The location was fabulous...right in the old part of town...but the spa was only available during the day and only if booked and cost was about $50 per hour. So, that information should have been listed on expedia...we were disappointed that we couldn't use the pool in the evenings.

Beautiful room, well equipped in a great location. Only downside was smell from bathroom drainage. Spa was extra and quite expensive per person but if you booked it it was for your own use. Walking distance to museums, port and cathedral.

Great place to stay in the city center; easy walking to a lot of sights like the cathedral, Picasso museum, market, etc. Elisa was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and helpful! If driving a car, will need to park either at Camas (nearer the apt) or at Tejon y Rodríguez parking lot (about 5-6 minutes walk to the apt). Wish could have availed of massage but apparently it was always booked and only done during the day. Would have loved to have a massage in the late afternoon or early evening after a day out walking around.

Tempted to say we had a terrible stay in order to keep this hidden gem to ourselves! We loved every minute, from the warm welcome from reception staff to the lovely apartment with a great view. Tucked away in a quiet, safe area yet handy for everything. Access to the private spa was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend!

It was conveniently located & the apartment was exceptional. Staff were extremely friendly & helpful. Loved the fact we got the spa pool & sauna to ourselves for an hour. Robes, water, tea & snacks were provided in the pool area. Loved the towels in the bathroom, extra large size. Very understanding when we had to cancel massage due to flight leaving earlier & booked taxi to airport for us. Loved the door code system for the room instead of key card. Highly recommend & will definitely book again when in Malaga. Thank you for making our stay amazing!

Very nice compact accommodation which met my needs. It does advertise having a pool and spa which is naughty as you can’t use it unless you pay extra, which they don’t tell you before booking. If it’s advertised I’d expect access to be included in the cost - clearly you’d pay more for treatments but if you state you have a spa and have pictures access has been paid for in the price and you should let people use it.

We were delighted with this hotel - fantastic location, very easy to walk the entire old town and newer areas, and quick to the airport too. The staff were lovely, even giving my child a little gift when we spoke about her birthday, and I am so glad we stayed here. Good size room with spotless facilities and we enjoyed the pool session that we booked - thought it was good value for a private spa. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Malaga

The property was great in the Center of the city. This was the first time we could not get a taxi to drop us off the street is impassable to cars. Physically the room was wonderful. A nice little suite complete with laundry and kitchen. The place was very clean with many amenities provided by the hotel. The problem we experienced is that they have a problem with the water drainage system. The problem, our room smelled of sewer. This is something the hotel knows since the shower had a towel covering its drain and the windows were wide open when we checked in. We were only there for one night but this would have been a substantial problem for a longer stay.

Very nice apartment in historic center of Malaga. Nicely furnished and quiet, fantastic location. All restaurants and coffee shops practically around the corner. Good communication and front desk is very responsive. A few negatives: some mild sewer odors in bathroom as there is no ventilation. Very small bathroom and shower. No closets or storage.

Fantastiskt läge, nära det mesta. Bra utrustat pentry, kaffekapslar, te, vatten, drycker i kylskåpet till vårt förfogande. Ok incheckning. Men denna påtagliga lukt av mögel o fukt på rummet!! Påpekade i receptionen där det fanns samma dofter, dock inte innan hemresa vilket var dumt. Receptionisten verkade aldrig hört talas om detta tidigare. Så här bor vi inte igen.

Estupenda localización en Málaga, cerca de todo. Nos hospedamos en un apartamento muy completo con 2 recamaras, un baño, salita de estar y cocina con lo que necesitas. Por las mañanas si hay una persona en recepción aunque el check in lo tienes que hacer previamente vía web. Particularmente este apartamento era muy obscuro en la planta baja y tenía mala recepción de internet. El funcionamiento de la chapa electronica de acceso te obligaba a realizarlo muchas veces para poder abrir.

A equipe responsável pelo aluguel do apartamento deixou uma garrafa de água de 1,5 litro na geladeira, uma garrafinha de suco de laranja, duas latas de cerveja e biscoitos, chá, mel, Nutella, um mimo para o hóspede. O problema é o barulho, dá para ouvir os outros hóspedes arrastando malas, pessoas andando no andar de cima, as paredes parecem de papel.
O hotel é muito bem localizado e confortável. What an absolute gem of a find! The hotel is on a side street away from most noise. I had a ground floor room, the only noise was from the front door and guests who weren't very respectful of other guests. Check in was easy - the lady on reception was extremely helpful! The room was more than you need, for 80euro it was a complete bargain. Absolutely spotless, very clean bathroom, very comfy bed and even had a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, Espresso machine and complementary WiFi. I can't fault my stay - thank you!

Do not stay in room 301!! At our arrival the code given didn’t work for our room door I had to text and they opened manually. The room is extremely hot and you have to text them at all times for them to turn the a/c on . They do respond quickly but it’s very inconvenient especially for the price paid. It is clean and walkable. Parking option is far .

Excellent communication with the staff. They provided a crib for our son to sleep in. Whenever we had any issue, they made sure to fix it right away. I would stay here again.

La atención recibida, muy agradable y profesional, además hubo un ligero incidente con el aire acondicionado, que se pudo solucionar, y tuvieron el detalle de invitarnos al spa, por las molestias, Apartamento muy completo, con todos los electrodomésticos, cama cómoda y bonita decoración.

