Clean modern room at a good price. Nice soft comfortable bed, and clean. Only cons was I could hear running footsteps above my room in the morning.

Average hotel with basic amenities and in fair condition. Only provide with 2 bottles of mineral water, 2 towels and shower amenities and toothbrush. Any additional towel comes at RM10 and a bottle of water cost RM2. Staff is polite but is firm on the cost of additional amenities. There is a KTV downstairs and the rooms are not very soundproof. However, hotel do provide ear plugs. Room is of decent size but bathroom is poorly maintained. The bathroom floor is slimy and the design of the shower head will cause the toilet bowl and toilet paper to get wet after each shower. Overall, a very basic hotel with minimum required conditions. However, location is great with lots of dining options, massage services and entertainment options.
