We love spending time at the Inn. Great people, super service and food. The entertainment each eve is fantastic as well. Feels like home.

The owners are so down to earth that it makes you feel like you are staying at home! Great entertainment outside on the patio! Great food and drinks too!!!

Rustic & cozy, but also quite a community hub and music venue.

What a beautiful place. The family who run the Inn could not have been more friendly. The food was awesome and we were lucky to be staying when there was live music in the evening. If you are in the neighbourhood and need somewhere to stay then stay here!

They have an excellent restaurant, which is very practical given their beautiful location in the country.

Upon arrival the owner (John) checked us in very professional and easy to talk with. No other guests were booked and he offered to cook us some food we told him not to worry suggested we try a restaurant in town which was great. He also offered to cook us breakfast which again we declined was nice to offer. Place was fantastic had a great bar which the owner was nice enough to get us a few beers before we went to town. Property was excellent from what we saw looks like a great place when they have live music. Down side the rooms we stayed in were small, had no TV (not that mattered as we were tired by the time we got back) as well was a shared bathroom. Other than that would recommend this establishment. Side Note congrats to your daughter on her graduation John hope all went well.

I loved the live music on the friday night the vibes were great and so was the music. Being able to walk down stairs have a delicious breakfast and do a quick drive to crabbe mountain made it super convenient.

We were the only guests in the inn. Thus we didn't have to share washroom. It was very quiet. Had to travel a bit for attractions. Wasn't fancy but was clean. Loved the solitude.

Lovely spot to relax and enjoy the countryside. Tons of outdoors activities in the area. Rooms clean and cozy, and the restaurant serves delicious dishes

The inn was a perfect place to stop as we traveled across NB to our final destination. The room was clean and the inn was quiet.

This was one of the best experience I’ve had staying at an establishment! It is run by a very sweet friendly family who goes above and beyond for their guests! Our room was so cozy and clean! The bathroom was so clean it felt like no one had ever even used it before! Breakfast was also delicious and I had the best pancakes I’ve ever had! Not to mention the band who performed Saturday night was so incredibly talented 12/10 will definitely be staying again!!

Very friendly staff, pleasant hotel, good food, nice area, live music, very entertaining. And they have Murphy’s stout! Just note that the bathrooms are shared, but there are 4, all clean and functional

Overall wasn’t bad but wasn’t great we got there and the room was about 30°. They came in and put an air conditioner in but it took all night and only in morning I actually felt cool in the room. It was hard to sleep due to the fact that it was really hot. They had live music which was pretty good. Unfortunately it was right beside the family room where my kids tried to sleep and couldn’t get to sleep until the band stopped playing at 12 o’clock. I was kind of turned off at the thought I paid quite a bit between the two rooms and I felt it was pretty rundown due to the fact there was one set of blinds missing one of the curtain rods is ready to fall down and one of the windows was broken and had a hole in it downstairs and the gutter was unhooked outside and blocking the window from being opened. We did have quite a few issues go on while we were there first was the fact that the Wi-Fi didn’t work than the air conditioner and the microwave we’re on the same circuit so as soon as the microwave got turned on it tripped breaker, so I had to go see them again to turn the power back on. Also, there is the fact that there was only one bathroom between the two rooms for upstairs and downstairs. There was some outside our room, but I didn’t want my kids to be wandering off on their own in the middle of the night so was kind of inconvenient. They had to walk up 2 sets of stairs and come to the bathroom that was in our en suite. The complimentary breakfast pancakes and bacon were good

This was a terrible stay for us the secondnight into our vacation. The rooms were 8×10 , one queen size bed an 2 night stands touching both walls. The bathroom was shared by two other couples. We had to climb at least 20stairs to get to our room and then climb 4 stairs to the bathroom.I have a bad back and bad knees andit was 😖 awful We left and came back to at least 50 mosquitoes in our room and 100 little nats around the light. It was gross This was due to a window air conditioner not being installed in the window properly. We would have left but it was too late at night and out in the boonies. Horrible experience.......

Really wanted to love this place as it was a birthday surprise for my husband. Unfortunately we weren't able to ski as there hasn't been enough snow, but we figured we would go anyway and take in the sights. However we ended up leaving after one night for several reasons. One, the room was tiny. I didn't realize when booking that the bathroom was down the hall. Also, if I was running a lodge with virtually every room available and a couple came in saying they were celebrating a birthday I would upgrade their room immediately. But that didn't happen. Fine. I was also under the impression that breakfast would be available in the morning but when we came downstairs at 9 am the restaurant was empty. No sign of anyone. And there is NOTHING in this area. You have to drive 25 minutes to just get a crummy gas station coffee. That combined with the icy roads and the lack of amenities and we just took the hit for the second night and booked it home. The place looks really cute from the outside though, and maybe it's better in the summer. Disappointing though.

