This was an amazing hotel in a fantastic location. One train to Haneda and close to two train lines so you can get to all areas of Tokyo very easily. Clean hotel woth comfortable beds and a good range of anmen provided. Onsen was fantastic. Only downside was the WiFi was very poor, pretty much non-existent most of the time.

Overall a practical good value for money option in Tokyo. Nice small room that’s clean and well equipped. They provide pjs and slippers like all hotels do in Japan. Located near major lines of metro that connect to all touristic areas in Tokyo including airports. Walking distance to the famous Senso-ji temple. Loved the available complimentary coffee machine with hot & cold beverages including matcha. There’s also a microwave in the public space. The onsen was a nice experience, I was lucky though that nobody was there when I went because I would be quite self conscious without any clothes on in public. Facial products are not provided because you can use them from the public bath but other complimentary toiletries are offered (toothbrushes + paste). I liked the public balcony at the reception. They kept my luggage after check out all day which was helpful although one downside is that checkout is at 10 am and they charge extra for every hour later.

Toilets are a little smaller and the onsen is barebones but nothing much to complain about at this price point and location. The road can be a little noisy at times and air conditioning only runs on heating or fan mode during winters so do take note! Otherwise very friendly and helpful staff, you could select thicker pillows from the lobby, subjected to availability, and the area around Kuramae has lots of food and cafe options and a stone's throw from Asakusa without the crowd.

The location of the hotel is close to Asakusa yet quiet place. The room is small and the luggage is hard to find the "SPACE" to "fully" open. The most challenge thing is to have a "nice" sleep. There is no blackout curtain so the light from window can be seen during your bed time.

Hôtel bien situé, à proximité des deux stations d'Asakusa. A 10 minutes à pieds du temple Senso-ji. On entend assez régulièrement les bruits de la rue pendant la nuit ce qui peut déranger un petit peu (moto, sirènes). Malgré un mois de novembre dans les normes de température et un réglage de la climatisation sur le frais, j'avais souvent assez chaud pendant la nuit. Sinon, pour une personne, la chambre est suffisante même si impossible d'ouvrir la valise autrement que sur le lit. 2 bouteilles d'eau étaient laissées chaque jour dans le frigo ce qui est assez agréable pour partir en excursion la journée. Service d'envoi de valise disponible en s'adressant à la réception.

I was surprised this was a 3* hotel. Despite what the Expedia listing said. There was no air conditioning (apparently it gets shut off certain parts of the year). Wifi kicked us off every few minutes so we burned through our eSIM cards, and overall feels very dated.

This hotel is very close to multiple subway stops, so it was easy to get to other places in Tokyo. It's also very close to a river and multiple attractions like Sensoji. As with all Tokyo rooms (or so I'm told) the standard double room itself was very small, with barely any space to do anything but sleep. However, during our latest stay here they upgraded our room to the Japanese style double room (due to no remaining standard double rooms), which was much larger and very comfortable. The standard double room did not have much of a view (it directly faced a wall of another building) which wasn't that big of a deal since we were out for most of the day.

The staff were very helpful and attentive, and speaking English with them was no problem at all. The hotel was in a great location, close to the Sumida river, train stations, lots of grocery/convenient stores, and the Senso-ji temple and markets. The hotel and the rooms were clean and had lots of amenities in case you forgot something (toothbrush, brush, cotton balls, washcloths, etc), as well as free coffee and tea. The price was very reasonable, and we would definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff was very friendly! Chose this hotel because it said that staff offers several languages, and although they didn’t speak much English, there was no problem communicating! We met the cleaning staff in the morning and she was one of the kindest warmest people we’ve met in general! Would be happy to stay here again!

Stayed 5 nights in the double standard room. Loved our stay - very convenient location right across from a train station and other train stations nearby. 7/11 and family mart across the road. Staff spoke English well and were very helpful and friendly. Would stay here again.

Good location. Located near Kuramae station. Asakusa station a short 10 min walk away. Easy to get to hotel from Narita airport. Near the Sumida river, Sensoji, Nakamise-dori Street etc. Lots to do within walking distance. Good transport links. Hotel room was clean. Friendly staff. Good amenities. Free pack of bath salts at the front desk. Free coffee machine. Laundry machines available and you can monitor your washing machine completion time from the TV. Bad: room is a little small. If you have large luggage, it may be a struggle when packing/unpacking. Dryer does not work when doing laundry. The incense in the front desk/lobby area was a bit too intense.

Hotel felt calm and relaxing after visiting a lot of busy cities. Loved the restaurants and cafes all around. Near the monorail which was convenient and easy to get to. We were able to go to Akihabara, Tokyo Skytree and Ueno easily. Asakusa/Sensoji Temple was super close to walk to. My bf and I didn't like the pillows that we had the first night but the staff informed us that there are additional pillows at the front desk by noon, so we were able to pick up softer pillows the next day. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Loved this hotel since it’s very close to few stations to get around with Yamanote line. It is few minutes walk to Senso-ji Temple, 7/11 and across the hotel is a small supermarket. The staff here is amazing and very friendly. Laundry is available but minimal units available. Make sure to do your laundry in the morning or afternoon so its not busy.

We only stayed for one night but I would return. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff were nice. Free coffee in the morning was appreciated. My son wasn’t thrilled with the 10 am check out (earlier than the other 2 places we stayed in Japan but not uncommon). I didn’t have a chance to check out the onsen. Next time!

We stayed here for 5 nights while exploring Tokyo. Things we loved: the staff were great. The onsen was a huge bonus for us (helping us to understand how to properly use one before going to other places). We also liked the laundry facilities and complementary drinks. Our room was 2 x bunk beds, so a little tight for 4 but everyone was happy. The negatives - just breakfast. This was provided in the cafe below but was very 'japanese/ western'. We had better breakfast experiences elsewhere. That said, it really wasn't bad! Hense 5*!

The property is conveniently located close to train stations and stores. The staffs were very polite and nice. There is also a free coffee and hot cocoa in the lobby. Breakfast is also included in our booking and the restaurant Breakfast menu is very satisfying. Thank you and we will stay in this hotel again if ever we visit Tokyo again. 😀

It was very small but value for money. I didnt use the metro however there is a metro station right outside it that connects you to most areas. It's nicely located to reach most areas easily. And great staffand very clean. Breakfast not much option but there is a 7/11 around the corner.
