There was construction happening on the main floor so the restaurant was closed inside but we got to enjoy it on the patio and the patio was wonderful. Rooms are small but very clean and make sense with the age of the hotel. The spa was a great addition to our trip. After walking all day it was the perfect spot to unwind and relax before going out again. The location of this hotel is unbeatable. I definitely recommend it and will be staying again.

Staff was not helpful and absolutely indifferent to my concerns as a guest with reduced mobility, it was a disappointing and bad experience for me. The room was not the one which I booked and there was even no even a bottled water in the room although it is about plus 40 degrees C in Belgrade

Really friendly staff. perfect location, centrally located between the fortress, St Sava church and the new waterfront area. Decor inside was a little older, but it was in line with the history of the building and the fame of the hotel. Loved this as a random find for our stay.

What a lovely hotel! We expected an old musty place but instead got a spotlessly clean well maintained property with a huge bed and quiet, high up room perfectly situated from the old part of town and main sights. Highly recommend the spa, which was included. A warm welcome and a great price for the location. The only (temporary) downside - there’s a lot of refurbishment/remodelling work going on which was a little disruptive.
