Hotel muito bem localizado, com vista da cidade, ótimo café da manhã. Quarto bom, cama confortável, com uma pequena sacada. Banho bom. Equipe atenciosa. A chegada e saida, de carro, do hotel é um pouco conplexa pois a rua tem muito movimento mas o hotel possui estacionamento em outro local e um funcionário leva e busca o carro.

Otel gayet temizdi. Tek olumsuz yol üstü olduğu için dışarıdan tüm sesler odaya geliyor. Otopark sıkıntılı valesi var ama vermek istemedik yerini söylediler 10 dk yürüme mesafesi var gittiğiniz yerde 10 araba zor giriyor yer olmadığı için arada mahalleye kenarına bırakmak zorunda kaldık. Onun dışında konaklamak için güzel bir otel.

Günübirlik sadece gece uyumak için konakladığım bir yerdi, personeller ilgili tuvalet banyo oldukça temiz, aynı şekilde yatak yastık yorgan gibi hijyene dair önemli olan her şeyi içiniz rahat bir şekilde kullanabilirsiniz. Konum olarak metro durağı kapının önünde ve çok merkezi bir lokasyona sahip, eğer özel aracınız varsa park konusunda yardımcı oluyolar.

Hotel amenities were very good, it was close to the seaside and the staff were very helpful. Its on a one way street which we had difficulties navigating to with our GPS but one of their staff came to the nearby street where we were parked and drove the car to the hotel and parked. Parking is on the street and only allowed overnight until around 10am.

Avevano prenotato su Expedia una camera doppia con colazione inclusa e la mattina seguente al nostro arrivo ci viene comunicato che la colazione è extra e che la dobbiamo pagare. Chiamiamo l'assistenza e ci riferiscono di pagare, farci dare la fattura e chiedere il rimborso. Il giorno della nostra partenza non mi hanno fatto la fattura dicendo che me l'avrebbero spedita via email e ancoora la stiamo aspettando. La colazione inoltre lascia a desiderare. Veramente poco assortita. Abbiamo avuto anche disagi con il parcheggio. La mattina abbiamo dovuto attendere 30 minuti nella hall prima di avere la macchina.

Die lage des Hotels war super sonst war alles ok. Bis auf Parkplatz es war etwas weiter ausserhalb. Dieses Problem wurde durch das Personal gut gelösst.

Sunulan otopark hizmetinde aracımı yasaklı alana park ettikleri için ceza kesildi, otele bunu bildirdiğimde yönetimden geri dönüş olmadı, konaklayan misafiri mağdur etmekte bir sorun görmeyen bir otel, hayal kırıklığı.

Hotel moderno localizado em frente ao Gran Bazzar de Ismir. Ótimo café da manhã. Cama confortável e banho bem. A chegada e saída de carro é um pouco complexa em razão do grande movimento da rua onde está o hotel, mas a equipe leva e busca e carro do estacionamento.

Her şey güzel lakin otopark dışarıda olduğu için trafik cezası yedim hiç etik değil!!!

Harika bir hotel. Odalar tertemiz, pırıl pırıl ve çok modern. Çalışanları ilgili ve güleryüzlü. Konumu da çok güzel, toplu taşımaya çok yakın.

Genel olarak iyiydi personel güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi temizdi ama lavabo su akıtıyordu 1 gece kalacağımı için dert etmedik galiba daha öncede aynı sorun olmuş yapılmış ama maalesef düzelmemiş

Gastronomische Angebot bis auf Wurst und Aufschnitt alles ok. Betten sind zwar lang, dafür aber eng. Verschiedene Kissen werden angeboten, auf Nachfrage aber nur die auf dem Zimmer. Leider sehr hart. An der Wand waren Schmierflecken von irgendwelchen toten Insekten. Toilette wurde eine Woche nicht gereingt. Amsonsten Personal 1A.

