Most staff spoke very little English, but otherwise perfectly clean, situated a short walk from multiple substation points and surrounded by combini’s and not far from Shinjuku station.

Standard Japanese business hotel in a great location. The hallways, lobbies and elevators were clean and stylish and the staff was attentive.

The size of the room was fair, however, it’s filled with strong smell of cigarettes. That should be my fault as I didn’t aware that this is a smoking room. Pay attention that this hotel requests you check out at 10am. The sound of the air conditioner was annoying. But the location is quite convenient as it’s close to a train station and it just takes about 10 minutes for taking taxi to the Shinjuku Expressway Bus Station. The counter staff could be more helpful. They refused to call a taxi for me and asked myself to get a taxi.
