My partner and I stayed here for our dream vacation. Perfect hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were comfy and clean, food was delicious and fresh. I even asked to buy an umbrella during a rainy night and the staff simply said I could borrow it. The laundry being available 24/7 was also so useful. I'd love to stay here again.

Great modern hotel with 2 nearby subway train stations within about 5 min walking distance. Free breakfast with our room booked (deluxe twin with balcony) was excellent! Hotel has 3 washers/dryers, a drink vending machine and smoke room on the reception floor.

The dinner at the hotel’s restaurant was excellent, and the staff were very kind and welcoming. There are also convenience stores like 7-Eleven and FamilyMart very close to the hotel. The room could get a bit warm. We used the air conditioner, but it didn’t cool the room as much as we expected.

No shopping center next door, just sleep and eat, it’s very quiet environment, if u use JR uguisudani south exit, u can skip love hotel area/or if you like to walk around….. After 3 weeks in Japan, it was really nice to get an oat milk latte and a delicious western style breakfast downstairs. Also really liked the view of the sky view tower from the 15th floor terrace which is free for guests to use. Staying here is 1 stop or a $7 cab ride from the nippori station which is what you use to take the Narita Express train to the airport.

We really enjoyed our stay at LANDABOUT Tokyo. The rooms and facilities are clean, modern, and functional. The hotel caters to international tourists and we saw many families there during our stay. Our room’s balcony looked out at the Tokyo Skytree so the night view was beautiful. Staff were extremely helpful, organising a taxi for us at check out so we could avoid the metro peak hour crush to get to Tokyo Station. The attached restaurant/café on the ground floor was great for a morning tea or coffee while planning the day’s adventures. Our only (very) minor confusion/complaint was that although we used the “Please Do Not Disturb” sign as directed by staff to say we didn’t need housekeeping, fresh towels and amenities were left in a bag on our door handle everyday, which seemed to create a lot of unnecessary laundry/plastic waste. The hotel is within 5 minutes’ walking distance from both Uguisudani and Iriya stations. It’s close to many museums and attractions around the Ueno Park area. There’s also plenty of convenience stores around to get snacks or meals. We also really appreciated the complimentary senbei (rice crackers) we received at check-out!

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und durch die Nähe einiger Bahnhöfe sehr gut angebunden. Das Zimmer war sehr klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Für westliche Gäste war ungewöhnlich, dass die Matratze auf dem Boden lag. Schade war, dass das Zimmer leider nicht sauber war (sehr viel Staub und teilweise Haare im Badezimmer). Nach der Zimmerreinigung besserte sich der Zustand auch nicht. Das Frühstück hat sehr gut geschmeckt und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Room size is really small, than again, that is to be expected for Tokyo. Gave a low rating as the sheets and towels were really filthy with stains. Do note that they do not have a phone in the room, if anything, you will need to head down to the concierge for assistance. Location is great! Near to two stations. There is also direct bus to SKYTREE.

It has really good water pressure and a warm toilet seat (an unexpected surprise that I will miss). The hotel was in a quiet area near a convenient train station (you can also walk to Asakusa) and the breakfast was 10/10. Super good breakfast! The only complaint is that our room was really dusty. There was dust on the walls and lampshade above the bed, and on the bed frame area, clock, etc. I asked the front desk to please have housekeeping dust as it was causing allergies, but they never did. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Here are a few reasons why: • My window faced several air conditioning units, so I couldn’t even look outside. • The room was full of dust and other people’s hair. • The shower drain was so clogged that on the last day, foreign residue came up into the tub. • The washing machines were old and poorly maintained. I was so dissatisfied that I paid an extra €500 to move to another hotel. I would never stay here again, and I absolutely cannot recommend this place. The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were very friendly and kind.

This was a great place to stay. Close to JR lines, several dining choices nearby. Also close to Ueno area so there was much to entertain ourselves with very close to the hotel. Very clean and excellent service at the hotel. The hotel restaurant was perfect for breakfast.

This hotel is so aesthetically pleasing. The decor and vibe is so cool. The rooms are very comfortable and the amenities are plentiful. We had a lovely view of the Tokyo sky tree from our balcony. A good stay for the price! Really convenient location for a lot of museums and Ueno Park. The room was big enough for a single person, but I found it uncomfortably hot and had to have the aircon on all night to be able to sleep. The bed and pillows were not very comfortable but that is personal preference, others might like it. No blackout curtains so being an eye mask! The breakfast was okay but boring, same exact thing every day. Still, tasty!

This place was amazing! You have a 5 min walk to the trains and a 10-15 minute walk to Ueno Park! It was cute, clean, and easily accessible. Staff was amazing. Rooms were small but did the job! The coffee bar was an added plus! Also you have 7-11 right around the corner!

I check out early just leave key at counter - would have preferred they have a dedicated drop key slot. Short walk to Ueno Park & Station. Saw full cherry blossom Apr 8 there.
