There not much bad to say about this hotel. Location was excellent Petaling market is 3 mins central market 10 mins & masjid JEMEK 15 mins. MRT/LRT 5 mins walk it’s so convenient and the atmosphere is electric. The facilities were good but we were there 18-20th October when things quiet down. The breakfast had a good variety of Asian & continental options. The only niggle I had was the pool which is 4ft deep no more than that. So if your tall the rooftop pool is not for you. Otherwise would definitely stay again

Excellent hotel located in Chinatown about 4 blocks from Pasar Seni station which has both red and green line lrt connections. Check in was simple and was given a room with a view of the downtown and the towering Warisan Merdeka 118 tower. Room was spacious and comfortable. Water, tea and coffee were supplied. Room had refrigerator, safe and ironing board and iron. Restaurant available on 8th floor. Reception, pool, bar and tea room on 7th floor. All yhe staff were friendly and welcoming. Area has lots of shopping and restaurants. Hotel is about 2 blocks from Petaling St. Market.

Four Points by Sheraton is a fantastic hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Its location is ideal, right on the edge of Chinatown. Excellent service, modern amenities and we had the privilege of staying in a room that had a perfect view of the second tallest building in the world, the Merdeka 118. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist guests with any inquiries or requests. The hotel facilities include the gym, swimming pool, a tea room, and much more. Everything is well-maintained and provides a relaxing environment for guests to unwind. We really enjoyed our stay here, close to Chinatown with eateries & the Petaling Street Market. Our room was nice & spacious, bed was comfortable & had a great view of Merdeka 118 from our window. The pool was lovely but not deep & closes at 8pm which was a bit early. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a large variety of food & happy hour each day from 4-8pm was really good. All the staff were very friendly, polite and hepful. We had a fantastic stay.

Very professional staff. Kind as well allowed us late check out. Service prompt asked for razor was delivered immediately. Rooms were super clean with views of merdeka 118 and twin towers. Only that pool was little small. Otherwise the vibes here in Chinatown area is just so chill.

5 star experience with great accommodating customer service. Customer centric with great activities for the kids. They do everything they can to make your stay with them comfortable. Perfect location as well. Will stay again. Only downfall is their self service laundry is quite dirty and there aren't other decent options nearby.

I like they provide glass bottled drinking water which you can refill daily free of charge. Beautiful view from my room and convenience location in the city centre. However the bathroom are looking very old and shower water are not draining properly. Mould’s growing on bathroom wall. My pillow and blanket smells like other people body odour.

What a fabulous start to our adventure! You're right in the heart of the action. The room was spectacular with high ceilings and a city view. Bed was a dream and pillows even better. Staff were kind and attentive. So many things to do at your door and wonderful food options. Try Wildflowers directly across firm the main door. Infused cocktails and stunning dishes like the prawn ceviche. Breakfast was wonderful. Pasar Seni train, 3 mins walk to take you around the city. Cheap, quick and frequent. You can swap lines at certain stations and access the entire city quickly and cheaper than Grab. Hotel lobby bar has a lovely viewpoint for the city skyline, including Petronas Towers and especially the Merdeka 118. Thank you to the team 🙏

Very convenient location and most importantly the view from our room was breathtaking. We were able to get extended late check out time which we appreciated and free refill of 4 bottles of water. The only problem was the next door room was noisy (on the last day) so we can’t sleep until past midnight.

Location was the best! I booked this for my mom and dad and the location was very convenient for them! Its also an anniversary present for them and i’d like to thank all the staff that prepared the room for them and special thanks to the GSAs who wrote lovely messages on the mirror and card! They loved it so much! It made they’re stay very personalised and thank you for all their hard work that they put on decorating the room. Really did appreciate it . Thank you to all the staffs you are all doing a wonderful job <3

After 14 hours travelling could not understand a word the receptionist was saying through bad English and face mask Had dinner and went to bed only to be woke up and being told we couldn’t charge the dinner to our room and had to pay by card ? They refused to wait until morning so I get dressed and go down 19’floors Still no explanation and we we had already for three nights in advance Concierge was always too busy on his phone to assist with taxi or directions Located in china town next to markets with nothing else around won’t be back

Very modern and comfortable hotel in a great location for exploring markets, like Central Markets and Petaling Markets. Lots of dining options around, plus easy to access train stations. Hotel is next door to the new Merdeka 118 building, which will be great when it opens and the night sky views over to the Petronas towers is stunning Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool looked amazing (though we didnt have time to try it) as did the bar and restaurant. The laundry service was a bit expensive but very efficient and easy to organize. Would recommend.

The hotel was very nice and well located near to a train station. The hotel staff that we did interact with were fantastic with great customer service. The only let down was the breakfast buffet which we only went to on the last day. Unfortunately the food wasn't up to much, variety was lacking and there were probably too few staff to manage the hoards.