Wir waren zufrieden sehr zentral mit Bus und Bahn alles erreichbar Mann könnte sauberer sein Haare von anderen Gäste auf der Toilette musste nicht sein Frühstück ganz gut für jeden was dabei Matratzen waren super 👍

Leider war die Unterkunft nicht sauber. Die Zimmer rochen arg nach Nikotin. Selbst als Raucher fand ich das total eklig. Die Lage ist zwar sehr zentral aber keine Parkplätze in der Nähe. Das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ungeeignet für Familien mit Kind/Kinder.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir könnten zwei Stunden früher einchecken. Personal war sehr freundlich. Bei der Reservierung werden die Zimmer als nicht Raucher Zimmer angezeigt und beschreiben wir haben aber ein Raucherzimmer bekommen. Da wir nur zwei Nächte übernachtet haben und keine Lust auf Diskussionen hatten wurde dies von uns nicht bemängelt. Bei 38 Grad Celsius wurden die Bettwäsche nicht mal gewechselt obwohl die Zimmer Reinigung jeden Tag da war. Frühstück war eine Katastrophe sämtliche Speisen sahen nicht frisch aus, auch die Präsentation von den Speisen waren nicht appetitlich wir haben kaum was gegessen. Da kriegt man bei dem Bäcker um die Ecke sogar besseres Frühstück. Duschen war auch eine Herausforderung das Wasser lief so schlecht ab wir hatten die Füße richtig im Wasser stehen gehabt dann tritt auch noch Wasser aus der Dusche war sehr unangenehm. Im großen und ganzen würde ich dieses Hotel nicht noch mal buchen oder weiterempfehlen.

BE CAREFUL, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND LOOSE THE JOY OF THIS BEAUTIFUL CITY OF IZMIR, THIS PLACE CAN’T BE EVEN A 1 STAR HOTEL The reasons why I can’t give this place more than 1 star and will never recommend it to anybody are: 1. After I completed the check in we went to our room on floor 4 and as soon as the guy opened the door the room was smelling really bad, when I told the guy if he could please change the room for us, his answer was: you just need to open the windows and flush the toilet lol… then I had to go down to talk to the manager and after some arguments and him telling me the hotel is booked when I am very sure it’s not, I told him I can’t sleep in that room, the smell was awful, I told him I really prefer to sleep in my car instead.Then when he saw how insisting I was he said ok I’ll give you another room. 2. The rooms, the first one and the second one are not clean, the beds smell smoke, the toiled has spots on it, the laminate floors are all scratched and too old, the washroom door is swelled from bottom and needs replacement maybe 10 years a go, the bed cover at the side where you put your legs are dirty. My advice just be careful and don’t come close to this weird place.

The location is great. Especially if you want to see old 400 years city with Bazar and mosques, because it is literally one minute from the hotel, across the bulevard.The staff is so helpful. The room was spacious with soft sheets. Make sure you book the room with the balcony since there is no so many hotels who have balconies.

Eu tinha reservado um quarto superior, mas como dava frente para a avenida, muito bom de se ver, mas um pouco barulhento pra mim. O quarto era bem espaçoso e com bastante espaço pra malas, o que geralmente é difícil. Por conta do movimento da avenida pedi pra me mudarem de apto. Não havia superior do outro lado, mas aceitei e me transferiram . Era menor, mas ainda confortável. Ótima localização, pode-se ir a pé a Konak, lugar bonito e muito agradável. E atravessando a avenida à frente o mercado, que é enorme e onde se encontra muuuitas coisas. O atendimento é muito atencioso.

Good hotel at prime location. Room is little, smaller for two people with luggage.

The hotel was easy to reach from the Airport, because the metro station is right in front of the building. The stay was good and the hotel is central, so you can easily reach most of the attractions in Izmir. Unfortunately the room was at first floor and was a bit noisy during the night, since the hotel is on a main street (i suggest to ask for upper floors).

