The spa and pool are fantastic, especially the heated outdoor pool and the variety of saunas (including one with a terrace view!). We loved the child-friendly pools and the fully protected indoor play area. The hotel had wonderful Christmas/New Year decorations, creating a mood and giving us wonderful photos. The service was outstanding. Our child was delighted by the small toy gift at check-in, and we received complimentary drinks from the mini-bar. Also, we were generously granted a one-hour late check-out. The dining experience was excellent, featuring a wide menu selection and particularly delicious desserts. A minor suggestion for improvement, but we missed having tea offered with dinner (our half-board booking included dinner). The proximity to the Roman tower is a plus. We easily reached the top of the hill to explore and enjoy the beautiful views.

Great staff and good service. Lots of pools but the spa was lacking in ambiance and there were issues with spa area (super slippery floors, pool is far from the spa and saunas). Lots of pools all over the property but there were no hot tubs and we were hoping for warmer water in pools considering that this is a thermal resort. Overall nice environment

The service is below any expectation from check in to parking, facilities much to improve! The hotel is located in the nature with very clean air and a lot of staff to do for kids. The food for Serbian standards is very poor, the buffet is really, really poor! But, the worst experience was with the front desk staff, they all should be trained at least with the basics so not to repeat like a broken record ‘no, cannot, no those are rule’ etc… overall, NOT COMING BACK!

Overall a good hotel. However, the customer service was a little disappointing for such a hotel. They charged me 1400RSD for 2 days of parking even though parking was included in the price for the accommodations. When I pointed the discrepancy to the manager, she agreed with me and promised to reimburse me, but she never followed up with me and the money was never credited back. This was disappointing,

We have arrived on Saturday during particularly hot and I believe busy day and the check in process took about 30 minutes as que during check in was not properly managed and people were changing ques to get to or pick the reception counter that is moving faster than other. Supervisor or someone from the back office told us that everything that’s nice is worth waiting for which is not suitable comment for paying guests, especially elderly, during check in. Extremely hot/humid in the hallway and generally air conditioning is not great in the room or in the breakfast restaurant. Ventilation in the elevators does not exist and elevator waiting times can be long. Wall paint in hall ways going to the rooms is peeling off and looks a bit dated, should not be too difficult to refresh. Room itself is fine and mini bar was good. Pool variety and wellness facilities are great and breakfast is really good. Overall a decent hotel with some opportunities for further improvements to match the Movenpick standard experienced elsewhere

It was a great stay. Only obstacle was that Movenpick did not recognize USA ID from my daughter at the check in but at the same time, they did recognize USA ID for my spouse. That all together extended and unnecessary complicated registration process. Other than that Resort was great.

Fint hotell överlag. Väldigt fina pooler med varmt vatten. Många pooler (flera pooler inomhus och utomhus) gör att det inte är för mycket folk i poolerna samtidigt. Vi nyttjade nästan alla typer av massage vilket verkligen var bra. De är både duktiga och prisvärda (veckodagar 20% rabatt). Mindre bra: kaotisk stämning vid frukosten. Det fanns mycket att välja på men förmågan att tillaga maten kunde vara bättre. Nästan samma mat både frukost och middag under hela vistelsen. Mycket personal på plats och de allra flesta mycket trevliga. Sammanfattningsvis väldigt fint hotell, rekommenderas.
