The Element is connected with the Four Points, so both properties share the same lobby and reception. Rooms are extremely spacious and well appointed with a full kitchen and all the amenities and kitchenware needed for long stay. King size bed was supportive and comfortable. Breakfast was included in my booking which was a plus. Gym was very well equipped. Airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes to Toronto Pearson which was an excellent convenience.

We needed a place to stop over on our way to Europe and then again on our return. It is a great quality hotel that is within short walking distance to the terminal. You won’t find a better place for that purpose. Rooms are clean and modern. The pool and other amenities are good. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

One of the best airport hotels I’ve stayed in. New modern relaxing. Good breakfast and dinner and a great hot tub. Easy parking and free airport shuttle but also walking distance if you want to stretch your legs before a flight

The airport shuttle was on time. Liked the fresh made eggs for breakfast. We dined at the restaurant for dinner. The restaurant manager who was there for dinner and breakfast service was nice and professional. We appreciated the staff member who brought extra amenities. Room cleanness was okay. there was a leftover water bottle from previous guest in the fridge. The hot tub was not hot and more like a heated swimming pool. There was only one jet working so it was not so bubbly. Overall, recommends to people who wanna stay close to the airport and good option if you want to eat at the hotel restaurant.

Was not expecting to pay $30 a day for parking. And breakfast was the same every day. Bonus pool is open 24 hours but in need for renovation. Uber was quick do to location. Overall it is a nice clean hotel.

Clean room, efficient friendly service. Great wifi. Room was spacious and clean. HVAC was very noisy. Turned it off so we could sleep. Hot breakfast was nice, unexpected. Bread and pastries were stale. Selection otherwise was good.

My flight was cancelled late at night and I needed a room for the night. The staff was very welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay overnight in Toronto.

We paid over $700 a night and they didn’t even clean our room. We got back and our room was a mess no clean towels. Cups all dirty bed was not made.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Stayed for 12 nights, everyday was greeted by housekeeping staff asking if we needed anything. Front desk staff pleasant, easy check in and out. Did not like that we had to pay for parking but that was really the only negative

Shuttle service was awful. We waited 45 minutes at the airport. There were many people waiting to get on, shuttle only had 10 seats but run supposedly every half hour. Left a lot of people behind. At check in, told the front desk staff and she couldn’t care less. Gave us our room keys. Didn’t tell us that there were 2 towers with separate elevators. Wondered around with our luggage looking for the proper access. Room was spacious but the water bottle provided was soooo dirty with grease, finger prints…Took my socks off and the floor was sticky. I had really good experiences before at other Elements hotels but this one is very disappointing.

Convenient location next to airport. Breakfast is included but limited variety from one day to the next. We stayed 5 nights. Had to ask for towel changes and room cleaning, but staff was accommodating and friendly.

Overall stay was great. The room was spacious and equipped with a small kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave). There was a water filter on the kitchenette sink rather than plastic water bottles, which I really appreciated! While I don’t love an onsite hotel restaurant usually, this one was pretty solid. I ate dinner there twice and my food was great both times. The best part of the whole experience was the complimentary breakfast. There was someone dedicated to making made-to-order eggs and breakfast bowls (which was my go-to for three days). Also had smoothies, yogurt, pastries, etc and one of those automatic espresso drink makers. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was - much better than your typical bagel and oatmeal continental breakfast. Theres is a shuttle to the airport, but I never had the patience to wait. For work reasons, I made multiple trips to the airport and walked each time (even with snow on the ground). The walk to terminal 3 took about 5-7 min - it’s a straight shot from the hotel. From there, you can take the link train to terminal 1. All in all, that journey from the hotel to terminal 3 to terminal 1would take about 20 minutes. From the link train stop, you can also go up a set of stairs to get to the Go train that’ll take you downtown.

We love staying here. The rooms are HUGE, clean & comfortable. Evening tea in the foyer. A wonderful complimentary breakfast including specialty servings on the weekends. The regular breakfast offerings include hot and cold cereal, yogurt bar, smoothies, bread, bagels & pastries. We had fresh crepes and waffles. on our weekend stay. The staff are all very welcoming and attentive. Beds and bedding was very comfortable.

I had an excellent stay at element. They kindly upgraded my room to a one-bedroom suite which was fantastic. Beautiful design, clean, spacious, lovely kitchenette and bathroom. More importantly, the space was totally soundproof and very quiet. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. Overall, I'd be back and would recommend if for sure.

The room was very clean. It was very quiet. The housekeeper was very nice and commodating when it came to my needs. The only thing wrong with my room was the tv. I had to unplug it everyday so i could watch tv. There was a short connection. And the stations (eg: CBS, NBC) wouldn't show the name of the show. I had to stroll down to every channel not knowing what was playing. It was outdated shows too. The hotel was beautiful though.

