Die Lage des Hotels ist großartig; 30 Gehminuten vom Zentrum der Altstadt entfernt. Sehr großes Zimmer und sehr sauber. Das SPA ist sehr gut ausgestattet: Fitnessraum, Sauna, Dampfbad, Hallenbad und Whirlpool. Das einzige, was zu wünschen übrig lässt, ist der Frühstücksservice, der zur Zeit des größten Andrangs (09:30 > 10:00) den Eindruck völliger Desorganisation erweckt: dreckige Tische, Mangel an Tellern, Gläsern, Buffetprodukten. Das liegt daran, dass es niemanden gibt, der die Kunden am Eingang aufhält, und sobald ein Tisch bereit ist, kann der Kunde geleitet und platziert werden. Wir haben uns beim General Manager beschwert. Hoffen wir, dass er einige Verbesserungen nimmt.

I'm annoyed by sneaky hotel fees and charges I DIDN'T KNOW about. This hotel did NOT display parking charges during the booking process. I shouldn't have to waste time digging through the hotel website to figure out the fees. IT SHOULD BE PRESENTED TO CLIENTS DURING THE RESERVATION PROCESS so that we can calculate and decide what we can afford according to our budget. I was charged a parking fee of about $30 per day, even though I parked myself each time. If I had known that, I would have used taxi services and not rented a car, or I would have definitely chosen another place to stay. Because if you stay a few nights, these costs can add up quickly!

Family stay before long intercontinental flight - I am sure we had a good travel experience because we were able to rest and relax before the flight. Hotel is 30+ years old but very well maintained and updated. Rooms are unusually large, mattresses new and comfortable, bed sheets crisp and immaculate. Bathrooms are spacious, including tub and nice walk in shower. We had enjoyed an excellent dinner including some local foods and excellent local wine, and have relaxed afterwords at the pool & spa (very nice). Service is what you would expect at Hyatt Regency - and more. Everyone was very welcoming and forthcoming to ensure we had a great stay. We received adjoining rooms as we have asked for, and our early morning luggage help was punctual to the minute. I and my family will be back to Hyatt Regency Belgrade for sure.

We have stayed in Hyatt many times before and find the service to be excellent and the rooms comfortable. However, this time there was a problem with using the pool. Families with children would completely takeover – jumping, diving, splashing, and screaming despite the signs clearly displayed and advising against it. The stuff would shrug their shoulders saying that they tell them but to no avail. We understand that it must be very difficult (and not advisable) to manage other peoples’ children. But you could manage the pool by introducing specific times for families only, line swimming or open to all. In other words, by managing the pool you manage its users – not the other way around!

Vorab möchte ich sagen , ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes Hotel. Sauberkeit war in allen Bereichen des Hotels gegeben. Leider entsprach der Service überhaupt nicht dem Hyatt Standard den ich sonst kannte , schätze und auch deswegen das Hyatt buche. Eine private Unterhaltung zieht man doch lieber vor , als sich um seinen Gast zu kümmern ( Schade für das schöne Hotel) Frühstücksorganisation eine Katastrophe, obwohl genug Personal vor Ort ist… Rezeption weiß keine Antworten auf Fragen…, keine Preise für die Minibar im Zimmer ( Aussage des Mitarbeiters war , Ja es gibt keine ,wir erhöhen gerade die Preise..) Diese enormen Servicelücken ziehen sich durchs ganze Hotel . Dies war leider meine schlechteste Hyatt Erfahrung bis jetzt , somit kann es von mir keine Weiterempfehlung geben. Jeder der sonst Urlaub im Hyatt verbringt wird enttäuscht sein

Changed room 3 times, and still they were not able to fix a room with functioning air conditioning. Three nights in a room with 25 degrees is intolerable.

The hotel is a 5 star, so we expect top service. Very nice spa, gym and pool, nice room service and reception and good breakfast. Unfortunately had a king bed with 2 single mattress instead of a big one, out of which one was bumpy and not stable. I told to the guest desk but they did not change it. Also the restaurant has poor vegetarian options.

Hotelin konumu cok iyiydi, ayrica ulasim imkanlari cok guzel, Usca alisveris merkezine 2 dakika mesafede. Konakladigimiz oda aile odasıydı ama oda da 2 kisilik yatak mevcuttu, hotel ayrica cok eski ve oda ici imknalaridanoyle, isitma ile ilgili bayan bir sorun yasadik. We have stayed at the property many time. This time on the club floor and it was even better than before. he staff on the floor provide excellent service. The only negative thing we can say is that the restaurant has changed menus and does not offer the full Serbian food experience that it did in the past. Please bring this back.
