Host told me theres a $35 check in fee!! Room was already paid for with a breakdown of the bill. No $35 check in fee on bill upon arrival went 2x to property and room was not ready! Hilton/best western should dump these guys No person at counter check in with kiosk, person is on a screen like a zoom checking you in,,

The room was very clean and more spacious than I expected, interaction with staff was very positive. Very good continental breakfast with cold and hot foods available. Parking was also very convenient.