I had a terrible experience during my stay. The iron in the room was placed at a high and unstable position. While I was bending down to put away my luggage, the iron suddenly fell and hit my head, causing a bleeding injury. This accident not only hurt me physically but also delayed my business schedule. What made things worse, I called the front desk three to four times for help, but no one answered. It was extremely frustrating and disappointing to receive no assistance in such an emergency situation. This hotel seriously needs to review its room safety setup and improve its staff responsiveness. Safety and basic service should never be neglected.

I tried to contact the hotel to inform myself about how late we could check in and the person on the phone was very rude. As we arrive at the front desk, the person there as well was rude, not sure if it was the same person. Other than than it is the perfect location for a stay over close to the airport.

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Stayed for 12 nights, everyday was greeted by housekeeping staff asking if we needed anything. Front desk staff pleasant, easy check in and out. Did not like that we had to pay for parking but that was really the only negative

Probably one of the worst hotel stays. We are Marriott members but this hotel, which is part of Marriott, is a run own, dilapidated building, and needs a renovation. The room that we stayed in, while spacious, needs an uplift as does the entire hotel. The worst was we were "upgraded" to a handicap suite, which while we appreciated, was noisy, lacked adequate mirrors (like just one in the bathroom), and the shower curtain did not reach the floor and hence created a water mess after every shower. The hotel had no hot water on the day we departed, and my wife had to "fight" to get proper compensation. Imagine travelling with no shower!! They waived 3 days of parking!! It is this treatment that I take exception to and feel that this not the way to treat loyal customers of the Marriott brand. Will probably never stay at this hotel again (we travel to Toronto quite often) and reconsider the Marriott brand, advise other people to be cautious.

Service all around could’ve been a lot better. It’s almost like because you’re lodging at the “cheaper” section of the hotel they don’t treat you well. Everything seemed like a money grab and hospitality was no where to be found.

Overall stay was great. The room was spacious and equipped with a small kitchenette (fridge, sink, microwave). There was a water filter on the kitchenette sink rather than plastic water bottles, which I really appreciated! While I don’t love an onsite hotel restaurant usually, this one was pretty solid. I ate dinner there twice and my food was great both times. The best part of the whole experience was the complimentary breakfast. There was someone dedicated to making made-to-order eggs and breakfast bowls (which was my go-to for three days). Also had smoothies, yogurt, pastries, etc and one of those automatic espresso drink makers. I was pleasantly surprised how good it was - much better than your typical bagel and oatmeal continental breakfast. Theres is a shuttle to the airport, but I never had the patience to wait. For work reasons, I made multiple trips to the airport and walked each time (even with snow on the ground). The walk to terminal 3 took about 5-7 min - it’s a straight shot from the hotel. From there, you can take the link train to terminal 1. All in all, that journey from the hotel to terminal 3 to terminal 1would take about 20 minutes. From the link train stop, you can also go up a set of stairs to get to the Go train that’ll take you downtown.

It was my first time booking Element. My sister and I were upgraded without even requesting anything, the suite was spacious and very clean. Breakfast had a fantastic variety including omelets, full continental options, breakfast smoothie was delicious, and much more! Airport Shuttles run every 30 minutes 24/7, but Terminal 3 is just across the street. (a 5 minute walk). All in all, fantastic option near the airport!

Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Good sized rooms and comfortable beds. The in room dining required ordering down to the hotel restaurant and picking it up yourself, but the food was good, reasonably priced and ready pretty quick. All in all, an enjoyable stay and would stay again.

Clean room, efficient friendly service. Great wifi. Room was spacious and clean. HVAC was very noisy. Turned it off so we could sleep. Hot breakfast was nice, unexpected. Bread and pastries were stale. Selection otherwise was good.

We thoroughly enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful, great amenities and the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds/bedding. The onsite restaurant has a big menu with lots of great choices and the food/drinks are delicious. Breakfast is a wonderful added bonus which includes a large variety of options.

I would 10000% stay here again. Every aspect of my stay was fantastic. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The riom was spacious and clean. The breakfast was filling, fresh and delicious. The room was comfortable. The shuttle bus to the airport was very comvenient.

Airconditioning was extremely noisy and made it difficult to sleep unless turned off and then room got too hot! restaurant food was good in evening breakfast buffet was lukewarm and not very inviting dishes- cold offerings ok beds comfortable and room was well appointed shuttle service from airport was extremely poor. no shuttle bus had Element Hotel on their signs so we waited over 45 minutes and finally took a taxi. We loved everything about this hotel. It is right across from the airport, but also just a short drive to all the scenic places Toronto has to offer. Check-in was easy, room was clean, large and modern and the beds were so comfortable. We will definitely book again!