Did not know it was a shared bathroom. The building is older but quaint. The food was really good. The room was decent for the price but the table and the bedside stand was broken so things slid off.

Loved my stay. There was live music which was an added bonus and he played until midnight. There is no fridge or bathroom but it still felt private enough as there aren't a lot of rooms. Food was amazing! Donair and I ancakes were great! Thanks for the hospitality!

The temperature of the room was uncomfortably hot. No AC. No breeze. No fan. It was so hot that we left at 3am after not being able to sleep a wink. The bar was noisy. No staff anywhere on site at night when we left. Never again.

We understand that the owners had a family emergency for three of the nights during our visit, therefore, we did not experience a pleasant stay. We did not have access to any of the amenities at the property. The property was a bit further from our family members than we would have liked. The Suite was comfortable and clean.

These folks are very hospitable and their place is very clean but they need to be more clear in their description that the rooms DO NOT have ensuite bathrooms. They are actually more like a hostel with bathrooms down the hall.

I called for an early check in. The owner wasn’t in, but said it should be fine. I arrived at 1:15pm, but there was no one working. I waited a bit and then went back to Crabbe to wait for checkin at 3pm. I returned at 320pm and still no one was there, so I called. The owner said he wasn’t in due to an injury, but the cook would be in at 4pm and the other employee would be back at some point. He told me where to find the key and I was able to get into my room, but it was unprofessional and inconvenient for how much I was paying. I had my two kids with me (6&8), and when he realized that, he charged an extra $30 for the third person. The additional cost was unreasonable, as they are small children and we shared the bed. We couldn’t sleep until after 9pm with everyone downstairs being so loud in the bar/restaurant, so I don’t recommend for people with children or for those who are looking for a quiet, early night. We were looking forward to the outdoor hot tub, but it was broken. The room had a queen bed, a small chair, and a fold down table; fine to crash after a day on the slopes, but don’t expect anything more than that. The shared washroom and the room were very clean. I don’t complain about hotels normally, but the entire experience was lacking. I won’t be staying again, as the price reflects lack of other options, not what you’re actually getting: mediocre amenities and subpar service. $150 for a bed was outrageous.

Hard to find, GPS would guide you through a jungle path, you need a Jeep to pass. No breakfast provided! If you come late in the evening, no body to ask, you need to read a note on their pub door to find out where the suites is and where everything is!

Very accommodating left a key at the front for us to check in after hours

Hi there, I booked the Crabbe Mountain Inn with an itinerary that stated 10pm checkin but they did not honor that and sent me a message to arrive by 9pm which was impossible considering the traffic. I asked them to hold the room or leave the key somewhere as no employee would be there past 9pm but they did not reply and I had to find another motel that would be open when I arrived at 9:30pm. I am requesting a full refund for the motel since they did not honor my 10pm checkin.

We arrived at Crabbe Mountain Inn at about 3.30pm on 30/8 but the door of the guest entrance was locked and no one was inside. We waited till 4pm when a cooking lady showed up. She phoned the receptionist and finally a young man came at about 4.15pm. The promised check in time was 3pm, the host has breached the agreement. When he showed us the room, we found it was small and untidy with no private bathroom. We declined to accept because it did not match the photos on the listing. We asked for a full refund but young man said we needed to go through Expedia, the booking agent, their computer system could not do that. We left and booked another hotel. We contacted Expedia at night but the refund could not be done because the host refused. We later check their listing again and found they did not mention "share bathroom " on the room we booked as many other hosts did. That's the point that made us confused. As we did not use their service and they have broken their promise first, I could not see any reason for a refusal of refund.

Angela & John were excellent hosts. We had a really amazing time. Very hospitable and comfy stay. The food is also really good. We loved the evening entertainment. We had so much fun and we will definitely be coming back for another visit!

One, the room was tiny. I didn't realize when booking that the bathroom was down the hall. Also, if I was running a lodge with virtually every room available and a couple came in saying they were celebrating a birthday I would upgrade their room immediately. But that didn't happen. Fine. I was also under the impression that breakfast would be available in the morning but when we came downstairs at 9 am the restaurant was empty. No sign of anyone. And there is NOTHING in this area. The staff were very nice and the hotel was located very close to Crabbe Mountain ski area!

This Inn has a great family atmosphere. It’s only 5 minutes by car to Crabbe Mountain. All of the staff were very welcoming and showed an interest in how we enjoyed our day. All of our meals were tasty and are made from local products. We stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed ourselves.

Angela is so friendly and easy to chat with…but the true star is their dog Maddie, she welcomes travellers with her sweet little face! Great location for a New Brunswick getaway with Crabbe Mountain just minutes away :)
