Ist soweit ok, könnte eine Auffrischung gebrauchen. Zu wenige Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage und begrenzte Parkmöglickeiten draußen. Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal - freundlich.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es definitiv auch wieder buchen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war sehr schön und das Frühstücksbüffet hatte eine tolle Auswahl. In der Lobby kann man Tischkicker spielen und für Kinder gibt es auch ein Spielzimmer. Die Umgebung ist leider nicht die Schönste, das hat uns jetzt aber nicht gestört. Gegenüber hat man eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit, einige Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Für uns war es ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und würden es definitiv auch wieder buchen. Anreise mitten in der Nacht war kein Problem. Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Keine Parkplatzsuche dank Tiefgarage. Frühstück reichhaltig in angenehm ruhiger Atmosphäre.

The hotel is very close to the U-Baun. That helps a lot with traveling around the city. They let us check in early. They were always willing to help. You can't use the elevator without a room key. Very secure! The beds were very comfortable & so were the pillows if you like soft.

Great boutique hotel. Modern and comfortable. Nice to have 24 hour drinks and pizza available. Conveniently located accross the street from a supermarket, bakery and bank. Efficiency kitchenette was a nice plus. Good experience!

La struttura è funzionale, ma non ho riscontrato, persino negli spazi comuni, la pulizia che si millantava. Non possiedino una pc station per i clienti, nonostante affermino di essere "smart". Negli immediati dintorni c'è una fabbrica con ciminiere ed un cattivo odire. La colazione, provata per una sola mattina, è pessima . Il resto è sufficiente .

Cool design but not very comfortable stay. There is no room service and in addition there is nothing in the room at all: no glass, no kettle, no plate/fork etc. even no hotel slippers. So expect nothing in the room. I find bed & pillows very discomforting as the bed was not a big one but more like two single beds combined together - pillows were very low quality therefore made sleeping hard for me. TV inside the room was not very much advanced, even Youtube connection via mobile phone was hard.

Zum Glück nur eine Nacht gebucht. Der Kühlschrank ist so laut, dass wir nicht schlafen konnten!!! (Natürlich nimmt man dieses Geräusch tagsüber nicht war...)

Das Hotel ist ein modernes, junges Hotel. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und klimatisiert, die Klimaanlage kann man auch austellen und das Fenster öffnen bzw. nur Kippen. Das Bad ist geräumig und die Dusche ist ebenerdig, keine Stufe. Das Zimmer hat keine Auslegeware (Teppich) sondern Vinyl o.ä. Habe mich in dem Zimmer, welches zur Straße lag, wohl gefühlt. Die Fenster sind sehr gut lärmisoliert. Mein einziger negativer Punkt ist das Parken. Außerhalb ist es kaum möglich einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Besser ist es in der Tiefgarage vom Hotel zu parken, kostet 17 € pro Übernachtung. Das Hotel liegt in einer zweispurigen Einbahnstraße. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend, Standard nichts außergewöhnliches. Aber es gab Nutella! Dafür volle Punkte :) Die Altstadt ist super schnell (ca. 2 min.) mit der U-Bahn zu erreichen. Die UBahn Station ist ca. 50 m vom Hotel entfernt. Einen REWE Markt gibt es gegenüber vom Hotel. Ich werde in diesem Hotel wieder übernachten, wenn ich mal wieder in Nürnberg bin.

Ich habe zwei Nächte übernachtet – leider beide Nächte ohne Schlaf. Insgesamt würde ich der Unterkunft 4 Sterne geben, aber das Bett war eine Katastrophe. Es handelte sich um ein Doppelbett mit zwei einzelnen, sehr günstigen Matratzen, was den Schlafkomfort stark beeinträchtigt hat. Jede Matratze war nur 90 cm breit und sehr unbequem. Auch Decke und Kissen waren von schlechter Qualität – die Kissen hatten kaum Füllung und bestanden fast nur aus dem Bezug. Sehr schade, denn sonst war der Aufenthalt eigentlich in Ordnung.

The hotel was nice and in a good neighborhood. Grocery store right across the street and 2 min walking to metro station. Nice to have a mini fridge and microwave, no coffee maker and no phone in the room, need a coffee maker! Bed was very uncomfortable and couldn’t adjust the temp in the room, would get hot so had to open windows and where our room was outside smokers right below our window. Other than that it was a nice hotel.

Am Anreisetag war das Zimmer leider um 15 uhr nicht bezugsfertig. Desweiteren wollten wir am Samstagabend an der Bar Getränke kaufen, leider gab es kaum noch Auswahl und viele Getränke wie zb. Weizenbier war nicht mehr erhältlich. Das war sehr schade. Beim Check-out am Sonntag wurde man von der Mitarbeiterin nicht einmal gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war, es war wie ein kalter Smalltalk mit einem Roboter ( Zimmernunmer nehmen, es ist alles bezahlt, tschüss), da ich selber in der Hotellerie gelernt hab, war ich über diese Situationen schon sehr erstaunt, dass kannte ich bisher nicht. Ansonsten war das Hotel sehr schön, geräumige Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück und das Personal im Frühstücksservice war sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert.

