We stayed one night in this hotel and the room was awesome. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. It has a paid parking (29€ / night). We also booked the breakfast, but we think it was not worth it, specially with the amount of nice cafes in the area. The same with the restaurant or room service, we found it quite expensive.

Was soooo nice! Had a hair dryer, straightener & steamer. They went above and beyond. Held our luggage when we first arrived so we could explore and use our time wisely.Took the time to help us know where to go and what path to take. Probably the friendliest most helpful staff I've ever encountered. The rooms were so comfortable and decorated so nice. I now want to redecorate my house like the room.

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location to walk to all the major museums and tourist sites. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay easy and relaxing. The staff is also bilingual which makes it very easy to communicate for someone like me with limited Spanish.They have an on-site bar/restaurant that served a wonderful breakfast buffet. The rooms are comfortable and decorated very nice. Love the rain shower head in the bathroom. And it has a blow-dryer and flat iron in case you forgot to pack yours. Absolutely loved my stay there. Wish it was longer then 24 hours. Will book there again!

Wonderful, helpful and nice staff. Beautiful hotel, great restaurant downstairs. Great location, close to many things, including train station. Easy to get taxi's, close to restaurants, etc. However, it is very loud at night just due to the street noise outside from the busy street and alleys. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine to sleep. Also just a heads up, one wall of the bathroom is completely glass and see through (especially at night w/ the lights on) if you're uncomfortable with something like that. One of the few hotels we could find a king size bed in in Madrid, so that was great!

Really great hotel. Nicely renovated room. Very quiet. Nearby train and Prado. Easy taxi ride to Plaza Mayor and Royal Palace. Close to Metro. Very nice staff. Speak English well. Only issue is they’re busy so don’t expect early checkin. Pay for the night before if you red eye in from the States.

Last minute booking so I was delighted that the hotel is easy walk to El Prado, Sofia just across the road, El Retiro and Botanical Gardens also close. And metro for when I got lost was a way to get back! Short taxi from Principe Pio station (and I think the others). A great first visit to Madrid. My room at back opening onto alley was very quiet, apart from rubbish collection lorry at midnight.