Could have been a comfortable city hotel due to spacious rooms and excellent location, also the staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the front facing rooms (4 rooms out of 6 per floor) receive so much noise from the busy street, late at night and early morning, that I wasn’t able to find much sleep. The sides of the road are lined with drainage grids that make a loud clanking sound whenever a vehicle passes over the junctions, a bit like a railway. The windows are very simple/thin and don’t manage to keep the noise out. Another issue is that people frequently smoke in non-smoking rooms, so it’s not easy to find one that doesn’t smell of smoke. The first room I was assigned smelled so strongly that there was no way I could have slept there, I asked for another.. the staff was understanding about it and the second room was much better (still noticeable though).

There is no individual air conditioning. It is central AC and it was very hot at night! Also, we were on the 5th floor facing the street and it was very very noisy. Between the room being hot ans the noise, I could not sleep even though the bed was comfortable.

The staff were very helpful and friendly on check in they couldn’t do enough for us, but the room was small for a family of 3.

Personale gentile e accogliente, hotel centrale e strategico con camere confortevole. Una cameriera del servizio colazione si è dimostrata poco disponibile quando ho chiesto un coltello affilato per sbucciare la frutta, per il resto tutto bene.

The Hotel is situated in a great location for sightseeing in Izmir/ Konak, literally walk to all the main city sights, markets, the pier from here. The metro station is on your doorstep and gives access to the other historical sites and we even used the metro then the Izban line to the airport! The Hotel offers a great buffet style breakfast and I particularly liked the complimentary soup served around 10 pm. The hotel reception, the restaurant staff and all staff were very warm and welcoming. We are planning to Izmir in the near future and will definitely stay here again.

I’m comparing this hotel to few blocks down hotel I stayed at before 3 times , OGLAKCIOGLU PARK BOUTIQUE HOTEL The best but 86 less service articles rules which is really weird,in the restaurant you can’t put 2 tables together and we are 3 people one has to sit alone ,3 people can only have one room key,they have soup from 10 to 10:30 we go at 10:20 they sais we are closed ,so ota ok hotel ,i have to say the guy ay front desk Sarkan was so polite and accommodating I haven’t see. Someone that nice in turkey in 4 years So so stay at the other one and they have coffee and tea all day

Personeller nazikti ve çok yardımcı oldular. Sadece odalar biraz küçüktü.

The hotel was good and very well located near the main attractions of the city. The breakfast was decent and the cleaning ladies were perfect. The only thing to complain about is the manager/receptionist who asked us to pay extra money from the amount agreed on the reservation because the price was apparently not correct on the reservation and did not take into account the extra person we had (which was clear in our reservation). I refused to pay as it was not our fault if their pricing was not correct. They claimed that it was the agent's fault (hotels.com or expedia), I am not saying they are lying but it is so unprofessional to make the client pay for a mistake he/she did not do. If it is the hotel's pricing error, then the hotel should pay, if it is the agent's error, then the agent should pay. And that bothered us in our stay as we had to discuss this matter with 3 different people and argue that it is not us that have to pay. That's really unfortunate as the hotel was really good.

The room and the bathroom at the hotel are good. Linen and towels are good and clean. However, the reception staff are not helpful at all. Nobody could understand English and was also not really interested in having a ‘google translate’ conversation. One eventually gave me directions on the first day; I walked for 30 min with no luck. They would just shrug their shoulders and literally walk away. Just to find from store owners that tourist info has closed. The breakfast staff were friendly though and the breakfast is great.

Gute Unterkunft, wirklich sehr nettes Personal und leckeres Frühstück.

Otelin konumu harika, oda temiz ve konforlu. Personele tüm yardımları için ayrıca teşekkürler. Yalnızca kahvaltı biraz zayıf. İzmir'de konaklamam gerekirse yeniden tercih edeceğim.

Sehr zentrsl, auch direkt an einer U-Bahn .Frühstück sehr umfangreich und im obersten Stockwerk . Achtung liegt a0n einer vierspurigen Einbahnstraße links
