Stayed at the Andaz for 4 nights half board and was very disappointed by the service and the quality of the stay. First, we were surprised by the fact that the main pool and beach were shared with another hotel/residence and so busy. Once on the beach there is no free water for the customers which is very surprising in Dubai because all the hotels offer free water or water fountain to customer by the pool/beach. I was told I had to go back to the main hotel to get water because they couldn’t give us free water by the pool because it’s share by other hotel residents. The room was big but the bedding wasn’t comfortable at all, not enough pillows and the mattress were very hard. The half board food at the buffet lacked of variety, quality wasn’t great either. I would say this experience doesn’t reflect a 5 stars hotel

The hotel is now very dated. The amenities are ok with a nice gardens and main pool, but falling far below what might be expected from a 5* experience. The site is predominantly residences who have access to poolside gym and other areas which are aggressively signed as off limits to hotel guests (and contribute to you feeling a second class citizen). The restaurant is well situated in the middle with a good variety of choices, but is also the thoroughfare from the hotel side and check-in to the pool area so you need to chose where you sit. The rooms were also very tired with parts falling off / poorly patched up. The hotel gym is very small and limited. On the positive side, the staff were helpful and genuinely tried their best to fix / explain, but ultimately little they can do to improve the hotel. In summary, for the same price, there are better hotels on the Palm for the same money with better facilities. As the manager of the poolside bar said to me when I asked if I can use the changing room showers “No - they haven’t worked since I’ve been here, I don’t know why” - kind of sums it up for the Andaz

Hotel magnifique avec 1 piscine géante a débordement sur la plage privé de l’hotel. En prime une piscine au 14eme etage pour adulte seulement. Petit dejeuner incroyable !! Andaz is well appointed although worth noting that the large pool area is shared with two large adjoining residence buildings. The Andaz lacks restaurant options and does not have a late bar during the week. The pool is large and beach area nice. Its nice hotel but not tops in terms of service but managers were responsive to issues - good but not oustanding.

We stayed in ocean view room without balcony end of May ‘25. it’s decent size room, cleaned daily, unlimited water, coffee n soft drinks provided in the room. Closet decent size but room could use another dresser or couple more drawers. Only has 3 small drawers in the closet. Couple usb outlets to charge electronics. Free use of sauna in the spa, and very helpful n friendly staff. If u choose not to have breakfast included there is grocery store n cafes across the street in the mall with plenty of options. We had wonderful time on the beach daily, very comfortable cushioned beach chairs, fluffy thick towels and umbrellas provided. sea water is calm n clean, and u have a nice view of Burj Al Arab when it’s not hazy.

Lovely clean hotel with unique artwork/ calligraphy deco. Very nice helpful staff always greet you with a smile. Made you very welcome throughout the stay. Customer service given was top priority. Good location for shopping and beach. Food was very good, the hotel and pool excellent though a few untidy areas on beach especially after a child's party where tiny balls of polystyrene and glitter paper blew around for days, dissapointed this is allowed from a green point of view. Staff amazing, stayed before at the sister hotel The Dukes but found this one though similar in layout preferable. Some lovely bars and restaurants with amazing food in walking distance on the beach. Highly recommend

Nice hotel with a medium location. The rooms are okey but the beds are VERY hard. Waterfront rooms are not so waterfront since the hotel is located at an angel. Service was medium. The big pool was not good, since birds are living in it, meaning wash, drink and taking a dump - disgusting ! Breakfast okey.

The staff at Andaz went above and beyond to make our vacation one to remember. Having restaurants on the property made dining so convenient. Transportation was easy to access. I could not believe how quiet our room was. It felt like we were the only ones at the hotel which made sleeping very easy. We will definitely be back.

Der teure "Sea View Room" hat (eheblichen Teil-) Blick auf einen großen Parkplatz und die Schnellstraße, die man auch sehr gut hört. Die auf den Fotos dargestellte Sicht hat man so nicht - aus keinem Zimmer. Der abgebildete Pool ist öffentlich, ebenso der Strand.

Absolutely horrible experience and not worth it. Stayed be the beach but there is barely anyone to take orders, there was literally one person serving more than 100 people. And the room was not up to expectation, the light of the closet would shut-off and kept flashing the whole night. Totally not worth the price I paid, not sure how is this hotel listed as a 5 star hotel!

The best thing I liked about this property was the staff. From the moment I checked in to the moment I checked out, every single staff member was courteous and professional. Hyatt should be very proud of their staff and give them all promotions for their hard work. My experience puts Andaz at the top of my list anytime I return to Dubai.

The Andaz comes with a great mix of pool/beach as well as close proximity to a brand new mall, a viewing deck (the view the palm) and a really nice park for some walking in the evening. We spend a week with our 5 y/o and felt right at home. It was perfect as for hanging at the pool and day trips to explore Dubai.

Fantastic break in Dubai and the Andaz on the Palm was a perfect spot. The staff and food were amazing, especially in the Coco restaurant and at breakfast in the Locale. But don’t bother with the rooftop Asian restaurant - food is average and service (by Brenda) was abysmal.

We had a great stay, all of the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful (they were really great considering how rude some people were to them!) The hotel was beautiful, clean and well maintained. Everything was really relaxed and easy, the only thing I would change is the half board lay out with the other 2 restaurants (La coco/Hanami) 200 AED credit, was not really enough (after already paying for half board), I think a set menu would be a better idea and would make them a lot busier.

Viajamos a muchos hoteles pero este hotel tiene un excelente balance entre precio ubicación y servicio para las personas que piensan viajar a Dubai y quieren estar en la Palmera este lugar es el mejor evitando todo el tráfico que conlleva llegar hasta el fondo de la Palmera además tiene un centro comercial cruzando la calle Que le ofrece muchas opciones . El mejor restaurante asiático lo tiene este hotel se llama asia Asia, restaurante mexicano Coco en la playa ademas los desayunos tienen una variedad entre un buffet asiático Mediterráneo y americano. Tuvimos un pequeño incidente en la habitación que se cayó la cortina cuando llamamos inmediatamente solucionaron el problema el servicio de concierto nos hizo excelentes recomendaciones en restaurantes y atracciones.