Gostei da localização, perto do metrô e do supermercado. Os travesseiros e o edredkn do quarto eram horriveis e desconfortaveis. Os receptionistas deveriam todos falarem inglês e terem conhecimento dos pontos turisticos. Perguntei a dois recepcionistas como chegar à Rothenburg e não sabiam que existia uma cidade turística chamada Rothenburg ob de Tauber. Uma grande falta da recepção do hotel não saber as cud as es da Rota Romântica da Alemanha.

Gostei da localização, perto do metrô e do supermercado. Os travesseiros e o edredkn do quarto eram horriveis e desconfortaveis. Os receptionistas deveriam todos falarem inglês e terem conhecimento dos pontos turisticos. Perguntei a dois recepcionistas como chegar à Rothenburg e não sabiam que existia uma cidade turística chamada Rothenburg ob de Tauber. Uma grande falta da recepção do hotel não saber as cud as es da Rota Romântica da Alemanha.

The experience of check out is really bad. The lady at the desk was impolite and not willing to help solve the issue instead make it worse by double charge us in parking/breakfast. We have to argue to get refund. It's really chaotic situation and we still miss some invoices. The hotel itself is good, but the check out process is really unpleasant.

Worts hotel ever. First night I got room where someone was already staying and woke him up. Next night when I was sleeping someone game to my room with his own key. Staff didn’t care and didn’t offer any help. Also got ”cheaper” room I paid. I paid for superior and got comfort. Service was so bad all 7 days I stayed.

Check In hat reibungslos funktioniert, Zimmer war sauber, Frühstücksbuffet war einwandfrei. Hatten einmal vergessen das "bitte nicht stören" Schild rauszuhängen, somit wurde unser Zimmer gereinigt, Top Service. Personal war zur jeder Zeit freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Staff are not very well trained. I tried to insist that I had already prepaid my reservation, however, the staff refused this explanation and proceeded to demand payment again. I provided this, as I planned to immediately dispute the transaction with the card issuer, only for the hotel staff to finally realise their mistake after taking payment for a second time. I provided this, as I planned to immediately dispute the transaction with the card issuer, only for the hotel staff to finally realise their mistake after taking payment for a second time. Oplevelsen var fin, ikke noget at råbe hurra for. Virkelig ringe service i at de næsten ikke forstod ét ord engelsk! Dårlig hjælp ift deres parkeringskælder. Vi kørte flere gange rundt fordi der er ensrettet. Vi var begge inde fordi vi ikke forstod deres vejledning. Værelset var helt fint, pænt og rent. Sengen som at sove på et bræt 😅 Men for en nat var det fint. Morgenmad overpris!!

Rooms were clean & comfortable. Staff was very polite & helpful. Check in & check out was easy. Quick walk ~ 5 mins to the U metro lines so very easy to go to Nuremberg Old Town for sightseeing. We would recommend this hotel to others.

Die Ausstattung der Hotelzimmer hat positiv überrascht, modern im Industrial-Style und auch sehr sauber und geräumig. Preis war für die Zeit natürlich hoch aber noch ok (Christkindlmarkt). Die Gegend ist nicht besonders hübsch, aber die Ubahn war in unmittelbarer Nähe und man konnte in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum der Stadt sein (nur 3 Stationen zur Lorenzkirche). Personal war vorbildlich und authentisch freundlich, was ich auch gerne mit 5 Sternen bewerte. Das einzige was uns bei diesem Aufenthalt ein bisschen gefehlt hat war die Möglichkeit, separat (ohne Frühstück buchen zu müssen) einen echten Cappuccino ordern zu können. ;-)

A great stay right outside of the city centre. Very easy to get into town by ubahn (3 stops- 9 mins). Would recommend to anyone, buffet is one of the best I’ve seen in Europe!

All good. Friendly staff and modern clean Hotel with a simple breakfast. Good tasty quality breakfast. But in the evening I didnt get to order pizza or chicken from their 24/7 menu. When I asked what I can have they replied with Swedish meatballs. Other than that, 5/5. Eat somewhere else in the evening and you will be perfect

Clean and modern. We stayed here because of the availability of parking. Parking was expensive, but seemed similar elsewhere. It was a bit far out of the centre in terms of walking, but close to underground. There was also a bakery and supermarket opposite which supported a better value breakfast option.

Only cleaned room every 2 nd day , had cut my finger and had some blood on my sheets I did show the sheets to the cleaning staff and nothing was cleaned . Not very impressed