Great little aparthotel in the centre of Malaga, close to everything! Shower was a bit small and water drips on the floor easily when taking a shower.. only reason I would not give a 5 star. You need a code to get into the rooms if you are arriving late. This was a bit difficult at first but they have 24 hrs staff on Whatsapp and I was able to get help. I can see this being a problem to some older folks that do not have Whatsapp! However, I would stay again!
Great little aparthotel in the centre of Malaga, close to everything! Shower was a bit small and water drips on the floor easily when taking a shower.. only reason I would not give a 5 star. You need a code to get into the rooms if you are arriving late. This was a bit difficult at first but they have 24 hrs staff on Whatsapp and I was able to get help. I can see this being a problem to some older folks that do not have Whatsapp! However, I would stay again!

We were delighted with this hotel - fantastic location, very easy to walk the entire old town and newer areas, and quick to the airport too. The staff were lovely, even giving my child a little gift when we spoke about her birthday, and I am so glad we stayed here. Good size room with spotless facilities and we enjoyed the pool session that we booked - thought it was good value for a private spa. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Malaga

Great place in an excellent location. Some downsides though include: weak air conditioning, faulty keypad for the room and when messaging to say I was locked out it taking ~40mins to respond (in the daytime). Lastly it would’ve been good to have a lamp in the living room because the ceiling lights were pretty harsh.

The property was great in the Center of the city. This was the first time we could not get a taxi to drop us off the street is impassable to cars. Physically the room was wonderful. A nice little suite complete with laundry and kitchen. The place was very clean with many amenities provided by the hotel. The problem we experienced is that they have a problem with the water drainage system. The problem, our room smelled of sewer. This is something the hotel knows since the shower had a towel covering its drain and the windows were wide open when we checked in. We were only there for one night but this would have been a substantial problem for a longer stay.

We totally loved the location of this hotel. It was a mere 2 min walk to the center plaza, food options were plenty and yet stayed very quiet and safe. A few things to keep in mind, if you get into Malaga after 3:30, you would need to check in to their sister hotel because the front desk person leaves at 3:30. It was a 15min walk from the sister hotel to Spa Del Palacete. Imagine doing this with suitcases you need to log around. It was a bit of a hassle! also there were no luggage rack in the rooms and no drying rack for clothes (if you washed).
We totally loved the location of this hotel. It was a mere 2 min walk to the center plaza, food options were plenty and yet stayed very quiet and safe. Such a great location, walkable to everything, including the train station and all the local sights. Shops and small supermarkets right in the doorstep, however it also managed to feel tucked enough away to not be noisy in the evenings. Beautifully presented and clean apartment. Nice size for 2 people. Bedroom was small but the living area more than made up for it. Kitchen was very nicely stocked with thoughtful breakfast things and the far addition of a nespresso machine. We didn’t want for anything. Check in process was very slick (once I realised the WhatsApp message I’d been sent in advance wasn’t spam). Would highly recommend and hope to be back one day.

I chose this property last minute. It was an excellent choice. In the middle of everything but in a quiet back street. The apartment is very clean and comfertable I would highly recommend it Walking distance to the station to the airport and all local sights

The staff communication was polite and respectful that i forgot how much tired i was after My flight to Malaga got delayed twice, also as first impression the building is secure and clean, the apartment is big and has all the facilities inclusive of washer/ dryer clothes machine, bathroom has all shampoo/soaps/towels, hair dryer and kitchen equipped with all essentials such as big fridge , microwave, coffee/tea/water and snacks , wi fi is very good

Fijn appartement in het centrum op paar minuten loopafstand van oude binnenstad. Receptionistes zijn bijzonder vriendelijk en hulpvaardig. Appartement was mooi, modern, goed schoon en ruim genoeg voor 2 personen. Goede airco, fijne (harde) bedden, goede douche.

Great little apartment hotel! Very clean and modern! Great value for the price! Close to everything. Comfy bed. Full kitchen was a plus! Although we did not use it, we appreciated the little snacks and water/beer in the fridge. Great place to stay in Malaga! Absolutely would stay again and recommend!

La ubicación del Aparthotel es de lo mejor, está en calle peatonal a unos pasos del museo Carmen Thyssen, muy carca del paseo Larios, la Catedral de Málaga, el museo Pablo Picasso y la Alcazaba. A pesar de lo bien ubicado no es ruidoso por estar en calle lateral a las calles concurridas. Me tocó departamento de dos habitaciones, en general de buen tamaño excepto por el baño con una regadera poco pequeña pero limpio y nuevo. Ofrecen cortesías para huéspedes la nevera de la habitación como agua helada, dos cervezas, un jugo, así como café de cápsulas Nespresso, té y algunos panes o galletas. Las camas son cómodas y con buena calidad en ropa de cama. Se duerme agosto. Tuvieron lista mi habitación desde que llegué. Lo recomiendo.

Check in took some time, but good communication with WhatsApp. We got the street level place, spa noise, there is a lot of echos, door codes beeps & slamming of doors all around interior sounds, mostly settled down after 2am. A/C worked great, windows open if need air flow. Washer/dryer was on lock & didn’t function. Shower needs additional closure as it causes the floor to get very wet. Room cleaners did not come. Nice welcome treats. Overall fine, but for the $$$ expected more.

The room was spotlessly clean, fully equipped kitchen if you required and lovely toiletries in the bathroom. We didn't realise that access to the spa costs extra and you have to book in advance - just be aware of this if you're wanting to use!

The location was honestly spot on, right in the centre. The apartment was beautiful, great air con and kitchen facilities. The reception staff were amazing and let us keep our bags there until 3 after check out and booked us a taxi to the airport.
