Oda bakımsızdı. Jakuzi, havuz, spa ve saunanın checkin yaptığımız sırada tadilatta olduğu bilgisini verdiler, bunun yanlış olduğunu düşünüyorum. Eğer böyle bir durum varsa öncesinde bildirmeleri gerekiyordu. Şehir merkezine daha yakın konumda benzer özelliklere sahip daha uygun fiyatlı başka opsiyonları değerlendirebilirdik. Bu durumda hem çok yüksek bir ücret Ödemiş olduk hem de şehir merkezinde değildik hem de wellness imkanı sunmadılar. Ayrıca oda sıcaklığı asla ayarlanmıyordu, kışın ortasında 23 derece olduğu görünen odada üşüyerek uyuyup uyandık. Sıcaklığı yükseltmeye çalıştığımızda otomatik olarak 23’e düşürdü. Bir diğer nokta kaldığımız ikinci gece hotelde sular akmıyordu, çalışmıyordu. Duş alamadık ve banyo kullanılamazdı. Son derece yanlış ve uygunsuz bir durum daha yaşamış olduk. You can't advertise SPA CENTRE at the hotel - when is closed . The sole reason for booking this hotel is that they are offering SPA centre within hotel as a part of the stay . At the hotel they simply said it's closed until the end of the month . What a waste of money , the hotel management is not good at all , its Christmas, festive season and there is absolutely nothing happening at the hotel , no any even most modest entertainment - nothing . All you get is a very expensive room . Very disappointing place .

Great lobby, lovely spa (sauna, pool, steam, ice room, jacuzzi and quiet room, great gym, amazing Michelin recommended restaurant on top floor with great views. Room was good with nespresso machine and kettle and safe. Free bottle of water each day per person. Concierge excellent and so helpful with luggage and getting taxis. Room service and housekeeping not so great and we would often return to our rooms at 5pm and the room was still not cleaned so would have to call up to ask for it to be done. Overall great hotel and if we were to return to Belgrade would stay there again

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Tašmajdan Park. Knez Mihailova Street is approximately a 20–25 minute walk away, and the city center can also be reached easily within 10–15 minutes by public transportation from a nearby stop. We were very satisfied with the hotel and its facilities. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and very enjoyable. The only suggestion we have is to include more gluten-free options and sugar-free desserts made with natural sweeteners, which would make the breakfast experience even better. It would also be preferable if smoking were not allowed in the indoor bar area; however, this seems to be quite common in Belgrade, as smoking is permitted in many indoor spaces. Aside from that, everything was excellent. We would especially like to thank Mavis and her colleagues in the breakfast area, as well as Jovana at the reception and the other staff member, Michela, for their kindness and professionalism. We are already looking forward to staying here again.

Le Courtyard Mariott ou j‘ai mes habitudes etant complet, j‘ai reserve au Metropol Palace. Service comparable, c.a.d. de qualite. Offre gastronomique plus large, et offre Wellness, massage et pool. Malheureusement, la piscine est surpeuplee et je ne suis pas sur que ce soient tous des clients de l‘hotel. Un peu plus eloigne du centre ville, mais encore faisable a pied. Une bonne alternative.

L'hotel est joli et bien arrangé mais trés sollicité. Il y a beaucoup de passage et beaucoup de monde. Par ailleurs, il est trés grand. Il est donc compliqué de le maintenir dans un état irréprochable. La chambre que j'ai eu était correcte, mais là aussi, on sent qu'elle sert beaucoup. La salle de sport est neuve et trés bien équipée et le centre piscine+spa est trés agréable. Belle terrasse pour bronzer, avec une vue sur le parc. Le personnel est serviable et aimable mais assez occupé. J'ai du batailler pour obtenir le service de blanchisserie. Je n'ai pas pu avoir les prix avant et il s'avère qu'il est trés cher.

- Faint smell of vomit from the bed. - Concierge recommended a ridiculous boat trip, it could have been recommended by a hostel but not a five star hotel. Excellent service and quality at the restaurant on the top. In the lobby bar there was a young waiter that was sub par, otherwise great staff in the lobby bar.

-Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und bemüht. An der Bar in der Lobby waren die MA leider trotz wenig Gästeaufkommen ein wenig überfordert. -Unterkunft abgewohnt, war für uns für diesen Preis aber in Ordnung. Zimmer groß und geräumig. -Dusche leider in keinem guten Zustand, Schimmel und Kalk egal wohin man geschaut hat. -Frühstück hat eine große Auswahl, Brot war leider nie und nimmer frisch (ich schätze vom Vortag nochmal aufgebacken) -Spa Bereich sehr schön aber maßlos überfüllt, MA lassen trotz allem die Leute rein, obwohl es nicht mal mehr Plätze gibt um sein Handtuch abzulegen -Restaurant sehr gut, Essen war geschmacklich wirklich top Alles in Allem würden wir nochmal kommen. Schönes Hotel, man muss sich aber in Klarem sein, dass man ein paar Abstriche machen muss.

Ménage jamais effectué dans notre chambre pendant notre séjour de 5 nuits. Les miettes des chips que nous avons mangées le 1er soir étaient encore au sol le jour de notre départ. Du vin dans le mini bar mais pas de verres à pied pour le déguster. Une machine Nespresso est installée dans la chambre mais sans capsules. Les couloirs et les escaliers sont mal entretenus. Je pense que les aspirateurs devaient être en panne. Dommage, car cet établissement, certes vétuste, pourrait encore être agréable avec un minimum d’entretien.

Something left in the bin, it wasn’t cleaned out and had a bad smell. I had to ask for the shower gel to be topped back up. Quite noisy next to the road and hearing people above me.

Metropol Palace is a very nice, excellent hotel, with glamor from its history. Rooms are in a 70s style, big and luxurious. Beds are excellent, Gym is perfect. Food also OK. But, Stayed 4 nights, my room's floor hasn't been cleaned. Bed sheets hasn't been changed. Ordered dinner from room service an the disk with dirt dishes stayed at my room upon my departure. Swimming pool is shallow and the water is to chlorinated.

The hotel is located on one of Belgrade's main streets, but a little away from bars and restaurants. Lobby area is great, as is the roof top bar. The one big issue I had was the the bedroom. For some reason you cannot have to thermostat lower than 22degC, which means the room is very warm and uncomfortable. Resulted in two poor nights sleep. Needs putting right that!!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was terrible. It was very worn. On the first evening, the water ran out while I was showering. The drain smelled like a sewer the entire time. In my opinion, the hotel doesn't deserve five stars.

Stayed two weeks at the hotel. Biggest issue is the AC. It’s auto set to 22c and it does not work that well. So you could take a shower and completely be sweaty afterwards. Very frustrating and uncomfortable. On positive side good location, great staff. Great breakfast. Due to AC not working properly it’s hard to stay there again. Would probably next time look into other place where you can at least control the room temperature.

Top class stay. Fantastic hotel in a great location. Clean and polished all around with a good choice of Clarins toiletries in the bathroom. Very much liked seeing the refillable bottles in the bathroom rather than miniature plastics. Breakfast was great with a wide choice of everything anyone might need. Wonderful having the spa onsite which we fully utilised. Courteous staff at reception and behind the bar. About a 15 minute stroll to Republic Square so a good location. Extremely clean and tidy throughout.

What a beautiful hotel! A few mistakes here and there (gave away my room & then concierge missed a reservation) but it all worked out in the end. I really appreciated the extra care they gave for my cat and the room clean with a luxurious bathroom. Not to mention it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! I would highly recommend trying their restaurant on the 10th floor! Stunning views of the city and even better food.

After Barcelona and Belgrade breakfast ridiculous prices- just across the road in both places it costs less than half and it’s hot breakfast, in both places lunch is less expensive and in cases of Barcelona amazing places with great service lunch is less , in Belgrade very big lunch is less So not sure what is the reason for these breakfast prices

Our curtain fell off the rail and we had to sleep in a bright room facing the sun on a summer’s day. Our room was cleaned late and there were days they hardly cleaned properly. The hallway carpet is filthy. Breakfast was fine except for the malfunctioning coffee machines.
