While the hotel itself was pleasant, I was really upset that my watch was stolen. The watch did not have huge monetary value but was a sentimental gift, therefore I was quite upset that it was taken. Although the hotel did try and investigate its whereabouts, they unfortunately did not investigate their cleaners enough. Therefore, I do not recommend staying at this hotel for this reason. Moreover, I’ve never been to a 4 star hotel where there is an additional charge for using a sauna. I understand spa services such as massage/ facials etc, but a sauna is something I would expect to be included in a stay.

Tolles Hotel in sehr guter Lage. Zu Fuß ist alles erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut mit schöner Auswahl. Das einzige, was man nicht gesagt hatte: man muss für den Wellness Bereich ein Zeitfenster buchen. Das haben wir erst erfahren, als wir abends mit Bademänteln vor der Tür standen und nicht rein konnten. Hätte man beim Check in schon mal sagen können.

I wasn't fond of the glass wall in the bathroom—unless you're very comfortable with your travel companion, it might be a bit awkward. That said, the hotel is functional, boasts a great location, and the staff was friendly. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and we were able to sleep with the window open without any issues with noise. The street itself is a typical, grey, and rather uninspiring Eastern European thoroughfare. The hotel is in walking distance to most of Belgrade city center. The breakfast options were somewhat limited and lacked healthy choices and my boyfriend really missed a good cup of coffee. The spa was decent (we had it included in the price). It’s private, meaning you have the space to yourself during your booked timeslot. Overall a nice stay and if I come back to Belgrade, I would consider staying there again.

This hotel pleasantly suprised me, the location is great and the service was up to a good standard, but the 2 things that made the stay a bit unpleasant was the breakfast and the Parking. The parking is not nearly enough for the amount of guest's with vehicles, I was parked in and couldn't get out for work on the morning. The breakfast area is tiny and again doesn't have enough seats for the amount of guests, there were days were people were standing and eating.

I stay at this location often. It is very great stay for the price just note that the area does have graffiti and abandoned buildings around. Despite that I have never felt unsafe around this property. My biggest complaint is the parking. Its one of the reasons I choose this location regularly but there is something like 12 parking spaces for 35 rooms. My last stay we did not get a spot and had to park on the street. Locals have a parking meter app and if you dont have that you have to hope the police aren't making their rounds.

The hotel is very good. It doesn't have much parking available. The rooms are relatively small but very clean and airy. Breakfast was below average for a 4-star hotel. Quiet room and a very comfortable bed. The staff was so-so. Not unpleasant, but not too keen to help, either.

The hotel was quite new so everything was very fresh. It was in an easy area to drive to and park. The hotel had its own parking lot but I wouldn’t try parking a big vehicle there. It was a bit of a tight squeeze. We had to walk to see the sights of Belgrade but I suspect wherever you stay in the city that this will be the case as they are not all in one area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Frühstück gut, zu kleiner Frückstücksraum zuviele Tische auf engsten Raum keine Privatsphäre Tische nicht sauber. Parkplatz okay, Reinlichkeit lässt sehr sehr zu wünschen über im Badezimmer und in der Lobby, Handtücher richen nach nassen Hund, badezimmer wurde schlecht(nicht bis auf die Glaswand) Waschbecken nicht einmal geputzt. Beim Bett nur die Decke draufgelegt. Möbel zerkratzt und Spiegel kaputt.

We expected more of this hotel. The description of the hotel says that the rooms are noise cancelled, but that is far from the truth. Every morning we were woken up by the house keeping, because they were talking to each other. We also heard it everytime somebody in another room flushed the toilet, washed their hands or took a shower. The breakfast also wasn’t our taste, so we only had it the first morning and after that we ate breakfast in the city. The rooms were also not very clean. The bed had stains in them, as well as the pillows. There was also stated that there would be a mini bar, which also wasn’t there. One thing that was good about this hotel, was the location. We didn’t once use the public transportation, because we did it all with walking. So my opinion, the hotel was good for the distance with a lot of things. But it was definitely not the best hotel I ever stayed at.

She helped arranging an ironing board, gave advice about suitable clothing for excursions and made sure we were informed of changes to pick up arrangements from a tour operator. Room itself was spacious with good eco friendly aircon. Only downside was pillows were extremely flat. Breakfast had choice in-line with what you’d expect in Balkans. If in Belgrade would stay again.

The room was modern and clean, although a little small. We were disappointed to learn that it costs €45 to use the jacuzzi for 2 hours which was not made clear in advance. Our biggest issue was the A/C in our room was set to heat only, we were told this was because it was their winter, despite it being 28 degrees each day of our stay. We opened the window on our first night to find ourselves inundated with mosquitoes and my partner was bitten. Could have been a much better stay with what should have been easy fixes but unfortunately they didn’t happen

I actually was happy with this choice except for one thing-- the staff was friendly and helpful, and I really liked the perks of the onsite parking and the breakfast. The only thing I would note is that the mattresses were quite hard and the pillows were quite light and small. My partner and I both thought this, though everything else was good. For that reason, we don't think we would stay again.

A few minutes walk downhill from Republic square in a quieter area. The walk back up is quite steep but easily doable in 5 minutes. The staff were great and very knowledgeable. Breakfast was OK too 👍Good location for bars/restaurants and shopping. Bus 72 from the airport stops nearby.

Fantastic service at this hotel. Well located near downtown. All the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to make a comfortable stay. 5 star service I will definitely come back. Great breakfast. Room spacious and spotlessly clean. Answered all my questions and went out of their way to help

The hotel was quite new so everything was very fresh. It was in an easy area to drive to and park. The hotel had its own parking lot but I wouldn’t try parking a big vehicle there. It was a bit of a tight squeeze. We had to walk to see the sights of Belgrade but I suspect wherever you stay in the city that this will be the case as they are not all in one area. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Bon hôtel confortable, propre avec bon petit déjeuner situé à 5 minutes de marche du terminus de la ligne de bus 72 qui relie l'aéroport au centre ville. Le quartier n'est pas terrible mais on est à 10 grosses minutes de marche de la place de la République où c'est vraiment bien. Personnel accueillant.

A few minutes walk downhill from Republic square in a quieter area. The walk back up is quite steep but easily doable in 5 minutes. The staff were great and very knowledgeable. Breakfast was OK too 👍Good location for bars/restaurants and shopping. Bus 72 from the airport stops nearby.

I wasn't fond of the glass wall in the bathroom—unless you're very comfortable with your travel companion, it might be a bit awkward. That said, the hotel is functional, boasts a great location, and the staff was friendly. It’s a quiet neighborhood, and we were able to sleep with the window open without any issues with noise. The street itself is a typical, grey, and rather uninspiring Eastern European thoroughfare. The hotel is in walking distance to most of Belgrade city center. The breakfast options were somewhat limited and lacked healthy choices and my boyfriend really missed a good cup of coffee. The spa was decent (we had it included in the price). The room was clean but I was situated above the entrance and next to a room with some younger people, so it was a bit loud. All else was good. Coffee at breakfast was really good, but they needed a bit more variety in the food. Great location for walking around!
