の喫煙所の景色が良く、2回目利用はありえます。徒歩だと駅から少し距離もありますが、遠い訳ではないので、場所も慣れたら悪くないし、結果的には交通の便は悪くなかった。宿泊者は外国人が多いように感じました。それにしても、入口はホテルの勝手口かと思いました。笑
