This was our first time in Japan and first time trying a capsule hotel. We were a little nervous about staying at one but overall it exceeded our expectations. We were given private, secure lockers for our luggage. The communal but private showers were big and better than I imagined. They kept the A/C going and at a comfortable level which was great because it was hot and humid outside. All the other guests were respectful and quiet. We didn't really see staff around. Even the bedding was comfortable. It was close to to the subway which helped. Overall we had a great experience with this hotel and would do it again if we go back to Japan.

very clean and comfortable, perfect for solo travellers however difficult for groups as was very quiet, had mixed gender lounge which was useful to discuss plans but even that was quiet. very good value for money and the showers were excellent as well as the hairdryers. also didn’t know we would be tracked in our sleep which was a bit unnerving to find out after

First time in Tokyo and first time in a pod hotel. What can I say, clean, well located and between two stations meaning you can get anywhere quickly in the city. Lawson and 7-11 close by for your egg sandwiches!
