Loved these accommodations, would stay again and easily recommend. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, good location. One of the best places we have stayed in.

Was only there one night so we really didn’t use the kitchen, rooms we nice and bathroom was clean. I just didn’t like the process of trying to get a code for the room so late and then looking for the address on the street in the rain. Location services could have been better.

Having a kitchen and refrigerator was really nice. The washer was a little hard to decipher since we don't speak German but we figured it out. Overall, it was nice to have the balcony to sit out on and be so close to shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores.

Fantastic place to stay no issues

The apartment (two bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen) was a good size. It was very noisy. We could hear people walking around and talking throughout the night. There needed to be a manual on how to work the heat. We emailed asking about it, and never heard back. Thankfully we figured it out. The TV never worked. There’s not a good process to receive help if you need it. It’s a shame because the apartment had pluses, such as a well-equipped kitchen. I’d be hesitant to stay with this brand again. Also, it’s about a 20 minute walk from the train station.
