This was the perfect house for a multi-generational family get together with excellent communal areas as well as enough space for people to spread out. The back verandah was a really useable space, and the location-with a view of the beach and a short stroll down to it was ideal. We’d come back again in a flash!

The house has everything you need and is well maintained. The beach is at the end of the garden and was great for a winter swim and ball games for the kids. There was plenty of beautiful walks as well as a coffee shop within walking distance.The open fire in winter was a definite bonus.This is a beautiful part of NSW. I would highly recommend this house.

The location was amazing, and access to a quiet sheltered beach just a short stroll away. The house was large and comfortable and very clean. The huge kitchen was amazing, the deck was beautiful to sit on and enjoy the ocean and some sunshine and the gardens were absolutely beautiful. The beds were comfortable, there were heaters which kept us very warm in each bedroom and the bathrooms were nice and new. Mobile phone reception was okay but there was limited mobile internet available for Telstra customers and almost none for other carriers, although this helped to encourage us to appreciate spending time together and enjoying our surroundings rather than looking at our phones!All in all we loved the house and will definitely be going back!

We loved the short walk through bush to the secluded beach that had it all for different aged primary kids, rocks, crabs, shells, safe swimming at low tide, gorgeous sunrise and sunset times , cricket on the beach, picnics etc etc. The generous deck allowed us all to congregate together and there was a cupboard full of games to compliment ours. Only issues were jungle of a garden and rubbish left ( which was dealt with promptly by BBAccomodation)

The house easily accommodated two families, and it was very nice to be able to walk to Circuit beach. The house was roomy, the kitchen is huge, and it is all nicely decorated. It is set on a very private, quiet block.The back deck is huge, and has a view of the ocean. There were no expendables in the house, not even a garbage bag. The garden was well overdue for some attention, with the back yard quite overgrown. The smoke alarm often went off in the night, and the note written on a tissue and stuck on the bathroom door was a bit irksome. All in all it seemed a bit tired. We were able to fit our 4 cars in the driveway very comfortably, and the wifi was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay, but have not rebooked as the price for next year has increased exponentially!
