The layout of the house was great. The furniture needs updating and many of the outdoor chairs were broken. We were hesitant to use the dock level of the back deck because we felt it was unsafe - loose boards and splintering wood.

Nice house set in a beautiful tropical setting. Good access to a beautiful private beach. Overall, the house was comfortable, but could use some better organization in the kitchen cabinets and drawers. Also, the shower house was unusable. Good value for the money.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay in Palmetto Dunes. Everything was as-listed and the house was in a perfect location for beach access

Accessibility was a priority with us, so being all on one level was perfect. We appreciated the bedrooms being separated from each other since there were different couples staying. The neighborhood was very quiet with a short walk to the beach. The deck was nice, but is aging and some repairs are needed. It would have been nice to have the deck chairs cleaned off and cushions that were stowed somewhere so they would stay clean. The kitchen was well-equipped with cookware, bake ware and dishes. We would have appreciated a larger toaster for 6 people, more light in the dining room and some lamps in the living room. There were no hot pads for baking and we would have appreciated more dish towels and at least some salt and pepper. Two more suggestions would be have some ant spray handy under the sink....we had an ant infestation....and some attention to the front bedroom bed. It was very squeaky. All just tips for a more pleasant stay, but in general, we had a great time!
